A general, stereoselective synthesis of 4,5-disubstituted imidazolidines-2-ones from alpha-aminoacids has been developed: the key steps are a Blaise reaction of bromoacetate on alpha-aminonitriles and further reduction. Although reduction with sodium cyanoborohydride afforded a mixture of cis and trans isomers 6a-e with moderate to good stereoselectivity, reduction with sodium in liquid ammonia gave the trans isomers 8a-e with complete stereoselectivity. Acidic hydrolysis of the urea gave 4-amino-pyrrolidinones, which can be precursors to beta,gamma-diaminoacids or 3-aminopyrrolidines.  相似文献

An extended polypyrazolyl ligand has been used to assemble Mn ions into high spin entities, in the form of one stable molecule composed of two well defined clusters. A robust, stable and processable family of mononuclear lanthanoid complexes based on polyoxometalates (POMs) that exhibit single-molecule magnetic behavior is described here. Preyssler polyanions of general formula [LnP(5)W(30)O(110)](12-) (Ln(3+) = Tb, Dy, Ho, Er, Tm, and Yb) have been characterized with static and dynamic magnetic measurements and heat capacity experiments. For the Dy and Ho derivatives, slow relaxation of the magnetization has been found. A simple interpretation of these properties is achieved by using crystal field theory.  相似文献

A numerical method is developed to study the stabilizing effect of dielectric barrier discharge plasma actuators on laminar boundary-layer flow. A finite difference approach based on a Keller box discretization is chosen to solve the Falkner-Skan transformed boundary-layer equations. The fluid dynamic effect of the flow-control device is implemented as a body-force field, derived quantitatively from previous measurements using particle image velocimetry. The resulting laminar boundary-layer flow is compared to experimental wind tunnel measurements and the effect on hydrodynamic stability is investigated in the framework of linear stability theory. A good agreement between experimentally acquired and numerically predicted transition locations based on an empirical function is obtained, rendering the numerical scheme valuable as a design tool for DBD based flow control applications. This paper deals with the mechanical characterisation of elastomeric materials. An original method is proposed to identity the material parameters. It consists of performing only one heterogeneous mechanical test, measuring the displacement/strain field using suitable Digital Image Correlation software and applying an inverse method, namely the Virtual Fields Method, to process the resulting displacement/strain maps. For this purpose, a new apparatus was designed to be adapted to a conventional tensile machine. This apparatus enables us to obtain simultaneously uniaxial tension, pure shear and equibiaxial tension, using only one sample. The heterogeneity of the kinematic fields induced by the test is first discussed in relation to two criteria. The main features of the identification method are then presented, and results provided by a test performed on an elastomeric material are discussed in the context of hyperelasticity.  相似文献

Complementary experimental and computational study on flow separation delay at a NACA 0015 airfoil affected by a DBD (Dielectric-Barrier-Discharge) plasma actuator is presented. The effect of the DBD plasma-actuator on the flow development towards its appropriate control is accounted through a relevant body force representing a source term in the equation of motion. The spatial distribution of the force is calculated from the time-averaged properties of the experimentally obtained (by particle image velocimetry - PIV) velocity field by applying the Reynolds-Averaged Navier-Stokes equations. The study focusses in particular on the specific plasma-related turbulence production in the equations governing the Reynolds-stress tensor. Prior to studying the airfoil configuration the computational determination of the body force and corresponding turbulence generation rate is analyzed in a wall jet flow induced by the DBD plasma actuator.  相似文献

Disulfide‐containing IgG‐, Fc‐, or albumin‐based prodrugs that rely on FcRn‐trafficking by endothelial cells for prolonged circulation in the body might be hampered by premature bio‐reduction processes during FcRn‐mediated recycling events. A detailed bio‐reduction analysis of redox‐sensitive albumin conjugates in two FcRn‐expressing cell lines has been performed. The obtained results indicate that the FcRn‐mediated recycling pathway is not (or is only poorly) bio‐reducing.  相似文献
