Abstract

The 1-hydroxyethylidene-1,1-bisphosphonic acid (HEDP) (I) reacts with epichlorohydrine (II) and aminoepoxypropanes (III) in water. Optimum pH for the esterefication is 6–7. The reaction completes in 20–30 h on 60°C at this pH and leads to the mixture of the original HEDP with the mono- and diesters. The mixture of di-Na salts of HEDP and the monochloroester (IV) in ratio 1:1.7 was precipitated from the reaction solution on using of the epichlorohydrine (II). This mixture was used for synthesis of aminoesters (VI a,b) unavailable by direct reaction of HEDP with corresponding aminoepoxides.  相似文献

Abstract

Calcium phosphates are well known to be perspective as biomaterials, for example. the dental ones. There are two tendencies in investigation and design of such materials. They are the search of porous biomaterials and development of dense bioceramics on the basic of hydroxópatite and crystallized calcium phosphate glasses. Control of glasses crystallization with the help of modificators and nucleating agents is the main way for producing dense biomaterials [1, 2]. We used natural alumosiiicates, for example, kaolin as a reagent and modificator for calcium polyphosphate to achieve a good quality of materials without stages of glass formation and glass crystallization.  相似文献

We needed effective and sustainable technologies for better microbiological control of crops, including Fusarium. However, photoluminescent UV–Vis methods are potential for diagnosing plant diseases with Fusarium. It has not been sufficiently studied despite the application of these methods for other biological researches. The excitation spectrum of the seeds during infection shifts to the shorter wavelength and a new maximum appears in the region λ ≈ 232 nm. The photoluminescence of infected seeds increases with excitation by radiation of wavelengths λe,1 = 232 nm, λe,2 = 362 nm and λe,3 = 424 nm by 1.33–3.14 times, and λe,3 = 424 nm—decreases by 1.1 times. Statistical moments μ3 and μ4, asymmetry and kurtosis change only with short-wave excitation. When analyzing the decomposition of the frequency spectrum into Gaussian curves, the most informative ratio is the ratio of right-handed and left-handed Gaussians under excitation λe,2 = 362 nm and λe,3 = 424 nm. The ratios of their maxima change during infection by 1.36–3.2 times, and for excitation by radiation λe,2, the frequency boundaries of Gaussians change. The results of measurements and calculations provide a basis for the development of a method and device for photoluminescence diagnostics of fusarium seeds in UV–Vis ranges.  相似文献

Summary The spatial and electronic structures of the complexes [Co(AAm)4(H2O)2](NO3)2 (1), Co(AAm)4Cl2 (2), [Ni(AAm)4(H2O)2](NO3)2 (3) and Ni(AAm)4Cl2 (4), where AAm is acrylamide, and the products of their radical, frontal and post-grafting polymerization have been studied by electronic spectroscopy. The complexes (1), (3) and (4) were found to have pseudooctahedral structures in both the solid and solution phases. A change in the spatial structure of complex (2) was established in going from the crystal (tetragonally distorted octahedral) to solution (tetrahedral). The coordination environment of the metal centre does not change markedly during polymerization of the metal-containing monomers.  相似文献

In this paper, we discuss the two-layered Jeffrey-fluid model with mild stenosis in narrow tubes. The blood flow in narrow arteries is treated as a two-fluid model with the suspension of erythrocytes, leukocytes, etc., as a Jeffrey fluid, which is a non-Newtonian fluid, in the core region and plasma, a Newtonian fluid, in the peripheral region. An analytical solution has been obtained for the velocity in the core and peripheral region, volume flow rate, resistance to flow, and wall-shear stress. The effect of Jeffrey-fluid parameters, like the height of stenosis, viscosity, etc., on volume flow rate, resistance to flow (impedance), and wall-shear stress has been discussed graphically. Through the present study, it is found that the wall-shear stress and resistance to flow increases with the increase in height of stenosis and decreases with the increase in the ratio of relaxation time. It is also found that the velocity decreases with an increase in stenosis height in both the core and the peripheral region. A previous result has been also verified.  相似文献

A simple direct enzyme immunoassay for semiquantitative detec tion of antibodies is suggested. It is based on the difference in diffusion rates in a gel for a synthetic low-mol-wt antigen and of its complexes with antibodies to be detected. Sensitivity and specificity of the devel oped assay are equal to an ELISA method. The assay has been tested with antibodies against HIV protein gp41 in rabbit serum.
