In this paper, a multiproduct single-machine production system under economic production quantity (EPQ) model is studied in which the existence of only one machine causes a limited production capacity for the common cycle length of all products, the production defective rates are random variables, shortages are allowed and take a combination of backorder and lost sale, and there is a service rate constraint for the company. The aim of this research is to determine the optimal production quantity, the allowable shortage level, and the period length of each product such that the expected total cost, including holding, shortage, production, setup and defective items costs, is minimized. The mathematical model of the problem is derived for which the objective function is proved to be convex. Then, a derivative approach is utilized to obtain the optimal solution. Finally, two numerical examples in each of which a sensitivity analysis is performed on the model parameters, are provided to illustrate the practical usage of the proposed methodology. 相似文献

The phenanthroimidazole derivatives are used in the drug industry in large scale. In this study four new phenanthroimidazole-imine derivatives were synthesized and their spectroscopic studies as well as their antioxidant behaviors were examined. Structural analyses were made by FT-IR, 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR, LC-MS spectroscopy techniques. UV–vis absorption and emission spectroscopy techniques have been used to determine the photophysical characteristics of four newly synthesized phenanthroimidazoles. The maximum absorption and emission wavelengths, molar extinction coefficients (ε), singlet energy levels (Es), Stokes’ shift values (Δλ) of phenanthroimidazole-imine derivatives are given. We demonstrate that electron-phonon interaction in quantum dots embedded in one-dimensional systems leads to pronounced, non-Markovian decoherence of optical transitions. The experiments that we present focus on the line shape of photoluminescence from low-temperature axially localized carbon nanotube excitons. The independent boson model that we use to model the phonon interactions reproduces with very high accuracy the broad and asymmetric emission lines and the weak red-detuned radial breathing mode replicas observed in the experiments. The intrinsic phonon-induced pure dephasing of the zero-phonon line is 2 orders of magnitude larger than the lifetime broadening and is a hallmark of the reduced dimensionality of the phonon bath. The non-Markovian nature of this decoherence mechanism may have adverse consequences for applications of one-dimensional systems in quantum information processing. 相似文献

We demonstrate theoretically that it is possible to manipulate electron or hole spins all optically in semiconducting carbon nanotubes. The scheme that we propose is based on the spin-orbit interaction that was recently measured experimentally; we show that this interaction, together with an external magnetic field, can be used to achieve optical electron-spin state preparation with a fidelity exceeding 99%. Our results also imply that it is possible to implement coherent spin rotation and measurement using laser fields linearly polarized along the nanotube axis, as well as to convert spin qubits into time-bin photonic qubits. We expect that our findings will open up new avenues for exploring spin physics in one-dimensional systems. 相似文献

A series of 4-hydroxy-6-methoxyaurones and 4,6-dimethoxyaurones has been synthesised and tested for their binding affinity toward the nucleotide-binding domain of P-glycoprotein, an ABC (ATP-Binding Cassette) transporter which mediates the resistance of cancer cells to chemotherapy. These compounds differ from each other by the nature of the substituent on the aurone B-ring. The binding affinity seems to be linked to the nature of the substituent, as well as to the presence or the absence of a hydroxy group at position 4. The most active compounds were 4'-bromo-4-hydroxy-6-methoxyaurone and 4-hydroxy-4'-iodo-6-methoxyaurone. 相似文献

A molecularly defined copper acetylide cluster with ancillary N‐heterocyclic carbene (NHC) ligands was prepared under acidic reaction conditions. This cluster is the first molecular copper acetylide complex that features high activity in copper‐catalyzed azide–alkyne cycloadditions (CuAAC) with added acetic acid even at ?5 °C. Ethyl propiolate protonates the acetate ligands of the dinuclear precursor complex to release acetic acid and replaces one out of four ancillary ligands. Two copper(I) ions are thereby liberated to form the core of a yellow dicationic C2‐symmetric hexa‐NHC octacopper hexaacetylide cluster. Coalescence phenomena in low‐temperature NMR experiments reveal fluxionality that leads to the facile interconversion of all of the NHC and acetylide positions. Kinetic investigations provide insight into the influence of copper acetylide coordination modes and the acetic acid on catalytic activity. The interdependence of “click” activity and copper acetylide aggregation beyond dinuclear intermediates adds a new dimension of complexity to our mechanistic understanding of the CuAAC reaction. 相似文献

The gut microbiota is important in regulating host metabolism, maintaining physiology, and protecting immune homeostasis. Gut microbiota dysbiosis affects the development of the gut microenvironment, as well as the onset of various external systemic diseases and metabolic syndromes. Cyclophosphamide (CTX) is a commonly used chemotherapeutic drug that suppresses the host immune system, intestinal mucosa inflammation, and dysbiosis of the intestinal flora. Immunomodulators are necessary to enhance the immune system and prevent homeostasis disbalance and cytotoxicity caused by CTX. In this study, shrimp peptide hydrolysate (SPH) was evaluated for immunomodulation, intestinal integration, and microbiota in CTX-induced immunosuppressed mice. It was observed that SPH would significantly restore goblet cells and intestinal mucosa integrity, modulate the immune system, and increase relative expression of mRNA and tight-junction associated proteins (Occludin, Zo-1, Claudin-1, and Mucin-2). It also improved gut flora and restored the intestinal microbiota ecological balance by removing harmful microbes of various taxonomic groups. This would also increase the immune organs index, serum levels of cytokines (IFN-ϒ, IL1β, TNF-α, IL-6), and immunoglobin levels (IgA, IgM). The Firmicutes/Bacteroidetes proportion was decreased in CTX-induced mice. Finally, SPH would be recommended as a functional food source with a modulatory effect not only on intestinal microbiota, but also as a potential health-promoting immune function regulator. 相似文献

Electrochemistry combined with economical and sustainable platforms (such as paper) provides portable, affordable, robust, and user-friendly devices. In general, techniques, such as photolithography and sputtering, are excellent alternatives for producing these platforms. However, owing to the requirement of expensive and sophisticated instrumentation, as well as cleanroom facilities, these techniques have limited access. Thus, the search for easy to use and produce approaches have been reported, using consumables, including adhesives, carbon ink, graphite, pencil, office paper, paperboard, among others. In this sense, in this mini-review, we discuss various strategies explored to fabricate low-cost electrochemical sensors, including its main applications. Different manufacturing methods, such as screen and stencil printing, laser-scribing, and pencil drawing, will be discussed here, emphasizing the performance of the obtained devices, in addition to their advantages and disadvantages. 相似文献
