The use of 1‐butyl‐3‐methylimidazolium hexafluorophosphate ionic liquid [C4mim][PF6] as additive in a Pb(II) plastic membrane electrode increased significantly the selectivity of the sensor. Atomic force microscopy and depth profiling X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy were applied to investigate the compositional and morphological changes of the surface and bulk of the membrane during the conditioning process of the electrode.  相似文献

The phase behaviour of the system water?Ctri-n-butylmethylammonium chloride (TBMAC)?CCO2 was investigated by pressure-controlled differential scanning calorimetry in the range 0?C10?mol% TBMAC in water and at CO2 pressures ranging from 0 to 1.5?MPa. In the absence of CO2, an incongruent melting hydrate, which estimated composition corresponds to TBMAC·30H2O, crystallizes at temperatures below ?13.6?°C and forms with ice a peritectic phase at approximately 3.9?mol% TBMAC. In the presence of CO2 at pressures as low as 0.5?MPa, curves evidenced the presence of an additional phase exhibiting congruent melting at temperatures that are strongly pressure dependent and significantly higher than those of hydrates obtained without CO2. This new phase, whose enthalpy of dissociation and CO2 content increase slightly with CO2 pressure, was identified as a mixed semi-clathrate hydrate of TBMAC and CO2 of general formula: (TBMAC?+?xCO2)·30H2O.  相似文献

New [1,2,4‐oxadiazolyl]methyl‐3H‐[1,2,3]triazolo[4,5‐d]pyrimidin derivatives were synthesized starting from N′‐Hydroxy‐1‐naphthimidamide. The N‐substituted acyclic nucleoside analogs as well as the substituted glycosides were also prepared by reaction with the corresponding reagents. The antimicrobial results indicated that most of the tested compounds exhibited moderate to high antimicrobial activity whereas few compounds were found to exhibit little or no activity against the tested microorganisms.  相似文献

Conformational properties of 2,2′‐bithiazole and 4,4′‐dimethyl‐2,2′‐ bithiazole have been studied by using AM1 and PM3 semiemperical methods and ab initio HF/6‐311+G* and B3LYP/6‐311+G* calculations. All methods agree that the planar s‐trans conformation is the global minimum and the perpendicular conformation is the transition state. Additional local minima were found using the Hartree–Fock (HF) and B3LYP levels for 2,2′‐bithiazole while for 4,4′‐dimethyl derivative the minima was located only at the MP2//B3LYP level. The barrier heights for rotation are 1.72, 7.69, and 7.88 kcal/mol at the PM3, HF, and B3LYP levels, respectively, and methyl substitution did not affect appreciably this value. Fourier expansion terms and bond orders were used to explain the origins of the rotational barrier in terms of π conjugation, electrostatic interaction, and steric effects, which represent the main factors in the shape of the rotational barrier. © 2000 John Wiley & Sons, Inc. New route for the synthesis of 2‐(benzothiazol‐2‐ylthio)‐1‐phenylethanone ( 6 ) and 2‐(acetonylthio)benzothiazole ( 1 ) by using phenacyl bromide and α‐chloroacetone, respectively, through carbon–sulfur bond cleavage reactions in a basic medium has been generated. Treatment of 1 with malononitrile and elemental sulfur afforded the corresponding derivative of 2‐amino‐3‐cyanothiophene ( 12 ), whereas treatment of 1 with cyanoacetohydrazide afforded the corresponding derivative of cyanoacetylhydrazone derivative ( 13 ). The structure of the synthesis compounds has been established on the basis of elemental analyses, 1H‐NMR, 13C‐NMR, correlation spectroscopy, heteronuclear single quantum coherence, MS spectra, and X‐ray crystallographic investigations.  相似文献

5‐Amino‐3‐anilino‐1H‐pyrazole‐4‐carbonitrile 1 was alkylated with various halo reagents under phase transfer conditions to give the corresponding imidazopyrazole derivatives 2a , 2b , 2c , 3 , 4 , 5 , 6 . Pyrazolo[1,5‐a] pyrimidine derivatives 11 , 12 , 13 , 14 were prepared by treating compound 1 with different dicarbonyl reagents, namely, diethymalonate, ethyl 3‐oxo‐3‐phenylpropanoate, pentane‐2,4‐dione or ethyl 3‐oxobutanoate.  相似文献

4‐Amino‐3‐methyl‐1‐phenyl‐1H‐thieno[2,3‐c]pyrazole‐5‐carboxamide ( 5 ), which was synthesized by an innovative method, was used as a versatile precursor for synthesizing pyrazolothienopyrimidines and imidazopyrazolothienopyrimidines compounds. Reaction of amino thienopyrazole carboxamide 5 with triethyl orthoformate afforded thienopyrazolopyrimidine 6 . Chlorination of the latter compound, using phosphorus oxychloride afforded the chloro pyrazolothienopyrimidine 7 , which underwent nucleophilic substitution reactions with various primary and secondary amines to give the alkyl (aryl) amino pyrimidine compounds 8a–d . On the other hand, the reaction of chloropyrimidine 7 with thiourea afforded the pyrimidine thione compound 9 , which was alkylated with α‐halogentaed compounds to afford the S‐alkylated derivatives 10a–c . Also, chloroacetylation of the amino carboxamide 5 using chloroacetyl chloride yielded the chloromethyl pyrazolothienopyrimidine 12 , which underwent nucleophilic substitu‐ tion reactions with various primary and secondary amines to afford the alkyl (aryl) aminomethyl compounds 13a–f . The latter Compounds underwent Mannich reaction to give imidazopyrimidothieno‐ pyrazoles 14a–c . The newly synthesized compounds and their derivatives were fully characterized by elemental and spectral analysis.  相似文献

Microsomal prostaglandin E synthase-1 (mPGES-1) is a promising target for development of next-generation anti-inflammatory drugs. It is crucial for rational design of the next-generation anti-inflammatory drugs to know the three-dimensional (3D) structure of mPGES-1 trimer and to understand how mPGES-1 binds with substrates and inhibitors. In the current work, a 3D structural model of human mPGES-1 trimer has been developed, for the first time, by performing combined homology modeling, molecular docking, and molecular dynamics simulation. The 3D structural model enables us to understand how mPGES-1 binds with its substrates/inhibitors, and the key amino acid residues for the mPGES-1 binding with ligands have been identified. The detailed 3D structures and calculated binding free energies for mPGES-1's binding with substrates and inhibitors are all consistent with available experimental data, suggesting that the 3D model of the mPGES-1 trimer and the enzyme-ligand binding modes are reasonable. The new structural insights obtained from this study should be valuable for rational design of next-generation anti-inflammatory drugs.  相似文献

1,3-Dipolar cycloaddition reactions of a sugar-based trifluoromethylated nitrone-to-maleimide and allyl bromide afforded a series of cycloadducts in good yield. The same nitrone reacts with propargyl acetate lead, after rearrangement of 4-isoxazoline, to aziridine with good yield. The obtained compounds were evaluated for their in vitro antimicrobial potency. Additionally, we are interested in predicting their physicochemical parameters such as lipophilicity and bioactivity score as well as their pharmacokinetic properties such as absorption, distribution, metabolism, and excretion (ADME) such as plasma protein binding (PPB) penetration of the blood–brain barrier (BBB), human intestinal absorption (HIA), cellular permeability (PCaco-2), cell permeability of Madin–Darby canine kidney (PMDCK), P-glycoprotein (P-gp) efflux, CYP inducers, substrates and inhibitors’ skin and permeability (PS), and their toxicological behavior [mutagenicity, carcinogenicity, acute, environmental, cardiotoxicity (hERG inhibition)] using in silico computational methods. Also, we aimed to validate QSAR models for the elucidation of their antitarget using 32 sets of end-points (IC50, Ki and Kact). The obtained result provides good information about the pharmacotherapy potential and toxicity of the examined molecules with good compliance between in vitro antimicrobial and the predicted properties. Findings indicated and encouraged the use of these compounds and their derivatives for further in vivo evaluations in the design and the elucidation of the intrinsic mechanisms as well as the efficacy of the selected powerful drug.  相似文献
