Resistivity, magnetoresistivity and Hall effect measurements in n-type Te-doped GaSb grown by the liquid encapsuled Czochralski technique are carried out as functions of temperature (35-350 K) and magnetic field (0-1.35 T). The power law model is used to explain the temperature-dependent resistivity. The magnetic-field-dependent data are analysed using the quantitative mobility spectrum analysis technique. The effect of individual band parameters (nL, nr, μL, μr, p and μp) on both the electron and magneto transports have been discussed. The EL - Er energy separation between the L and conduction band edges is also derived.  相似文献

An adsorptive stripping square wave voltammetric (AdSqW) method was developed for the determination of 3-nitrotyrosine (3-NT), a biomarker of in vivo oxidative damage in Alzheimer, ALS, Parkinson’s, cardiovascular diseases and cancer, in some biological fluids. Voltammetric measurements were performed in 0.30 M (pH 9.0) phosphate solution as supporting electrolyte, a reduction peak was observed at–0.487 V (vs. Ag/AgCl–3 M KCl) with a hanging mercury drop electrode by square wave voltammetry. Cyclic voltammetric measurements showed that the current was adsorption-controlled. LOD and LOQ values were as 0.25 and 1.5 nM, respectively, for the AdSqW method. 3-NT was determined in plasma and cerebrospinal fluid using AdSqW method, which allowed to work at low concentrations. Recovery value was measured as 96.3 ± 2.3%.  相似文献

Cadmium sulfide (CdS) nanoparticles (NPs) capped with poly(acrylic acid) (PAA) were prepared in aqueous solutions from Cd(NO3)2 and Na2S. Influence of the COOH/Cd ratio (0.8-12.5), reaction pH (5.5 and 7.5), and PAA molecular weight (2100 and 5100 g/mol) on the particle size, colloidal stability, and photoluminescence were investigated. A Cd/S ratio of <1 causes ineffective passivization of the surface with the carboxylate and therefore results in a red shift of the absorption band and a significant drop in photoluminescence. Therefore, the Cd/S ratio was fixed at 1.1 for all experiments studying the mentioned variables. PAA coating provided excellent colloidal stability at a COOH/Cd ratio above 1. Absorption edges of PAA-coated CdS NPs are in the range of 460-508 nm. The size of the NPs increases slightly with increasing PAA molecular weight and COOH/Cd ratio at pH 7.5. It is demonstrated that there is a critical COOH/Cd ratio (1.5-2) that maximizes the photoluminescence intensity and quantum yield (QY, 17%). Above this critical ratio, which corresponds to smaller crystal sizes (3.7-4.1 nm) for each reaction set, the quantum yield decreases and the crystal size increases. Moreover, CdS NPs prepared at pH 7.5 have significantly higher QY and absorb at lower wavelengths in comparison with those prepared at pH 5.5. Luminescence quenching has not been observed over 8 months.  相似文献

In this work, we demonstrate an integrated sensor combining a grating-coupled plasmon resonance surface with a planar photodiode. Plasmon enhanced transmission is employed as a sensitive refractive index (RI) sensing mechanism. Enhanced transmission of light is monitored via the integrated photodiode by tuning the angle of incidence of a collimated beam near the sharp plasmon resonance condition. Slight changes of the effective refractive index (RI) shift the resonance angle, resulting in a change in the photocurrent. Owing to the planar sensing mechanism, the design permits a high areal density of sensing spots. In the design, absence of holes that facilitate resonant transmission of light, allows an easy-to-implement fabrication procedure and relative insensitivity to fabrication errors. Theoretical and experimental results agree well. An equivalent long-term RI noise of 6.3 × 10(-6) RIU/√Hz is obtained by using an 8 mW He-Ne laser, compared to a shot-noise limited theoretical sensitivity of 5.61 × 10(-9) RIU/√Hz. The device features full benefits of grating-coupled plasmon resonance, such as enhancement of sensitivity for non-zero azimuthal angle of incidence. Further sensitivity enhancement using balanced detection and optimal plasmon coupling conditions are discussed.  相似文献

A general framework for analysing trading rules is presented. We discuss different return concepts and different statistical processes for returns. We then concentrate on moving average trading rules and show, in the case of moving average models of length two, closed form expressions for the characteristic function of realized returns when the underlying return process follows a switching Markovian Gaussian process. This paper describes a clustering method on three‐way arrays making use of an exploratory visualization approach. The aim of this study is to cluster samples in the object mode of a three‐way array, which is done using the scores (sample loadings) of a three‐way factor model, for example, a Tucker3 or a PARAFAC model. Further, tools are developed to explore and identify reasons for particular clusters by visually mining the data using the clustering results as guidance. We introduce a three‐way clustering tool and demonstrate our results on a metabolite profiling dataset. We explore how high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) measurements of commercial extracts of St. John's wort (natural remedies for the treatment of mild to moderate depression) differ and which chemical compounds account for those differences. Using common distance measures, for example, Euclidean or Mahalanobis, on the scores of a three‐way model, we verify that we can capture the underlying clustering structure in the data. Beside this, by making use of the visualization approach, we are able to identify the variables playing a significant role in the extracted cluster structure. The suggested approach generalizes straightforwardly to higher‐order data and also to two‐way data. Copyright © 2007 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

A new HPLC-DAD method was developed and validated for simultaneous determination of six main phenylethanoid glycosides (calceolarioside D, neocalceolarioside D, verbascoside, isoverbascoside, leucoseptoside A and martynoside) in the aerial parts of four Scutellaria L. taxa from flora of Turkey. All standard compounds showed a good linearity (R 2 > 0.999) in a relatively wide concentration range (1–120 μg/mL). The LOD of the compounds was in the range of 0.104–1.295 μg/mL and the LOQ was in the range of 0.450–2.536 μg/mL. The recoveries of the selected compounds were calculated in the range of 97.46–117.85%. The amounts of the phenylethanoid glycosides showed variation in the extracts. The developed method was found to be accurate, precise and reproducible, and successfully applied to identify and quantify the phenylethanoid glycoside composition of Scutellaria species.  相似文献

A new (E, E)-dioxime (H 2 L) containing a diazadioxadithia macrocyclic moieties has been synthesized by reaction of an aromatic primary amine with cyanogendi-N-dioxide. The BF2 +-capped Ni2+ mononuclear complex of this new oxime has been synthesized using a precursor hydrogen-bridged mononuclear Ni2+ complex. The solvent extraction of transition metal cations by (3) and (6) with picrate anion into chloroform has been studied at 25 °C and UV-visible spectroscopy. The extractability and selectivity of transition metal picrates, (Pb2+, Ni2+, Co2+, Cd2+, Zn2+, Cu2+, Ag+) has been evaluated. The structures of new compounds are identified by using elemental analysis, 1H and 13C-NMR, IR and MS spectral data.  相似文献

In this paper, we introduce new modifications of Szász–Mirakyan operators based on (p,q)‐integers. We first give a recurrence relation for the moments of new operators and present explicit formula for the moments and central moments up to order 4. Some approximation properties of new operators are explored: the uniform convergence over bounded and unbounded intervals is established, direct approximation properties of the operators in terms of the moduli of smoothness is obtained and Voronovskaya theorem is presented.
