Reaction between quinolinquinone and thiazolidine in basic medium was investigated. 2-Arylthiazolidine-4-carboxylic acid ethyl esters undergo two different cleavages in basic medium, yielding the 1-aryl-2-azadiene and a thiolic species. In the presence of quinolinquinone, the isomeric 1-aryl-3-ethoxycarbonyl-pyridoisoquinolin-5,10-diones and 3-amino-3-ethoxycarbonyl-dihydrothienoquinolin-4,9-diones are formed by a hetero-Diels-Alder reaction and 1,4-Michael addition reaction, respectively. A mechanism for the formation of the reaction products is presented.  相似文献

The action of acyl halides on heterocyclic compounds of five-membered rings containing an O-M-O (M ? P, As, Sb) linkage is described. The reactions were either carried out in the presence of a solvent (benzene or toluene) or by direct heating of the reagent with the substrate. In the case of arsole, stibole and stannole derivatives, the cleavage of O-M bond and the formation of the respective mono- and diesters were always obtained, while with the phospholes, no cleavage of the compounds was observed. The products IIa-c (M = Sb) have been obtained in excellent yields starting from VIa-c and antimony trichloride. The structure of the compounds which were prepared was determined by analytical and spectroscopic methods and also by comparations with authentic samples where possible.  相似文献

The metal promoted hydrolysis of nitrile groups in the side chains of tetraazamacrocyclic Cu2+ complexes has been studied by stopped-flow techniques. It is shown that the reaction proceeds by an intramolecular attack of an axially coordinated OH- onto the nitrile group to give the corresponding amide. In alkaline solution the amide then deprotonates and binds to the axial position of the Cu2+ thus preventing further coordination of an OH-. This explains mechanistically that in the Cu2+ complexes of macrocycles carrying two nitrile functions only one is selectively hydrolysed. The nitrile hydrolysis has also been used on a preparative scale to synthesize tetraazamacrocycles with two different side chains. X-Ray diffractions of several products are presented to confirm the structures and the results from the kinetics and equilibria measurements.  相似文献

This paper reports the development of a method based on capillary electrophoresis with laser-induced fluorescence detection for the simultaneous determination of thiouracil (TU) and phenylthiouracil (PhTU) with high sensitivity (nanomolar range, i.e., attomoles detected). After derivatization with 5-iodoacetamidofluorescein, the analytes were separated by capillary zone electrophoresis using 20 mM phosphate buffer (pH 10.0) and quantified by fluorescence detection. The linearity range, precision, recovery, and detection limits were determined, and the method was shown to be applicable for the determination of TU and PhTU in spiked feed samples and urine.  相似文献

The apparent molal volume and adiabatic compressibilities of some transition metal (Mn2+, Co2+ Ni2+, Cu2+, Zn2+, and Cd2+) sulfates have been determined at 25°C. Values of to 11.4 cm3-mole–1 and to 31.3 × 10–4cm3-mole–1-bar–1 at 1 atm were found for the formation of the transition metal sulfate ion pairs. These results are in good agreement with the values obtained from the high-pressure conductance measurements of Fisher et al., Shimizu et al., and Taniguchi et al. The volume and compressibility data indicate that 3.1±0.7 water molecules are lost when transition metals form ion pairs with SO 4 2– . The fractions of inner-sphere ion pairs (20%) estimated in this study are in good agreement with the values obtained from ultrasonic measurements.  相似文献

Microwave irradiation has been successfully applied in organic chemistry. Spectacular accelerations, higher yields under milder reaction conditions and higher product purities have all been reported. Indeed, a number of authors have described success in reactions that do not occur by conventional heating and even modifications of selectivity (chemo-, regio- and stereoselectivity). The effect of microwave irradiation in organic synthesis is a combination of thermal effects, arising from the heating rate, superheating or "hot spots" and the selective absorption of radiation by polar substances. Such phenomena are not usually accessible by classical heating and the existence of non-thermal effects of highly polarizing radiation--the "specific microwave effect"--is still a controversial topic. An overview of the thermal effects and the current state of non-thermal microwave effects is presented in this critical review along with a view on how these phenomena can be effectively used in organic synthesis.  相似文献

Activation energies for the recombination of point defects generated by the /n,/ reaction in Ba (CoEDTA)2·4H2O, t-(Co(en)2(NO2)2)Cl and (Co(en)2(NO2)2) (CoEDTA)·1H2O, have been evaluated using isothermal step annealing. Indolic compounds are a broad family of substances present in microorganisms, plants and animals. They are mainly related with tryptophan metabolism, and present particularities that depend on their respective chemical structures. The most important members of the family are the plant hormone, indole-3-acetic acid, and the animal hormone, melatonin. An important characteristic of some indolic compounds is that they may be useful as chemical preventive agents against diseases such as cancer, oxidative stress, etc. For this reason, the possible antioxidant activities (free radical-scavenging activity) of several indoles were studied. The2,2'-azino-bis-(3-ethylbenzthiazoline-6-sulfonic acid /H(2)O(2)/HRP decoloration method was applied to determine both hydrophilic (in buffered media) and lipophilic (in organic media) antioxidant properties of the indolic compounds. Also, a study of the hydrophilic antioxidant activities of indoles at different pH values (between 4.5 and 8.5) was made. Finally, their possible role as diet plant antioxidants is discussed.  相似文献
