To design novel phenanthroline-derived soft ligands for selectively separating minor actinides from lanthanides, four tetradentate phenanthroline-derived heterocyclic ligands(BTPhen, BPyPhen, BPzPhen, and BBizPhen) were constructed and their complexation behaviors with Am(ⅡI) and Eu(ⅡI) were systematically investigated by density functional theory(DFT) coupled with relativistic small-core pseudopotential. In all the 1:1-type species, the metal ion is in the center of the cavity and coordinates with two nitrogen atoms(N1 and N1′) of the phenanthroline skeleton and the other two nitrogen atoms(N2 and N2′) of the auxiliary groups. The bond lengths of Am–N are comparable to or even shorter than those of Eu–N bonds because the ionic radii of Am(ⅡI) are larger than those of Eu(ⅡI). Additionally, the negative ΔΔGAm/Eu value for the reaction of [M(H2O)4-(NO3)3] + L → ML(NO3)3 + 4H2 O indicates that the complexation reaction of Am(ⅡI) is more energetically favorable than that of Eu(ⅡI); this can be considered as an important design criterion to screen phenanthroline-derived ligands for MA(ⅡI) extraction. According to this criterion, the selectivity of tetradentate phenanthroline-derived ligands for separating Am(ⅡI) over Eu(ⅡI) follows the order of BTPhen BBizPhen BPyPhen BPzPhen. 相似文献

This paper considers the problem of robust output-tracking controlfor multi-input multi-output (MIMO) nonlinear systems in thepresence of mismatched time-dependent uncertainties. It firstgeneralizes the stable combined-variable perturbation method(SCVPM) which was proposed by Li et al. (1996) to derive a newrobust controller and its adaptive version for MIMO systemsto track a desired trajectory. It is shown that both controllersnot only stabilize the closed-loop systems but also guaranteethat the tracking errors remain in an O() neighbourhood of theorgin, where is a small design parameter of the controller.Moreover, the adaptive robust controller is only based on thenominal system, and no a priori data on the uncertainties areneeded. This communication reports on a novel amperometric hydrazine sensor of CuO nanoarray based on a Cu substrate. Copper oxide nanoarray was directly grown on Cu substrates using a one-step facile hydrothermal method and was characterized using scanning electron microscopy and X-ray powder diffraction. The electrochemical study has shown that the CuO nanoarray exhibits higher catalytic effect on the hydrazine than the normal CuO nanoparticles. This may be attributed to the special structure of the nanomaterials esp. the substrate of the electric Cu. And the amperometric response showed that the CuO nanoarray modified glassy carbon electrode has a low detection and a high sensitivity for hydrazine. 相似文献

This paper is concerned with the optimum design and sensitivity analysis methods of piezoelectric intelligent trusses on the
structural stiffness and free-vibration frequency. On the basis of the finite element method and taking into account the mechanical-electric
coupling effect under electric load and mechanical load, the computational formula of sensitivities of structural displacement
and free-vibration frequency with respect to the size and shape design variables are proposed. A new kind of design variable
of the electric voltage and the calculating method of displacement sensitivity with respect to the electric voltage variable
is presented. The new method for structural deformation control by optimizing the voltages of piezoelectric active bars is
given. The numerical methods of optimum design and sensitivity analysis for piezoelectric truss structures are implemented
in JIFEX software. Numerical examples demonstrate the effectiveness of the methods and the program.
