Authentication plays an important role in dealing with security. Securing sensitive data and computer systems by allowing easy access for authenticated users and withstanding the attacks of imposters is one of the major challenges in the field of computer security. Nowadays, passwords have become the trend to control access to computer systems. Biometrics are used to measure and analyze an individual's unique behavioral or physiological patterns for authentication purposes. Keystroke dynamics have emerged as an important method in analyzing the typing rhythm in biometric techniques, as they provide an ease of use and increased trustworthiness associated with biometrics for creating username and password schemes. In this experiment, we measure the Hausdorff timing values, mean, standard deviation, and median of keystroke features, such as latency, duration, digraph, and their combinations, and compare their performance. The stochastic diffusion search is used for feature subset selection.  相似文献

The tin complex di (p-chlorobenzyl) (dibromo) (1, 10-phenanthroline) tin (IV) (4CLBR) was synthesised and subjected to characterization using spectroscopic techniques like FT-IR, Raman, 1HNMR, 13CNMR, 119SnNMR, and crystallography. DFT method was used to compare theoretical and experimental results, and the theoretical method was done by the B3LYP/LanL2DZ. The VEDA programme package was used to design the entire vibrational spectral investigation. The Multiwfn software package was used to calculate the quantum chemical equations. A 2D network (C–H–Cl (C–Cl–H-benzyl, interactions forming a 2D network) and hydrogen bonding formed by bromine atoms such as C–H–Br (Sn–Br–H-Phen) were confirmed by X-rays as the complex and crystallisation. The crystal structure of the complex 4CLBR reveals that the tin atom is in a regular octahedral configuration. At the end of the day, anticancer activity has been investigated in this complex using a variety of cell lines, including PC3 (human prostate cancer cell), MCF7 (breast cancer cell), U937 (blood cancer cell), and U87 (brain cancer cell). The anticancer activity results clearly show that the complex 4CLBR and cisplatin have the same anticancer activity at concentrations of 15.6 g/ml against the U87 cell line.  相似文献

We demonstrate an innovative technique to achieve organic 2D and 3D waveguides with peculiar shapes from an acicular, stimuli-responsive molecular crystal, (2Z,2′Z)-3,3′-(anthracene-9,10-diyl)bis(2-(3,5-bis(trifluoromethyl)phenylacrylonitrile), Ant-CF3. The greenish-yellow fluorescent (FL) Ant-CF3 molecular crystals exhibit laser power-dependent permanent mechanical bending in 2D and 3D. Investigation of a single-crystal using spatially-resolved Raman/FL/electron microscopy, and theoretical calculations revealed photothermal (Z,E)/(E,E) isomerization-assisted transition from crystalline to amorphous phase at the laser-exposed regions. This phenomenon facilitates the dimension engineering of a 1D crystal waveguide into 2D waveguide on a substrate or a 3D waveguide in free space. The bends can be used as interconnection points to couple different optical elements. The presented technique has broader implications in organic photonics and other crystal-related photonic technologies.  相似文献

Visible light guiding optical fibers with underwater operational capability are highly desired for subaquatic communication and sensing technologies. Herein, we present mechanically flexible, blue-violet fluorescent (4,4′-bis(2,6-di(1H-pyrazol-1-yl)pyridin-4-yl)biphenyl) (BPP) crystal waveguides with high-aspect ratio. These milli-meter-long BPP crystals guide light actively and passively in ambient and underwater conditions demonstrating their amphibian-like character. Due to the crystal's high flexibility, the optical fiber's output light direction in submerged and ambient states can be altered mechanically for high-precision lighting and sensing applications. The development of such multi-environment-compatible and mechanically flexible organic optical fibers acting as sensing materials possess enormous potential for short-range underwater photonic technologies.  相似文献

Two novel homologous series of hydrogen bonded liquid crystals (HBLC) comprising of 14 mesogens are formed between Methyl Malonic acid (MM) and p-n-alkyloxy/alkyl benzoic acids (nBAO/nBA). FTIR study confirms the formation of hydrogen bond. Phases exhibited by these mesogens are characterized by optical textural studies and Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC) studies. Phase diagram is constructed from these studies. Other thermal parameters such as order of the transition, thermal stability factor and specific heat are also elucidated. Optical tilt angle measurement and optical filtering action are also carried out. The influence of oxygen atom is also discussed.  相似文献

In our previous paper, we reported that amphiphilic Ir complex–peptide hybrids (IPHs) containing basic peptides such as KK(K)GG (K: lysine, G: glycine) (e.g., ASb-2) exhibited potent anticancer activity against Jurkat cells, with the dead cells showing a strong green emission. Our initial mechanistic studies of this cell death suggest that IPHs would bind to the calcium (Ca2+)–calmodulin (CaM) complex and induce an overload of intracellular Ca2+, resulting in the induction of non-apoptotic programmed cell death. In this work, we conduct a detailed mechanistic study of cell death induced by ASb-2, a typical example of IPHs, and describe how ASb-2 induces paraptotic programmed cell death in a manner similar to that of celastrol, a naturally occurring triterpenoid that is known to function as a paraptosis inducer in cancer cells. It is suggested that ASb-2 (50 µM) induces ER stress and decreases the mitochondrial membrane potential (ΔΨm), thus triggering intracellular signaling pathways and resulting in cytoplasmic vacuolization in Jurkat cells (which is a typical phenomenon of paraptosis), while the change in ΔΨm values is negligibly induced by celastrol and curcumin. Other experimental data imply that both ASb-2 and celastrol induce paraptotic cell death in Jurkat cells, but this induction occurs via different signaling pathways.  相似文献

Macitentan (MAC) is a pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) drug marketed as a tablet and often has stability issues in the final dosage form. Quantitative determination of MAC and its associated impurities in tablet dosage form has not been previously reported. This study quantified impurities present in Macitentan tablets using a binary solvent-based gradient elution method using reversed phase-high performance liquid chromatography. The developed method was validated per International Conference on Harmonization (ICH) guidelines and the drug product was subjected to forced degradation studies to evaluate stability. The developed method efficiently separated the drug and impurities (48 min) without interference from solvents, excipients, or other impurities. The developed method met all guidelines in all characteristics with recoveries ranging from 85%-115%, linearity with r2 ≥ 0.9966, and substantial robustness. The stability-indicating nature of the method was evaluated using stressed conditions (hydrolysis:1 N HCl at 80℃/15 min; 1 N NaOH at 25℃/45 min; humidity stress (90% relative humidity) at 25℃ for 24 h, oxidation:at 6% (v/v) H2O2, 80℃/15 min, thermolysis:at 105℃/16 h and photolysis:UV light at 200 Wh/m2; Fluorescent light at 1.2 million luxh). Forced degradation experiments showed that the developed method was effective for impurity profiling. All stressed samples were assayed and mass balance was>96%. Forced degradation results indicated that MAC tablets were sensitive to hydrolysis (acid and alkali) and thermal conditions. The developed method is suitable for both assay and impurity determination, which is applicable to the pharmaceutical industry.  相似文献

Organic micro‐heterostructures (MHS) with dual optical emissions are essential to produce miniaturized optical waveguides for wavelength division multiplexing technologies. The bimolecular MHS produced by solution‐based bottom‐up self‐assembly technique often leads to poor surface smoothness, edge imperfection, defects, and unwanted thin films deposits. Conversely, sequential sublimation technique at ambient pressure facilitates effective integration of α‐perylene micro‐square with dicyanomethylene‐2‐methyl‐6‐(p‐dimethylaminostyryl) 4H‐pyran (DCM) microrods in an epitaxial manner to produce MHS. The obtained DCM/perylene MHS act as optical waveguides to produce red (λmax≈670 nm) or/and yellow (λmax≈607 nm) dual optical outputs via an energy transfer mechanism depending upon the heterostructures geometry and optical excitation positions. The presented dual‐color emitting MHS optical waveguides are essential for the integrated nano‐photonic and optoelectronic device structures.  相似文献

Measurement-induced nonlocality(MIN), a quantum correlation measure for bipartite systems,is an indicator of maximal global effects due to locally invariant von Neumann projective measurements. It is originally defined as the maximal square of the Hilbert-Schmidt norm of the difference between pre-and post-measurement states. In this article, we propose a new form of MIN based on affinity. This quantity satisfies all the criteria of a bona fide measure of quantum correlation measures. This quantity is evaluated for both arbitrary pure and 2×n dimensional(qubit-qudit) mixed states. The operational meaning of the proposed quantity is interpreted in terms of the interferometric power of the quantum state. We apply these results on two-qubit mixed states, such as the Werner, isotropic and Bell diagonal states.  相似文献

Ambient pressure chemical vapour deposition of 5,5′-bis((2-(trifluoromethyl)phenyl)ethynyl)-2,2′-bithiophene provides ultrapure needle-shaped crystals. The crystal‘s supramolecular structure consists of an array of hydrogen bonds and π-π interactions leading to anisotropic arrangements. The cyan emitting crystals exhibit an optical waveguiding tendency with guided polarised optical emissions due to anisotropic molecular arrangements.  相似文献
