Effects of microwave irradiation on the solid‐phase synthesis of tacrine and its derivatives have been evaluated. Preparation of tacrine analogues under conventional conditions suffers from poor synthetic efficiency and usually gives low yield. Reaction of substituted anthranilonitrile with cyclohexanone under microwave irradiation gave a good to excellent yield of the corresponding substituted 9‐amino‐1,2,3,4‐tetrahydroacridines.  相似文献

Magnetic mesoporous silica was prepared via embedding magnetite nanoparticles between channels of mesoporous silica (SBA‐15). The prepared composite (Fe3O4@SiO2‐SBA) was then reacted with 3‐chloropropyltriethoxysilane, sodium imidazolide and 2‐bromopyridine to give 3‐(pyridin‐2‐yl)‐1H‐imidazol‐3‐iumpropyl‐functionalized Fe3O4@SiO2‐SBA as a supported pincer ligand for Pd(II). The functionalized magnetic mesoporous silica was further reacted with [PdCl2(SMe2)2] to produce a supported N‐heterocyclic carbene–Pd(II) complex. The obtained catalyst was characterized using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy, energy‐dispersive X‐ray analysis, vibrating sample magnetometry, Brunauer–Emmett–Teller surface area measurement and X‐ray diffraction. The amount of the loaded complex was 80.3 mg g?1, as calculated through thermogravimetric analysis. The formation of the ordered mesoporous structure of SBA‐15 was confirmed using low‐angle X‐ray diffraction and transmission electron microscopy. Also, X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy confirmed the presence of the Pd(II) complex on the magnetic support. The prepared magnetic catalyst was then effectively used in the coupling reaction of olefins with aryl halides, i.e. the Heck reaction, in the presence of a base. The reaction parameters, such as solvent, base, temperature, amount of catalyst and reactant ratio, were optimized by choosing the coupling reaction of 1‐bromonaphthalene and styrene as a model Heck reaction. N‐Methylpyrrolidone as solvent, 0.25 mol% catalyst, K2CO3 as base, reaction temperature of 120°C and ultrasonication of the catalyst for 10 min before use provided the best conditions for the Heck cross‐coupling reaction. The best results were observed for aryl bromides and iodides while aryl chlorides were found to be less reactive. The catalyst exhibited noticeable stability and reusability.  相似文献

A novel Cu–Zn β‐cyclodextrin (CuZn/β‐CD) model compound was synthesized under ultrasound irradiation to mimic the functionality of copper zinc superoxide dismutase (CuZnSOD). For comparison, Cu/β‐CD and Zn/β‐CD complexes were also synthesized via a sonochemical approach. The obtained complexes were characterized by FTIR, ICP‐OES, UV–vis and Scanning electron microscopy‐Energy dispersive X‐ray (SEM‐EDX) techniques. The SOD activity of the complexes was evaluated by a pyrogallol autoxidation method. These enzyme‐mimetic materials scavenge ambient free radicals, with the potential to provide significant antioxidant protection (scavenging ability > 70%).  相似文献

The nonelectrolyte Wilson-nonrandom factor local composition model (N-Wilson-NRF) by Haghtalab and Mazloumi is applied for modeling the vapor–liquid equilibrium of the acid gases (CO2 and H2S)–alkanolamine–water systems. The model is used to calculate the nonideality of species in liquid phase through the activity coefficient equations. In this work, we use the N-Wilson-NRF model for short-range forces in the aqueous electrolyte system of alkanolamines by using the concept of ion-pair. For the long-range interaction the Pitzer–Debye–Hückel theory is applied. The model is used to correlation of the solubility data of CO2 and H2S in aqueous monoethanolamine (MEA), diethanolamine (DEA), methyldiethanolamine (MDEA) and 2-amino-2methyl-1-propanol (AMP) systems over wide range of temperature (0–140 °C), partial pressure (0.001–1000 kPa) and acid gases loading (0.001–1.0 mol gas/mol amine). To show the predictability of the model, the interaction parameters without any additional adjustable parameters are used to predict the solubility of CO2 in aqueous AMP solution at different conditions. The results of the model show a very good agreement with the experimental data.  相似文献
