结合声表面波和光致发光谱在低温(15K)下对非故意掺杂的GaAs(110)量子阱结构的发光特性进行了研究.实验结果表明,由于声表面波的作用GaAs(110)量子阱的发光强度减弱,并且其对应的重空穴能级出现了分裂的现象,当施加的声波强度Prf达到20dBm时,能级分裂ΔE达到了10meV.进一步讨论了声表面波对GaAs(110)量子阱圆偏振光自旋注入的影响. 关键词: 发光 GaAs量子阱 声表面波 自旋极化  相似文献

We recently observed a Bose-Einstein condensate in a dilute gas of 4He in the 23S1 metastable state. In this article, we describe the successive experimental steps which led to the Bose-Einstein transition at 4.7 μK: loading of a large number of atoms in a MOT, efficient transfer into a magnetic Ioffé-Pritchard trap, and optimization of the evaporative cooling ramp. Quantitative measurements are also given for the rates of elastic and inelastic collisions, both above and below the transition. Received 15 October 2001  相似文献

An exact solution of the Boltzmann equation for a binary mixture of colored Maxwell molecules is found. The solution corresponds to a nonequilibrium homogeneous steady state created by a nonconservative external force. Explicit expressions for the moments of the distribution function are obtained. By using information theory, an approximate velocity distribution function is constructed, which is exact in the limits of small and large field strengths. Comparison is made between the exact energy flux and the one obtained from the information theory distribution.  相似文献

Full waveform inversion is an advantageous technique for obtaining high-resolution subsurface information. In the petroleum industry, mainly in reservoir characterisation, it is common to use information from wells as previous information to decrease the ambiguity of the obtained results. For this, we propose adding a relative entropy term to the formalism of the full waveform inversion. In this context, entropy will be just a nomenclature for regularisation and will have the role of helping the converge to the global minimum. The application of entropy in inverse problems usually involves formulating the problem, so that it is possible to use statistical concepts. To avoid this step, we propose a deterministic application to the full waveform inversion. We will discuss some aspects of relative entropy and show three different ways of using them to add prior information through entropy in the inverse problem. We use a dynamic weighting scheme to add prior information through entropy. The idea is that the prior information can help to find the path of the global minimum at the beginning of the inversion process. In all cases, the prior information can be incorporated very quickly into the full waveform inversion and lead the inversion to the desired solution. When we include the logarithmic weighting that constitutes entropy to the inverse problem, we will suppress the low-intensity ripples and sharpen the point events. Thus, the addition of entropy relative to full waveform inversion can provide a result with better resolution. In regions where salt is present in the BP 2004 model, we obtained a significant improvement by adding prior information through the relative entropy for synthetic data. We will show that the prior information added through entropy in full-waveform inversion formalism will prove to be a way to avoid local minimums.  相似文献

Molecules containing the guanidinic nuclei possess several pharmacological applications, and knowing the preferred isomers of a potential drug is important to understand the way it operates pharmacologically. Benzoylguanidines were synthesized in satisfactory to good yields and characterized by NMR, Electrospray Ionization Mass Spectrometry (ESI‐MS) and Fourrier Transform InfraRed Spectroscopy techniques (FTIR). E/Z isomerism of the guanidines was studied and confirmed by NMR analysis in solution (1H‐13C Heteronuclear Single Quantum Coherence (HSQC) and Heteronuclear Multiple‐Bond Correlation (HMBC), 1H‐15N HMBC, 1H‐1H Correlation Spectroscopy (COSY) and Nuclear Overhauser Effect Spectroscopy (NOESY) experiments) at low temperatures. Compounds with p‐Cl and p‐Br aniline moiety exist mainly as Z isomer with a small proportion of E isomer, whereas compounds with p‐NO2 moiety showed a decrease in proportion of isomer Z. Previous interpretations of the electron spin resonance spectrum of Wurster's Blue cation are shown to be incorrect. In particular the nitrogen hyperfine splitting constant previously quoted as 0·28 gauss is, in fact, 7·0 gauss. A complete analysis of the spectrum is described.  相似文献

Franck-Condon factors and R-centroids for the B-X transition of I2 have been calculated from recent molecular parameters. From our radiative lifetimes and others reported in the literature, the validity of several proposed electronic transition moment functions has been checked. Acombination of the Bhale and Koffend functions seems to give the best fitting with the experimental radiative lifetimes.  相似文献

Abstract

This review summarizes and discusses the preparation of slurries for analysis of inorganic materials by inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry (ICP‐OES) and inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP‐MS). Details about the grinding step for slurry preparation, the stabilization of slurries, and the calibration strategies are critically discussed. Typical applications described in the literature and the state‐of‐the‐art including advantages and limitations of slurry analysis are presented.  相似文献

Abstract

The present article gives an overview of recent publications and modern techniques of sample preparation for food analysis employing atomic and inorganic mass spectrometric techniques, such as flame atomic absorption spectrometry, chemical vapor generation atomic absorption and atomic fluorescence spectrometry, graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry, inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry, and inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry. Among the most frequently applied sample preparation techniques for food analysis are dry ashing, usually with the addition of an ashing aid, and acid digestion, preferably with the assistance of microwave energy. Slurry preparation, particularly with the assistance of ultrasound, is increasingly used to reduce acid consumption and sample preparation time. Direct analysis of solid samples is gaining importance in the field of food analysis as it offers the highest sensitivity, avoids the use of acids and other aggressive reagents, makes possible the analysis of micro‐samples, and can be applied for fast screening analysis, e.g., of fresh meat.  相似文献
