Redox homeostasis is one of the main reasons for reactive oxygen species (ROS) tolerance in hypoxic tumors, limiting ROS-mediated tumor therapy. Proposed herein is a redox dyshomeostasis (RDH) strategy based on a nanoplatform, FeCysPW@ZIF-82@CAT Dz, to disrupt redox homeostasis, and its application to improve ROS-mediated hypoxic tumor therapy. Once endocytosed by tumor cells, the catalase DNAzyme (CAT Dz) loaded zeolitic imidazole framework-82 (ZIF-82@CAT Dz) shell can be degraded into Zn2+ as cofactors for CAT Dz mediated CAT silencing and electrophilic ligands for glutathione (GSH) depletion under hypoxia, both of which lead to intracellular RDH and H2O2 accumulation. These “disordered” cells show reduced resistance to ROS and are effectively killed by ferrous cysteine-phosphotungstate (FeCysPW) induced chemodynamic therapy (CDT). In vitro and in vivo data demonstrate that the pH/hypoxia/H2O2 triple stimuli responsive nanocomposite can efficiently kill hypoxic tumors. A remarkable PL enhancement by 12 fold is achieved using pressure to modulate the structure of a recently developed 2D perovskite (HA)2(GA)Pb2I7 (HA=n-hexylammonium, GA=guanidinium). This structure features a previously unattainable, extremely large cage. In situ structural, spectroscopic, and theoretical analyses reveal that lattice compression under a mild pressure within 1.6 GPa considerably suppresses the carrier trapping, leading to significantly enhanced emission. Further pressurization induces a non-luminescent amorphous yellow phase, which is retained and exhibits a continuously increasing band gap during decompression. When the pressure is released to 1.5 GPa, emission can be triggered by above-band gap laser irradiation, accompanied by a color change from yellow to orange. The obtained orange phase could be retained at ambient conditions and exhibits two-fold higher PL emission compared with the pristine (HA)2(GA)Pb2I7. 相似文献

Improving the stability of lead halide perovskite quantum dots (QDs) in a system containing water is the key for their practical application in artificial photosynthesis. Herein, we encapsulate low‐cost CH3NH3PbI3 (MAPbI3) perovskite QDs in the pores of earth‐abundant Fe‐porphyrin based metal organic framework (MOF) PCN‐221(Fex) by a sequential deposition route, to construct a series of composite photocatalysts of MAPbI3@PCN‐221(Fex) (x=0–1). Protected by the MOF the composite photocatalysts exhibit much improved stability in reaction systems containing water. The close contact of QDs to the Fe catalytic site in the MOF, allows the photogenerated electrons in the QDs to transfer rapidly the Fe catalytic sites to enhance the photocatalytic activity for CO2 reduction. Using water as an electron source, MAPbI3@PCN‐221(Fe0.2) exhibits a record‐high total yield of 1559 μmol g?1 for photocatalytic CO2 reduction to CO (34 %) and CH4 (66 %), 38 times higher than that of PCN‐221(Fe0.2) in the absence of perovskite QDs. 相似文献

合成了分子式为[Ln~2(phen)~2L],phen=C~1~2H~8N~2[ALn=Nd,L=(CH~3COO)~4(ONO~2)~2,BLn=Sm,L=(C~6H~5COO)~6,CLn=Eu,L=(C~6H~5COO)~6]3种同双核配合物。用X射线四圆衍射仪测定了3种化合物的结构。在化合物A分子中,2个Nd(III)原子由4个CH~3COO^-基团桥联,以phen和ONO~2^-为端基,构成了一个具有C~2对称性的双核分子。配合物B和C具有完全相同的结构,它们是以4个苯甲酸根为桥,2个phen和2个C~6H~5COO^-为端基的中心对称双核分子,其中6个苯甲酸根的成键状态可分为3种状况。在3种化合物中,每个Ln均为9配位,呈不规则多面体。Ln-Ln距离,A为0.397nm,B和C均为0.405nm。测定了各配合物的变温磁化率,通过对磁性质研究,发现化合物A在低温下具有反铁磁物质行为,并由理论拟合,求得了磁参数g,J值。 相似文献

The degradation characteristics of clopyralid irradiated by electron beam (EB) was studied in aqueous solutions. The effects of factors, such as initial clopyralid concentrations, addition of radicals scavenger, initial solution pH and addition of H2O2, were investigated on clopyralid degradation efficiency and mechanism. It was found that the EB-radiolysis was an effective way to degrade clopyralid and its degradation rate decreased with the increasing of substrate concentration. In the investigated initial concentrations range of 100?C400 mg L?1, the radiolytic degradation of clopyralid followed a pseudo-first kinetic order. The results from addition of radicals scavenger indicated that both ?OH and e aq ? played significant roles in the degradation of clopyralid. Furthermore, the alkaline condition and addition of H2O2 (<10 mM) in the solution also slightly enhanced the efficiency of clopyralid degradation. The ion chromatography analysis showed that some organic acids (formic acid, acetic acid and oxalic acid) were formed, while the completely dechlorination of the substrate was achieved and organic nitrogen was recovered in the form of ammonium and nitrate ions during the irradiation process. 相似文献
