Tetrahydropyrimidinone derivative was synthesized through one-pot three components condensation of 1,3-diphenylpyrazole-4-carbaldehyde with pentan-2,4-dione and urea under Biginelli reaction conditions. The corresponding chloro- and hydrazino derivatives were synthesized and utilized for the construction of some valuable N-heterocycles encompassing both pyrazole and pyrimidine cores, such as triazolopyrimidine, tetrazolopyrimidine, pyrazole, and pyrazolone derivatives through condensation with nitrogen nucleophiles and carbon electrophiles. The antiproliferative activity evaluation of the synthesized compounds against four human carcinoma cell lines namely, liver carcinoma (HepG2), breast adenocarcinoma (MCF7), prostate cancer (PC3), and colon cancer (HCT-116) cell lines revealed that some of them provided significant potency, as well as the density-functional theory (DFT) was studied. The permeability of various hydrophilic and hydrophobic synthesized compounds across both normal and cancer cells is confirmed via DFT simulation in which the much higher permeability through aquaporin channels revealed the selective cytotoxicity toward cancer cells.  相似文献

Potentiometric electrodes were developed for the rapid determination of proguanil hydrochloride in pure samples, pharmaceutical preparations and spiked serum and urine samples using PVC membrane,screen printed(SPE), coated wired(CWE), carbon paste(CPE) and modified carbon paste(MCPE)electrodes based on the ion-exchanger of proguanil with phosphotungestic acid(Pr-PT) as a chemical modifier. The prepared electrodes showed Nernestian slopes of 59.7, 58.1, 58.5, 58.5 and 57.0 for the PVC,SPE, CWE, CPE and MCPE for the proguanil ions in a wide concentration range of 1.0 * 10~(-5)–1.0 * 10~(-2)mol L~(-1) at 25°C with detection limits of 7.94 * 10~(-6), 1.0 * 10~(-5), 1.0 * 10~(-6), 7.07 * 10~(-6) and 2.5 * 10~(-6) mol L~(-1), respectively. The prepared electrodes exhibited high proguanil selectivity in relation to several inorganic ions and sugars and they could be successfully utilized for its determination in pure solutions, pharmaceutical preparations and serum and urine samples using the direct potentiometry and standard addition methods with very good recovery values.  相似文献

A theoretical investigation has been carried out on the propagation of non-linear ion-acoustic shock waves (IASHWs) in a magnetized degenerate quantum plasma system composed of inertial non-relativistic positively charged light and heavy ions, inertialess non-relativistically or ultra-relativistically degenerate electrons and positrons. The reductive perturbation method has been employed to derive the Burgers' equation. It has been observed that under consideration, our plasma model supports only positive potential shock structure. It is also found that the amplitude and steepness of the IASHWs have been significantly modified by the variation of ion kinematic viscosity, oblique angle, number density, and charge state of the plasma species. The results of our present investigation will be helpful for understanding the propagation of IASHWs in white dwarfs and neutron stars.  相似文献

Rib-loaded waveguides containing Er3+ coupled to Si-nc have been produced by magnetron sputtering and successive thermal annealing to investigate optical gain at 1535 nm. It has been shown that all Er ions are optically active, whereas the fraction that can be excited at high pump rates under non-resonant excitation is strongly limited by confined carrier absorption (CA), up-conversion processes, and mainly by the lack of coupling to the Si-nc. Er3+ absorption cross-section is found comparable to that of Er3+ in SiO2, but a dependence with the effective refractive index has been found. Although the presence of Si-nc strongly improves the efficiency of Er3+ excitation, it introduces additional optical loss mechanisms, such as CA. These Si-nc losses affect the possibility of obtaining net optical gain. In the present study, they have been minimized by lowering the annealing time of the Er-doped Si-rich oxide. In pump-probe measurements it is shown that signal enhancement of the transmitted signal can be achieved at low pumping rate when the detrimental role of confined CA is attenuated by reducing the annealing time. A maximum signal enhancement of about 1.30 at 1535 nm was observed.  相似文献

Commensurability between inter-vortex distance and crystal lattice constant is investigated by angular dependent magnetization in very pure twinned and twin-free NdBa2 Cu3 Oy single crystals. With increasing temperature the incommensurate states split up and become finally commensurate with half the vortex distance. These new commensurate states are related to a substructure of the intrinsic pinning potential within the unit cell and discussed with respect to temperature, field, anisotropy, and twin structure.  相似文献

We have used the Bondio-Gallimberti model of positive leader propagation to simulate laboratory experiments of laser triggering and guiding of upward leaders initiated from a ground rod. The model proves to be capable of reproducing all the important features of laser-guided leader propagation that have been observed experimentally. The leader guiding effect of the laser-created plasma channel is taken into account in the model by adjusting the value of the charge per unit length of the leader, which has been measured in the laboratory to be lower for a laser-guided leader than for an ordinary one. The charge per unit length of the leader is related in the model to the critical temperature at which the air in the transition region at the leader tip must be heated to be conductive enough to become a new leader portion. For an ordinary leader, this critical temperature is 1500 K, at which the electrons all detach from the negative ions in the leader corona, increasing the air conductivity. We give the interpretation that in the case of the laser-guided leaders, because of the relatively high density of negative ions per unit length in the laser-ionized channel, the right conditions of conductivity can be met in the transition region without the electrons being all detached from the ions, allowing a reduction of the critical temperature and of the charge per unit length.  相似文献

Three methods for determining a 'safe' estimate for high-mass limits of MALDI spectra of coal derived liquids were explored, using a sample of coal-tar pitch and its pyridine-insoluble fraction. Co-addition of increasing numbers of single-shot spectra (10, 30, 50 and 100 pulses) showed visually observable reductions in noise levels, consistent with robust and statistically meaningful signals. Three separate types of post-acquisition calculation were used to identify high-mass limits of the spectra. (i) A literature method indicated high-mass limits similar to those observed visually-as a shift from baseline at the highest masses, nearly 350 000 u for the coal tar pitch and about 390 000 u for its pyridine insoluble fraction. (ii) Comparing instrument signal with pre-selected multiples of the standard deviation, upper mass estimates of between 40-60 000 u for the coal-tar pitch and about 95 000 u for its pyridine-insoluble fraction were found. (iii) Calculation of the slope was used to identify 'lift-off' of the spectrum from baseline. The angle between the smoothed spectrum and the baseline was matched to a pre-selected value (e.g. 0.5 degrees and 1 degrees ). However, the arbitrary specification of the key parameter did not establish this last method on a firm basis. The choice of a criterion for estimating high-mass limits of MALDI spectra remains a semi-quantitative procedure; a reasonably conservative high-mass limit may be estimated by comparison of signal with five times the standard deviation. However, evaluation of size exclusion chromatograms of the present samples using polystyrene standards suggests that molecular mass distributions of pitch samples arrived at by MALDI mass spectrometry are, at least partly, determined by the limitations of available instruments. A cobalt oxide nanoparticles (Co3O4NPs) and multi walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) modified carbon paste electrodes were used to study the electrochemical behavior of linagliptin and empagliflozin in Britton Robinson buffer solution of pH 8.0 using cyclic and square wave voltammetry. The above mentioned modified electrodes showed highly sensitive sensing and gave an excellent anodic response for both drugs. The peak current varied linearly over the concentration ranges: 3.98×10?5–1.53×10?3 mol L?1 (18.82–723.00 μg/mL) and 7.94×10?6–1.07×10?4 mol L?1 (3.65–48.25 μg/mL) with determination coefficients of 0.9999 and 0.9998 for linagliptin and empagliflozin, respectively. The recoveries and relative standard deviations were found in the following ranges: 98.80 %–102.00 % and 0.23 %–1.90 % for linagliptin and 98.30 %–101.80 % and 0.11 %–1.86 % for empagliflozin. The detection and quantification limits were 1.13×10?5 and 3.76×10?5 mol L?1 (5.34and17.77 μg/mL) for linagliptin, 1.71×10?6and 5.68×10?6 mol L?1 (0.77 and 2.56 μg/mL) for empagliflozin. The proposed sensors have been successfully applied for the determination of the drugs in bulk, pharmaceutical formulations and biological fluids.  相似文献

Abstract

The building block synthon, 1-(4-(1,3-diphenyl-1H-pyrazol-4-yl)-6-methyl-2-thioxo-1,2,3,4-tetrahydropyrimidin-5-yl)ethan-1-one was efficiently synthesized by Biginelli reaction of 1,3-diphenyl-1H-pyrazole-4-carbaldehdye, acetylacetone, and thiourea and submitted to react with ethyl chloroacetate and chloroacetyl chloride under different conditions to afford some N-heterocycles integrated with pyrazole scaffold. Hydrazinolysis of the pyrimidinethione was studied under different conditions. The insecticidal activity for these compounds, DFT calculations, and docking were run and discussed. Some of them exhibited 100% mortality against Nilaparvata lugens and Mythimna separata.  相似文献
