In a deposit game coalitions are formed by players combining their capital. The proceeds of their investments then have to be divided among those players. The current model extends earlier work on capital deposits by allowing reinvestment of returns. Two specific subclasses of deposit games are introduced. These subclasses provide insight in two extreme cases. It is seen that each term dependent deposit game possesses a core element. Capital dependent deposit games are also shown to have a core element and even a population monotonic allocation scheme if the revenue function exhibits increasing returns to scale. a-Si films were obtained by a reactive evaporation of Si atoms with an electron gun, under a NH3 ambient of 5 × 10?5 torr. The H introduced amount efficiently reduces the ESR dangling bond density from 4 × 1019 cm?3 in pure samples to 2 × 1017 cm?3. The hydrogen presence is evidence by both the Si-H infrared bands and the strong spin-density increase with annealing. This increase, beginning at a temperature of 350°C, is attributed to the H effusion. XPS measurements show also an incorporation of bonded nitrogen. 相似文献

Examples of finite-dimensional structural design problems with constraints on natural frequency and buckling are used to demonstrate that repeated eigenvalues may be expected to occur when a structure is optimized. It is shown that a repeated eigenvalue is not generally differentiable with respect to design variables. Directional derivatives are shown to exist, and a method of calculating directional derivatives is given. Necessary conditions of optimality are derived and applied to a vibration optimization problem. Two algorithms for the solution of a parametric optimal design problem are developed and applied to example problems from diverse fields, such as finite allocation problems, optimal design of dynamical systems, and Chebyshev approximation. Sensitivity analysis gives rise to a first-order feedback law, which contains a compensating term for any error in the nominal solution, as well as sensitivity of the solution with respect to design parameters. The properties of quantum statistically degenerate systems of Bosons which are created by an external pump field and decay within a finite lifetime are investigated by means of a Green's function treatment. These investigations help to understand the physical properties of such condensed Bose-systems as excitons, excitonic molecules and spin aligned hydrogen atoms. A model for a resonatorless absorptive optical bistability in laser-excited semiconductors is presented. The intensity-dependent absorption coefficient is calculated microscopically taking into account band-gap renormalization and band filling due to formation of an electron-hole plasma. The spatial and temporal variations of the carrier density and the light intensity in the crystal are calculated from solutions of their coupled transport equations. An intrinsically bistable propagation mechanism for a density kink is found, which gives rise to additional structures in the bistable hysteresis loop.
