火灾烟气毒害物HCl和HCN的分析及危害性评价方法

火灾是一种失去控制的燃烧,具有双重性规律。火灾产生的有害烟气是造成人员伤亡的主要原因。本文选定火灾中主要的有害燃烧产物氯化氢(HCl)和氰化氢(HCN)作为目标气体,考虑了影响实验数据的各种因素,通过对实验数据的分析,证明了“等生成率假设”在考虑火灾中其它影响因素如温度时是不正确的;分析实验浓度变化曲线达到致死浓度的关键时间,提出了一种新的火灾烟气对人员伤亡影响的危险性评价体系,为火灾燃烧有害产物释放机理研究在工程技术上的应用奠定了基础。     

Di-O-methyl ethers of (-)-agatharesinol,(-)-sugiresinol, (+)-nyasol和(+)-tetrahydronyasol的全合成研究

本文报道了以一种新的方法高产率合成了di-O-methyl ethers of (-)-agatharesinol(1b), ,(-)-sugiresinol(2b), (+)-nyasol (3b)and(+)-tetrahydronyasol (4). 同时，通过首次对(+)-3b 和 (+)-4的合成对(+)-3a的绝对构型进行了确证.

Growth and Annealing Study of Mg-Doped AlGaN and GaN/AlGaN Superlattices

Mg-doped AlGaN and GaN/AlGaN superlattices are grown by metalorganic chemical vapour deposition （MOCVD） Rapid thermal annealing （RTA） treatments are carried out on the samples. Hall and high resolution x-ray diffraction measurements are used to characterize the electrical and structural prosperities of the as-grown and annealed samples, respectively. The results of hall measurements show that after annealing, the Mg-doped AIGaN sample can not obtain the distinct hole concentration and can acquire a resistivity of 1.4 ×10^3 Ωcm. However, with the same annealing treatment, the GaN/AlGaN superlattice sample has a hole concentration of 1.7 × 10^17 cm-3 and a resistivity of 5.6Ωcm. The piezoelectric field in the GaN/AlGaN superlattices improves the activation efficiency of Mg acceptors, which leads to higher hole concentration and lower p-type resistivity.     

Enhancement of Bichromatic High-Order Harmonic Generation by a Strong Laser Field and Its Third Harmonic

We investigate high-order harmonic generation （HHG） in a linearly polarized bichromatic field composed of a fundamental laser field with frequency w and an additional laser field with frequency 3w. The numerical results show that it is possible to enhance the intensity of most high harmonics in orders of magnitude. A most striking feature in the enhancement is that the intensity of several special high harmonics is practically impaired as compared with that in the monochromatic case. The qualitative explanation to the great enhancement is that the additional high-frequency field can provide new transition paths for electrons to reach the continuum. The relative phase between the fundamental field and its third harmonic field also affects the intensity of high-order harmonics near the cutoff efficiently.     

研究多中心奇异吸引子混沌相位的新方法

对一般混沌轨迹的相位定义进行了研究,考虑到大量的混沌运动投影到相平面后不是只有一个转动中心的正规转动,给出了两种计算瞬时相位的简单方法.一种方法称之为直接分解方法,它是基于分解的思想.另一种是切线方法,它需要计算轨迹在切空间中的角度.通过对一些算例结果的比较,可以看出这两种方法的优越性.综合而言,切线方法是对任意混沌振动适用的,因此可以被广泛应用于混沌相位同步的研究中 关键词： 混沌同步 相位同步 正规转动     

温度对脱硫剂钙利用率和蒸汽活化效果的影响

在中温烟气脱硫过程中,蒸汽活化对于提高脱硫剂的钙利用率和脱硫效率起到了显著的作用。为了确定温度对于蒸汽活化效果的影响,研究了200～800℃的蒸汽温度范围内钙利用率的变化,给出了合适的蒸汽活化温度。进而分别在400、600、800℃条件下研究了脱硫反应温度与蒸汽活化温度的关系,提出了中温循环流化床烟气脱硫的适用温度范围。

本文采用数值模拟的方法计算了稠密气固两相流中单个颗粒所受到的气动力．通过与实验数据的比较分析了数值计算的准确性．对于空间均匀排列的多颗粒分布形式计算了其中单个颗粒所受到的气动力随颗粒空隙率（颗粒浓度）的变化规律．
