高压原子物理实验平台和物理研究规划

介绍了高压原子物理平台束流线的主要结构和特点,简要分析了利用高压平台真空原子分子物理研究需求,讨论了开展原子分子物理、表面物理、材料物理和生物物理相关的物理研究的可能性.     

基于微通道板的二维成像探测器

本文介绍了基于微通道板的二维成像探测器的基本原理、结构,制作了有效面积直径达70毫米的微通道板延迟线探测器,并利用辐射源对研制的探测器位置分辨等性能进行了测试,得到的最好位置分辨为0.1毫米;讨论了进一步优化探测器性能的方法.     

Transfer ionization cross-sections measured in collisions of highly charged argon ions with neon target

: Multiple electron transfer processes are studied for Arq+n- Ne (q= 8, 9, 11, 12) collisions by using multi-parameter coincidence techniques. Various electron transfer processes are identified experimentally and the related cross-sections are measured. The dependence of transfer ionization cross-sections on the recoil charge states is compared with the results from the modified molecular classical overbarrier model. It is found that the modified model described the experimental results reasonably.     

一类非线性m-点边值问题正解的存在性

设α∈C[0,1],b∈C([0,1],(-∞,0)).设φ(t)为线性边值问题 u″+a(t)u′+b(t)u=0, u′(0)=0,u(1)=1的唯一正解.本文研究非线性二阶常微分方程m-点边值问题 u″+a(t)u′+b(t)u+h(t)f(u)=0, u′(0)=0,u(1)-sum from i=1 to(m-2)((a_i)u(ξ_i))=0正解的存在性.其中ξ_i∈(0,1),a_i∈(0,∞)为满足∑_(i=1)~(m-2)a_iφ_1(ξ_i)<1的常数,i∈{1,…,m-2}.通过运用锥上的不动点定理,在f超线性增长或次线性增长的前提下证明了正解的存在性结果.     

电子成像均匀约束磁场的产生及测试分析

为增加离子与原子碰撞成像系统中探测电子的立体角，设计了一约束电子的复合型亥姆霍兹线圈装置.对复合型亥姆霍兹线圈的磁场分布进行了理论计算和分析，并对制作的复合型亥姆赫兹线圈产生的磁场进行了实验测量，得出磁场的均匀性好于±0.6%. 关键词： 亥姆霍兹线圈 磁场分布 磁场均匀性     

GaN FP-HEMTs中击穿电压与电流崩塌的关系

研究了钝化在抑制电流崩塌的同时，会引起HEMT器件击穿电压的下降.而采用场板结构的AlGaN/GaN场板HEMT器件(FP-HEMT)的击穿电压从46V提高到了148V，表明了场板对提高击穿电压有显著作用(3倍以上).接着，比较了FP-HEMT器件与常规HEMT器件，钝化后HEMT器件在应力前后的电流崩塌程度，得出了采用场板结构比之钝化对器件抑制电流崩塌有更明显作用的结论.从理论上和实验上都表明，采用场板结构能够很好解决提高击穿电压与抑制电流崩塌之间的矛盾. 关键词： GaN 场板 击穿电压 电流崩塌     

Electrical Characteristics of Copper Phthalocyanine Thin-Film Transistors with Polyamide-6/Polytetrafluoroethylene Gate Insulator

Polyamide-6（PA 6）/polytetrafluoroethylene is studied as a potential gate dielectric for flexible organic thin film transistors. The same method used for the formation of organic semiconductor and gate dielectric films greatly simplifies the fabrication process of devices. The fabricated transistors show good electrical characteristics. Ambipolar behaviour is observed even when the device is operated in air.     

SECRAL等离子体韧致辐射谱的测量

The axial emitted bremsstrahlung spectra were measured on SECRAL(Superconducting ECR ion source with Advanced design in Lanzhou)using an HPGe detector.The spectral temperature T_(spe) was obtained from the linear fit of the spectra in the semi-log present.The evolution of T_(spe) with microwave power and magnetic field configuration is investigated in this paper.     

Hyperbolic Bending of Vortex Lines with Finite Number and Length in Rotating Trapped Bose-Einstein Condensates

The minimal energy configurations of hyperbolic bending vortex lines in the rotating trapped Bose-Einstein condensates are investigated by using a variational ansatz and numerical simulation. The theoretical calculation of the energy of the vortex lines as a function of the rotation frequency gives self-consistently vortex number, curvature and configuration. The numerical results show that bending is more stable than straight vortex line along the z-axis, and the vortex configuration in the xy-plane has a little expansion by increasing z.
