某向心式蒸汽透平的气动设计与数值研究

本文针对太阳能热发电过程中蒸汽流量小、焓降高的特点设计了一种部分进汽的向心式蒸汽透平。所设计的蒸汽透平在流量仅为2.33 kg/s、压比为3.36的工况下仍有较高的效率。通过三维数值模拟的方法分析了导叶和叶轮内部流动特性,探讨了部分进汽对通道流通能力及总效率的影响。     

以“我与化学”为基础的校本课程开发

以本校学生"我与化学"实践活动为基础,从课程性质、理念、目标、内容、实施和资源开发与利用等方面开展研究,利用"我与化学"活动的永恒性、开放性、多样性、实用性、综合性和无限生成性等特点,实现了"我与化学"活动校本课程化,力图形成具有实际操作和推广价值的动态开放式校本课程体系.     

Inversion formula and Parseval theorem for complex continuous wavelet transforms studied by entangled state representation

In a preceding letter (2007 Opt.Lett.32 554) we propose complex continuous wavelet transforms and found Laguerre-Gaussian mother wavelets family.In this work we present the inversion formula and Parseval theorem for complex continuous wavelet transform by virtue of the entangled state representation,which makes the complex continuous wavelet transform theory complete.A new orthogonal property of mother wavelet in parameter space is revealed.     

利用光纤光栅在双侧悬臂梁中的啁啾实现对挠度和应力的传感研究

报道一种利用双侧悬臂梁展宽光纤光栅带宽实现对挠度和应力线性传感的新方法,理论研究与实验结果表明,光纤光栅的带宽对挠度及外力均很敏感,并呈线性关系,实验上传感范围超过17nm,传感灵敏度分别达到0．658nm/mm及5．32nm/N。     

类氦离子1,3P激发态Schrodinger方程的直接解

利用相关函数（CF）-超球谐（HH）-广义Laguerre(GLF)方法直接求解类氦离子n1,3P（n=1,2,3）低躺激发态的Schrodinger方程,得氦原子的本征能量分别为-2.13317Eh (13P),-2.12383Eh(11P),-2.05810Eh(23P),-2.05516Eh(21P),-2.03235Eh(33P)和-2.03109Eh(31P),它们与文献值在........第6位上很好地吻合。这说明CFHHGLF方法也适用于类氦离子1,3P激发态。还给出了总角动量L=1的对称超球谐基函数和有关矩阵元的解析式。     

Improvement of total-dose irradiation hardness of silicon-on-insulator materials by modifying the buried oxide layer with ion implantation

The hardening of the buried oxide (BOX) layer of separation by implanted oxygen (SIMOX) silicon-on-insulator (SOI) wafers against total-dose irradiation was investigated by implanting ions into the BOX layers. The tolerance to total-dose irradiation of the BOX layers was characterized by the comparison of the transfer characteristics of SOI NMOS transistors before and after irradiation to a total dose of 2.7 Mrad(SiO₂. The experimental results show that the implantation of silicon ions into the BOX layer can improve the tolerance of the BOX layers to total-dose irradiation. The investigation of the mechanism of the improvement suggests that the deep electron traps introduced by silicon implantation play an important role in the remarkable improvement in radiation hardness of SIMOX SOI wafers.     

Application of three-mode Einstein-Podolsky-Rosen entangled state with continuous variables to teleportation

We consider how to teleport two- and three-mode Einstein--Podolsky--Rosen entangled states (|\eta> and | p_t,\chi₂,\chi₃>) via a | p_t,\chi₂,\chi₃> quantum channel for continuous variables. Using the complete and orthogonal representation of the entangled states, we can not only find the a complete basis set for the joint measurement but also propose the specific scheme of teleportation. Our calculation can be greatly simplified by using their Schmidt decompositions.     

海量数据导入与导出MATLAB的有效方法

本文结合实例介绍了几种将海量统计数据快速、准确地导入与导出MATLAB系统的方法。克服了以往在编程窗口直接键入原始数据进行处理的诸多问题,因此对保证统计分析结果的准确性与加速MATLAB在统计分析领域的应用有着很重要的意义。     

亲水相互作用色谱-静电场轨道阱高分辨质谱法测定CO2吸收液中9种有机胺类化合物

二氧化碳(CO₂)吸收捕集是实现我国碳达峰和碳中和目标的有效措施。有机胺类化合物被广泛用作工业回收CO₂的吸收剂，建立有机胺类化合物的分析检测方法对于碳捕集与封存(CCS)技术和碳捕获、利用与封存(CCUS)技术的发展具有重要意义。本研究建立了以亲水相互作用色谱-静电场轨道阱高分辨质谱法同时测定CO₂吸收液中9种有机胺类化合物的分析方法。样品以水作为溶剂，稀释后经0.22μm尼龙滤膜过滤后，进样分析。采用Accucore HILIC色谱柱(100 mm×2.1 mm, 2.6μm),在30℃条件下进行分离，流动相A为90%乙腈水溶液(含5 mmol/L甲酸铵和0.1%甲酸),流动相B为10%乙腈水溶液(含5 mmol/L甲酸铵和0.1%甲酸),梯度洗脱。采用电喷雾离子源(ESI),在正离子模式下进行测定，通过标准加入法进行定量分析。实验对比了不同色谱柱对有机胺类化合物的保留能力以及不同流动相的影响，并对方法进行了方法学验证。结果表明：9种有机胺类化合物在0.04～25 000 ng/mL范围内线性关系良好，线性相关系数(...
