电磁箍缩铝带阵负载的研制

根据电磁箍缩物理实验需求,设计出了一种具有自适应结构的电磁箍缩铝带阵负载。采用手工裁剪和激光裁剪两种方法来制备铝带,表征了两种方法制备出铝带的边缘形貌,并优选出激光裁剪法做为铝带的裁剪方法。分析了激光裁剪铝带的力学性能,30mm×1mm×5μm的铝带断裂强度约116cN,延伸率约为1.3%。利用上述铝带成功装配出了具有自适应结构的电磁箍缩铝带阵负载,且其自适量达到了4.5mm的物理实验需求,可应用于"强光一号"物理实验。     

镧石型碳酸钕的形成及晶种对结晶的促进作用

The characteristics of pH value variation during aging process of amorphous neodymium carbonate formed by three different feeding manners have been investigated. The promotion action of seeding on the crystallization of neodymium carbonate is discussed. X-ray diffraction pattern and the elemental analysis results show that neodymium carbonate can transfer from amorphous to crystalline normal neodymium carbonate Nd₂(CO₃)₃·8H₂O with lanthanide structure at room temperature. Its crystallization activity zone lies in lower feeding ratio area expressed by n_NH4HCO3/n_NdCl3 between 2～3. The existing of seeds can shorten crystalline time, from more than 15 h without seed to 2 h with seeds under normal feeding manner. And the spontaneity nucleation time can be shortened further when feeding with multi-steps normal manner. However, whether multi-steps normal or synchronously and continuously feeding manner, the precipitate formed can transfer to crystalline neodymium carbonate directly under seeding. At the same time, it is observed that the variation of pH value reduces with the decrease of feeding amount and the shortening of aging period, indicating that with synchronously and continuously feeding manner can not only realize fast crystallization, but also control pH value within a narrow range, which is beneficial for the producing of neodymium carbonate crystal with narrow-distributed particle size and monitoring of its crystallization process.     

荷移分光光度法测定氨酪酸

研究了氨酪酸(ABA)与2,3-二氯-5,6-二氰-1,4-苯醌的荷移反应.确定在硼砂缓冲溶液中,于50℃水浴中恒温40 min,可获得11的络合物,其λmax=340 nm,表观摩尔吸光率ε=1.37×103L·mol-1·cm-1.用拟定方法测定片剂中氨酪酸的含量与标准方法一致,回收率为98.5%～101.9%,相对标准偏差为1.3%～1.9%.

木脂素抗艾滋病病毒研究*

木脂素类化合物(lignans)具有抗癌、保肝、血小板活因子拮抗和抗氧化等重要生理活性.然而木脂素抗HIV的特性在90年代才被发现.作为一种源自于天然植物体内的艾滋病病毒抑制剂,它具有被开发成治疗艾滋病药物的可能性.本文综述了近年来关于木脂素类化合物抗艾滋病病毒的研究进展.     

缬氨酸的荷移分光光度法测定

研究了缬氨酸与四氯对苯醌(TCBQ)的荷移反应,确立了荷移反应的最佳条件。实验表明,在水溶液中,两者在50℃水浴中恒温70min,即可形成2∶1型的稳定络合物,其最大吸收波长λmax=350nm,表观摩尔吸光系数ε=4.7×104L·mol-1·cm-1,在0—6.7μg/mL范围内符合比耳定律,方法的相对标准偏差小于1.2%。方法对样品含量测定,结果与文献方法一致。     

High-speed chaotic communication using an optical fibre ring as a key

A chaotic communication scheme with a fibre ring inserted in the optical feedback of the transmitter laser as an additional key is proposed under anticipating synchronization. The numerical results show that the key can enhance the communication security effectively. It is theoretically safe for the communication scheme to transmit messages with a frequency beyond the relaxation oscillation frequency.     

B4C_Al材料中子吸收性能检测技术研究

核电厂反应堆乏燃料水池的安全性是核电厂十分重要的安全性问题。其中,中子吸收材料的性能关系到乏燃料水池的安全性。在乏燃料水池中放入同种中子吸收材料的挂片,通过定期检查挂片的性能可以对乏燃料水池中子吸收材料的可靠性进行评估。我们开展的B₄C Al合金挂片检测设备的研制工作,有望在评估核电厂反应堆乏燃料水池的安全性方面发挥重要作用。该套检测设备首先通过采用面密度已知的标准板制定标准曲线,再以此为标准,根据中子透射率检测挂片的面密度,从而反映出乏燃料水池贮存格架材料的中子吸收能力,为反应堆乏燃料水池的安全性检测提供了技术手段。该设备是国内首台硼铝合金挂片检测设备,该设备的研制为以后开展国产含硼中子吸收材料的无损检测研究奠定了实验基础。

牛磺酸与苯醌类试剂的荷移反应

研究了牛磺酸与四氯对苯醌(TCBQ)和2,3_二氯_5,6_二氰_1,4_苯醌(DDBQ)的荷移反应,结果表明,反应均在硼砂溶液中进行,两种络合物λmax值分别是350 nm和340 nm;其组成比均为1∶1;表观摩尔吸光系数ε分别为1.58×104L.mol-1.cm-1和8.40×103L.mol-1.cm-1;比尔定律线性范围分别是1~10 mg/L和0.5~10mg/L;回收率分别为96%~101%和95%~104%;相对标准偏差分别为3.6%和3.1%。应用拟定的方法测定了牛磺酸制剂含量,结果和标准方法一致。
