Preparation and characterization of transparent conducting Zn−Sn−O films deposited on organic substrates at low temperature

Transparent conducting Zn−Sn−O films were deposited on Polypropylene adipate thin-film substrates at low temperature by r. f. magnetron sputtering. The structural, electrical and optical properties of the deposited films were investigated. All the obtained films are of amorphous structure and have a very good adhesion to the substrates. The resistivity, carrier concentration and Hall mobility of the film are 1.3×10⁻² Ω·cm, 4.1×10¹⁹ cm⁻³ and 12.4 cm²· V⁻¹· s⁻¹, respectively. The transmittance of the film reaches 82%.

令 G 为有限群,1≤H≤Aut(G),此处 Aut(G)表示 G 的全自同构群。对于 x∈G,记 x·在 H 作用下的可迁系为 x~H={x~h|∈},其长度为(?),一个值得讨论的问题是:如果(?)~H 和 y~H 为 H 在 G 上的两个不同的可迁系,它们的长度分别为 n 和 m,那上 H 的另一个可迁系(xy)~H 的长度和 n 及 m 有何种联系?

介绍了在高强度带电粒子激发Ｘ射线光源装置上标定亚千Ｘ光能谱仪的总响应，给出了Ｘ射线二极管（铝阴极）的灵敏度的绝对标定值以及作为高能截止分光元件镍平面镜的反射率，并与国外理论值和实验值进行了比较。     

Ta-Nb-MoS_2体系自润滑复合材料之研究

本文介绍了Ta-Nb-MoS_2体系自润滑复合材料的研究结果,并重点考察了该系材料中金属组元Ta、Nb及其含量比对材料机械性能和摩擦性能的影响。研究结果表明,在该系材料中金属组无重量比不变的条件下,复合材料的机械强度随金属组元中Nb含量的增加而得到显著改善,但对材料的摩擦性能影响不大。     

Continuous-wave mid-infrared intracavity singly resonant optical parametric oscillator based on periodically poled lithium niobate

This paper reports a continuous-wave （CW） mid-infrared intracavity singly resonant optical parametric oscillator based on periodically poled lithium niobate （PPLN） pumped by a diode-end-pumped CW Nd：YVO4 laser. Considering the thermal lens effects, it adopted an optical ballast lens and the near-concentric cavity for better operation. At the PPLN＇s grating period of 28.5 μm and the temperature of 140℃, the maximum idler output power of 155 mW at 3.86 μm has been achieved when the 808 nm pump power is 8.5 W, leading to an optical-to-optical conversion efficiency of 1.82%.     

Structures of Strong Shock Waves in Dense Plasmas

Structures of strong shock waves in dense plasmas are investigated via the steady-state Navier-Stokes equations and Poisson equation. The structures from nuid simulation agree with the ones from kinetic simulation. The effects of the transport coeffcients on the structures are analysed. The enhancements of the electronic heat conduction and ionic viscosity both will broaden the width of the shock fronts, and decrease the electric fields in the fronts.     

A New Doppler Shift Spectroscopy for Measurement of Neutral Beam Profile

A new diagnostic based on Doppler shift is designed to measure the power profile of a hydrogen or deuterium neutral beam on the magnetic confined fusion machines. The interference filters and multi-channel photon detector array （PDA） are the main components of this diagnosis. The multi-channel PDA measures the line integrated Doppler Ha signal emitted by the neutral beam at one section in two directions. The local intensity of neutral beam can be obtained with the tomography technique. Compared to the conventional calorimeter diagnoses, this diagnosis can provide the beam profile without blocking the injection of neutral beam.     

蓝宝石衬底SnO2:Sb薄膜的制备及结构和光致发光性质

用射频磁控溅射法在蓝宝石(0001)衬底上制备出锑掺杂的氧化锡(SnO₂:Sb)薄膜.对制备薄膜的结构和发光性质进行了研究.制备样品为多晶薄膜，具有纯SnO₂的四方金红石结构.室温条件下对样品进行光致发光测量，在334 nm附近观测到紫外发射峰，并对SnO₂:Sb的光致发光机制进行了研究.
