铜铟镓硒太阳能电池多层膜的结构分析

对于溅射后硒化和共蒸发等方法制备的铜铟镓硒（CIGS）太阳能电池薄膜,利用多种分析方法研究了CIGS多层膜的复杂结构等．研究表明：卢瑟福背散射（RBS）在分析CIGS多层膜方面具有其独特优势和可靠的结果;溅射后硒化方法制备的CIGS薄膜中,Ga和In在CIGS薄膜中呈梯度分布,这种Ga表层少而内层多的不均匀分布与Mo层没有必然关系;RBS和俄歇电子能谱分析（AES）均显示CIGS太阳能电池器件多层膜界面处存在扩散,尤其是CdS与CIGS,Mo与CIGS的界面处;X射线荧光（XRF）结果表明,电池效率最高的CIGS层中In,Ga比例为In：Ga=0．7：0.3;X射线衍射（XRD）结果显示：退火后的CIGS／Mo薄膜结晶品质得到了优化．     

中空TiO2纳米球的制备

报道了一种新的无机模板法合成中空的TiO₂纳米球,该法以TiCl₄为钛源,中空Sb₂S₃微球为模板,利用TiCl₄水解产生的TiO₂沉积在模板的表面,同时产生的HCl消蚀Sb₂S₃,一步制备中空纳米材料。     

Density measurement through elastic electron scattering with a gaseous target at the Jefferson Lab

We report the density measurement through e-³He elastic scattering with a 1.23 GeV electron beam in Jefferson Lab experiment E06-010. The extracted ³He density is (9.26±0.06) amagats and the N₂/³He ratio is (1.49±0.08)%. In addition, these results are consistent with the deduced target densities based on pressure broadening measurement.     

分散固相萃取净化与液相色谱/串联质谱法测定牛奶中8类禁用药物残留

建立了牛奶中8类禁用药物的液相色谱-串联质谱( LC- MS/MS)检测方法.分析物包括5种硝基咪唑、7种β-受体激动剂、9种雄性激素、7种糖皮质激素、3种雌性激素、2种镇静剂、1种氯霉素以及6种二羟基苯甲酸内酯共40种禁用药物.样品以β葡萄糖苷醛酶/芳基硫酸酯酶在乙酸铵缓冲液中酶解,用氨化和酸化乙腈各提取一次.提取液经改良的分散固相萃取(QuEChERS)净化,浓缩后采用C18色谱柱分离(150 mm×2.1 mm i.d.,3.0 um).以甲醇和水(含0.1％甲酸)、乙腈和水分别作为正、负电喷雾离子化模式的色谱分离流动相进行梯度洗脱,多反应监测模式进行定性和定量分析.7种药物以内标法定量;33种药物以基质标准曲线外标法定量,氯霉素在0.02～0.4μg/kg; 39种药物在0.20～ 10.0 μg/kg范围内相关系数(r)均大于0.99;定量限(S/N=10)在0.07～0.93 μg/kg之间.分别以各个药物0.5,1和2倍MRPL( Minimum required performance limits)浓度水平加标验证实验,回收率范围60.3％～119.3％范围;相对标准偏差小于18.9％.     

Fractional differential equations of motion in terms of combined Riemann—Liouville derivatives

In this paper,we focus on studying the fractional variational principle and the differential equations of motion for a fractional mechanical system.A combined Riemann-Liouville fractional derivative operator is defined,and a fractional Hamilton principle under this definition is established.The fractional Lagrange equations and the fractional Hamilton canonical equations are derived from the fractional Hamilton principle.A number of special cases are given,showing the universality of our conclusions.At the end of the paper,an example is given to illustrate the application of the results.     

Micromegas中子探测器位置分辨特性的Monte-Carlo研究(英文)

利用GEANT4和Garfield气体探测器模拟程序模拟了Micromegas中子探测器位置特性。 在漂移极上加一层聚乙烯薄膜作为转换材料, 通过反冲质子法测量中子的位置。 提出了一套通过设定探测器上层结构的方案来得到探测器的位置分辨特性。 通过对模拟结果的分析与比较, 得到一种易于测定探测器位置分辨特性的方法。 该工作不仅可以优化气体探测器结构设计, 缩短实验周期, 而且还能极大程度地节约经费。 In the present work, the spatial resolution of Micromegas as a neutron detector was simulated with GEANT4 and Garfield program. The polyethylene foil was used as neutron converter. A new method based on structural setting on the top layer of the detector was adopted to obtain spatial resolution. According to our simulation, it turned out to be a better spatial resolution, and this method was easily realized in experiment.     

Poisson theory and integration method of Birkhoffian systems in the event space

<正>This paper focuses on studying the Poisson theory and the integration method of a Birkhoffian system in the event space.The Birkhoff's equations in the event space are given.The Poisson theory of the Birkhoffian system in the event space is established.The definition of the Jacobi last multiplier of the system is given,and the relation between the Jacobi last multiplier and the first integrals of the system is discussed.The researches show that for a Birkhoffian system in the event space,whose configuration is determined by(2n + 1) Birkhoff's variables,the solution of the system can be found by the Jacobi last multiplier if 2n first integrals are known.An example is given to illustrate the application of the results.
