In order to analyze the power conversion efficiency (PCE) and the gain characteristics of the phosphate glass Er3+–Yb3+-co-doped waveguide amplifier (EYCDWA), formulas are derived from the rate equations and the light propagation equations under the uniform dopant and the steady-state conditions. In the derivation of these formulas, we have neglected the amplified spontaneous emission (ASE) and have introduced the initial energy transfer efficiency. By using these formulas, the effects of the pump power, signal power and waveguide length on the PCE and the gain characteristics of the EYCDWA are analyzed, and some useful results are obtained in three kinds of pumped styles, i.e. the forward-, backward- and bidirectional pumped styles.  相似文献

A novel amphiphilic poly(ethylene glycol)‐block‐poly(γ‐cholesterol‐L ‐glutamate) (mPEG–PCHLG) diblock copolymer has been synthesized. The mPEG–PCHLG copolymer has good biocompatibility and low toxicity. The mPEG–PCHLG copolymers could aggregate into nanoparticles with PCHLG blocks as the hydrophobic core and PEG blocks as the hydrophilic shell through emulsion solvent evaporation method. The copolymers were characterized by nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy, mass spectrum, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, and gel permeation chromatography. The particle sizes, size distributions, and zeta potentials of nanoparticles can also be determined by dynamic light scattering and transmission electron microscopy. This work provides a new and facile approach to prepare amphiphilic block copolymer nanoparticles with controllable performances. A mild and efficient method using readily available 1‐aryl‐2,3‐allenols and unprotected‐N indoles, Au+‐catalyzed cyclization, and aromatization to afford the final [4C+2C] products, carbazoles 4, with an excellent selectivity, is reported. The reaction demonstrates excellent regioselectivity and allows the N?H unit to undergo reactivity unprotected. A mechanism involving a spiropolycyclic intermediate has been proposed and synthetic application is also demonstrated.  相似文献

Reflection filters have various applications in optical communication and other systems.In this letter,we propose a narrowband high-reflection filter composed of dielectric and metallic layers,in which an optimized filter combined with an admittance-matching layer with broad stop band is achieved.The structure can be expressed as Sub | (HL)13H2L(HL)313Cr0.84H | air,with full-width at half-maximum (FWHM) bandwidth of 2.5 nm.Based on this structure,reflection filters with multi-peaks are presented,and the law of distribution of peak positions is drawn.  相似文献

Multi-functionalized single walled carbon nanotubes (SWNTs) were prepared and applied as tumor cell targeting biological transporters. A positive charge was introduced on SWNTs to get high loading efficiency of fluorescein (FAM) labeled short double strands DNA (20 base pairs). The SWNTs were encapsulated with the folic acid modified phospholipids for active targeting into tumor cell. The tumor cell-targeting properties of these multi-functionalized SWNTs were investigated by active targeting into mouse ovarian surface epithelial cells. The experimental results show that these multi-functionalized SWNTs have good tumor cell targeting property.  相似文献

A scheme is presented for teleporting an unknown state in a trapped ion system. The scheme only requires a single laser beam. It allows the trap to be in any state with a few phonons, e.g. a thermal motion. Furthermore, it works in the regime, where the Rabi frequency of the laser is on the order of the trap frequency. Thus, the teleportation speed is greatly increased, which is important for decreasing the decoherence effect. This idea can also be used to teleport an unknown ionic entangled state.  相似文献

Pure monoclinic (m-) and tetragonal (t-) LaVO4 nanorods are successfully obtained via a facile oxides-hydrothermal method, in which V2O5 and La2O3 bulk powders are directly utilized as precursors without pretreatment. It is found that ethylenediamine tetraacetic disodium salt (EDTA) is a key factor for synthesizing t-LaVO4. The as-obtained products are characterized by X-ray powder diffraction (XRD), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), high-resolution TEM (HRTEM), and selected area electron diffraction (SAED). The FTIR spectra of VO4 around 800 cm−1 are suggested as an effective auxiliary means to identify the crystal phase of LaVO4. UV–Visible spectra of LaVO4 nanomaterials are obvious blue shift compared with the bulk m-LaVO4 materials. The different photoluminescent properties of Eu3+ doped m- and t-LaVO4 are demonstrated. A dissolution–precipitation mechanism is mainly responsible for the anisotropic morphology and phase control evolution of the LaVO4 nanocrystals. The oxides-hydrothermal system is also applicable to prepare other pure LnVO4 (Ln3+: Nd3+, Y3+, Sm3+) and doped LnVO4 nanomaterials.  相似文献

This paper reports that polarized far-infrared reflectivity measurements have been done on LiGaO2 single crystal along two crystalline taxes at different temperatures. The temperature dependent frequencies of the longitudinal and transverse optical phonon have been obtained from the real part of optical conductivity and the loss function respectively. A small Drude component is observed at frequency below 300 cm^-1 which could arise from Li ions or oxygen deficiencies. The ionicity of LiGaO2 has been studied from the analysis of the Born effective charge of different ions.  相似文献

This paper proposes a scheme of parameter perturbation to suppress the stable rotating spiral wave, meandering spiral wave and turbulence in the excitable media, which is described by the modified Fitzhug-Nagumo (MFHN) model. The controllable parameter in the MFHN model is perturbed with a weak pulse and the pulse period is decided by the rotating period of the spiral wave approximatively. It is confirmed that the spiral wave and spiral turbulence can be suppressed greatly. Drift and instability of spiral wave can be observed in the numerical simulation tests before the whole media become homogeneous finally.  相似文献
