4,4''''-二甲氧基-5,6,5'''',6''''-二次甲二氧基-2-烷氧甲酰基-2''''-(4-取代苄基哌嗪基-1)-甲酰基联苯的合成

在NiCl2(PPh3)2/NaH/Zn/PPh3作用下,以2-溴-3,4-次甲二氧基-5-甲氧基-苯甲酸甲酯为原料进行Ullmann-type偶合,在温和条件下以较高的收率得到中间体4,4'-二甲氧基-5,6,5',6'-二次甲二氧基联苯-2,2'-二甲酸二甲酯,经进一步的水解、环化成酸酐、开环酯化等反应得到4,4'-二甲氧基-5,6,5',6'-二次甲二氧基联苯-2,2'-二甲酸单酯.最后再与取代苄基哌嗪在DMAP及DCC催化下缩合,得到12个新的不对称联苯甲酸酯甲酰哌嗪类化合物,并用1H NMR,IR,ESI-MS等手段进行了结构确认.

Partially Overlapped Dual Laser Beams to Reduce Ablation Craters

We present our experimental ablation results for partially overlapped dual nanosecond laser beams(PO-DB)on metal and glass surfaces.Numerical simulations are performed to evaluate the crater reduction potential of the PO-DB setup.Damage probability experiments proved the collaboration of two beams within the overlap region.Bright-field and three-dimensional profile measurements verify the reduced ablation area from the proposed PODB scheme.Laser-induced plasma is generated when transparent glass is ablated.Atomic emission of Na I(~589.95nm)shows comparable signal between the PO-DB set and the traditional single laser beam set.The proposed PO-DB ablation mechanism could also be applied to femtosecond laser systems.

Theoretical studies on the influence of molecular interactions on the mechanism of electron transfer in photosynthetic reaction center of Rps.viridis

Based on the QM/MM optimized X-ray crystal structure of the photosynthetic reaction center (PRC) of purple bacteria Rhodopseudomonas (Rps.) viridis, quantum chemistry density functional method (DFT, B3LYP/6-31G) has been performed to study the interactions between the pigment molecules and either the surrounded amino acid residues or water molecules that are either axially coordinated or hydrogen bonded with the pigment molecules, leading to an explanation of the mechanism of the primary electron-transfer (ET) reactions in the PRC. Results show that the axial coordination of amino acid residues greatly raises the ELUMO of pigment molecules and it is important for the possibility of ET to take place. Different hydrogen bonds between amino acid residues, water molecules and pigment molecules decrease the ELUMO of the pigment molecules to different extents. It is crucial for the ET taking place from excited P along L branch and sustains that the ET is a one-step reaction without through accessory bacterioc

α-乳白蛋白与磷酰化黄酮弱相互作用ESI质谱研究

采用电喷雾（ESI）质谱技术,研究了4种磷酰化黄酮与α-乳白蛋白间的弱相互作用,试验结果表明4种磷酰化黄酬均能与α-乳白蛋白形成非共价复合物,但由于小分子结构稍有差别,它们跟α-乳白蛋白又分别有着不同程度的结合。     

流动注射化学发光法及光度法用于巴戟天提取液抗氧化活性的研究

将中药巴戟天提取液加入鲁米诺-H₂O₂-CuSO₄化学发光体系,测量其发光强度, 根据系统化学发光被抑制的程度可以评价巴戟天的抗氧化活性,并将巴戟天与抗坏血酸的抗自由基活性进行了对比实验,实验证明巴戟天提取液具有明显的抗自由基活性;采用分光光度法测定体系吸光度的变化来研究巴戟天对OH·及O₂-·自由基的清除作用,以抗坏血酸作阳性对照,结果发现：巴戟天对OH·及O₂-·自由基均有良好的清除作用,结果较为满意。提示中药巴戟天可作为潜在的具有抗氧化活性的天然药物。     

低空白镍锍试金预富集中子活化分析测定地球化学标准物质中的铂族元素

研究了镍锍试金预富集中子活化分析测定岩石样品中的铂族元素。纯化捕集剂氧化镍,大大降低了化学分离全流程铂族元素的空白。取样量为50g时,所需溶剂各元素的空白值为(ng/g):Pt<0.05、Pd<0.05、Os<0.01、Ru<0.05、Rh<0.05、Ir=0.002。用平面锗探测器测定Rh使测定下限降低了两个数量级,对几种国标地球化学标准物质的测定结果与推荐值基本符合。     

聚双(6-咔唑基己氧基)磷腈的合成

以PCl5和NH4Cl为原料采用"一步法"合成了线型聚二氯磷腈(4);4与6-咔唑基己醇发生亲核取代反应合成了聚双(6-咔唑基己氧基)磷腈(5),其结构经1H NMR,31P NMR,IR和GPC表征。热分析结果表明,5具有良好的热稳定性和较高的玻璃化温度。
