An efficient and operationally simple route to benzylseleno‐ and phenylselenoalkanoic acids from ethyl benzyl/phenylselenoalkanoates is described. This involves preparation of ethyl benzyl/phenylselenoalkanoates as substrates by reaction of dibenzyl/diphenyl diselenide and sodium borohydride with ethyl chloroalkanoates in ethanol followed by basic hydrolysis and subsequent acidification.  相似文献

The present work uses a micromechanical force apparatus to directly measure cyclopentane clathrate hydrate cohesive force and hydrate-steel adhesive force, as a function of contact time, contact force and temperature. We present a hydrate interparticle force model, which includes capillary and sintering contributions and is based on fundamental interparticle force theories. In this process, we estimate the cyclopentane hydrate tensile strength to be approximately 0.91 MPa. This hydrate interparticle force model also predicts the effect of temperature on hydrate particle cohesion force. Finally, we present the first direct measurements of hydrate cohesive force in the gas phase to be 9.1 ± 2.1 mN/m at approximately 3 °C (as opposed to 4.3 ± 0.4 mN/m in liquid cyclopentane).  相似文献

An efficient and operationally simple strategy for the stereoselective synthesis of novel C-3 functionalized 3-sulfonyl-β-lactam heterocycles is described. The C-3 functionalized 3-phenyl/benzylsulfonyl-β-lactams 3/3′, 5/5′ has been synthesized via Michael addition using different Michael acceptors on trans-3-phenyl/benzylsulfonyl-β-lactams 2(a–f) using K2CO3 as a base and acetonitrile/DMF as solvents. The reaction furnished exclusively cis-β-lactam adducts 3(a–r) using sterically less hindered Michael acceptors. Further, the effect of steric bulk and chiralilty of Michael acceptors was explored to achieve target C-3 functionalized β-lactams 3(s-u)/3′(s-u) and 5(a–c)/5′(a–c). The structural and stereochemical analysis of novel β-lactams were carried out using FT-IR, NMR (1H, 13C, 1H-1H COSY, 1H-13C COSY and 13C DEPT-135), elemental analysis (CHNS), mass spectrometry (EIMS and LCMS) in representative cases and single crystal X-ray crystallographic studies (3e). The cis or trans configuration of the Michael acceptor (E) at C-3 was assigned with respect to C4-H.  相似文献

In this work, we have investigated the thermal radiation power spectra of 1D photonic crystal structure containing Si and SiO2 having an absorbing substrate with truncated thickness. The thermal radiation power spectra are determined by the means of a theoretical model based on a transfer matrix for both normal and oblique incidence together with Kirchhoff’s second law. It is observed that thermal radiation power spectra show strong dependence on truncation parameter and incident angle.  相似文献

 Prochlorperazine maleate reacts with 1-naphthylamine and sodium nitrite, after heating for 110 s at 80 °C to give an orange red colour having maximum absorbance at 460 nm. The reaction is selective for prochlorperazine maleate with 0.01 mg/mL as visual limit of quantitation and provides a basis for a new spectrophotometric determination. The colour reaction obeys Beer’s law from 0.01 mg/10 mL to 0.33 mg/10 mL of prochlorperazine maleate and the relative standard deviation is 0.68%. Anhydrous silicophosphoric acid glass with an approximate composition of H5Si2P9O29 was synthesized and its thermal and proton-conducting properties were characterized. Despite exhibiting a glass transition at 192 °C, the supercooled liquid could be handled as a solid up to 280 °C owing to its high viscosity. The glass and its melt exhibited proton conduction with a proton transport number of ∼1. Although covalent O−H bonds were weakened by relatively strong hydrogen bonding, the proton conductivity (4×10−4 S cm−1 at 276 °C) was considerably lower than that of phosphoric acid. The high viscosity of the melt was due to the tight cross-linking of phosphate ion chains by six-fold-coordinated Si atoms. The low proton conductivity was attributed to the trapping of positively charged proton carriers around anionic SiO6 units (expressed as (SiO6/2)2−) to compensate for the negative charges.  相似文献

We describe the design and operation of a diode-pumped compact and efficient Nd:YAB laser operating at 1338 nm. We use a passive Q-switch V:YAG crystal to achieve 1 mJ Q-switched pulses at the laser output. The laser elaborated provides an average power of 1.5 W in the CW regime and 1 W in Qswitched mode with an optical efficiency of 15 and 10%, respectively. A 65 mm plano-concave cavity is formed with an output in the TEM00 mode. At a pulse width of 15 ns, the achieved peak power is 66 kW.  相似文献

A miniaturized bead-based dynamic allele-specific hybridization (DASH) approach for single-nucleotide polymorphism analysis is presented. Chips with integrated heater and temperature sensors for open-surface DNA analysis were microfabricated. Microcontact printing using a poly(dimethylsiloxane) (PDMS) stamp was employed to create monolayers of immobilized beads on the surface of the chip. This chip allows fast, well-controllable temperature ramping. The temperature distribution was homogeneous over the entire heater area. All three possible variants of an SNP site of a synthesized oligonucleotide were accurately scored using the bead-based DASH approach. Our assay has a nonoptimized temperature ramping rate of 4 degrees C-6 degrees C/min compared to earlier reported values of 2 degrees C-3 degrees C/min, thereby reducing the total analysis time by a factor of 2. Reliable DASH measurement data from areas as small as 12 x 13 microm was achieved. Our bead-based DASH approach has enabled a dramatic volume reduction and is a step towards developing a cost-effective high-throughput DASH method on arrays of single beads.  相似文献
