Room-Temperature Magnetism Realized by Doping Fe into Ferroelectric LiTaO3

We synthesize LiTal-x FexO3-σ （LTFO） remain single phase up to x = 0.09 ceramics by the conventional solid-state reaction method. The samples The magnetic measurements show that the doping of Fe successfully realizes ferromagnetism of LTFO at room temperature. The dielectric measurements indicate that LTFO is ferroelectric, similarly to LiTaO3 （LTO）, but its ferroelectric Curie temperature seems to decrease with the increasing Fe content. By means of doping Fe ions into LTO, the coexistence of spontaneous electric polarization and spontaneous magnetic moment is realized at room temperature.     

Optimization of Metamorphic InGaAs Quantum Wells on GaAs Grown by Molecular Beam Epitaxy

We investigate the molecular beam epitaxy growth of metamorphic InxGal-xAs materials （x up to 0.5） on GaAs substrates systematically. Optimization of structure design and growth parameters is aimed at obtaining smooth surface and high optical qualdty. The optimized structures have an average surface roughness of 0.9-1.8 nm. It is also proven by PL measurements that the optical properties of high indium content （55%） InGaAs quantum wells are improved apparently by defect reduction technique and by introducing Sb as a surfactant. These provide us new ways for growing device quality metamorphic structures on GaAs substrates with long-wavelength emissions.     

骨质疏松性桡骨远端骨折两种手术方式的疗效比较

@@桡骨远端是指距桡骨远端关节面约2.5cm以远的松质骨与密质骨的交界，此处为解剖薄弱区域，易受外力而骨折，是临床常见的骨折之一，约占全身骨折的1/10[1]。大多因摔倒时，腕关节处于背伸或掌屈位着地；地面对人体的反冲力与身体向下的力通过肘关节交汇于桡骨远端区域，致使骨质发生弯曲、爆裂及骨折，患有骨质疏松症的老年人更易发生[2]，且多为低能量的外力所致。随着内固定器械日新月异的发展，此类骨折手术治疗的选择明显增加。近年来，我科采用掌侧入路锁定钢板内固定和跨关节外固定两种方式治疗骨质疏松性桡骨远端骨折，现报道如下。

高速摄影在脆性材料破裂试验中的应用

本文对受冲击的曲面玻璃发生破裂飞溅这一常见的现象,用E-10高速摄影机拍摄了破裂瞬间所发生的现象。通过慢放映,判读仪判读,研究了曲面玻璃破裂起始点、裂纹生成以及扩展的动态行为。判读计算了裂纹扩展速度,给出了碎片飞溅的轨迹。     

Open-circuit voltage analysis of p-i-n type amorphous silicon solar cells deposited at low temperature

This paper identifies the contributions of p-a-SiC:H layers and i-a-Si:H layers to the open circuit voltage of p-i-n type a-Si:H solar cells deposited at a low temperature of 125 C.We find that poor quality p-a-SiC:H films under regular conditions lead to a restriction of open circuit voltage although the band gap of the i-layer varies widely.A significant improvement in open circuit voltage has been obtained by using high quality p-a-SiC:H films optimized at the "low-power regime" under low silane flow rates and high hydrogen dilution conditions.     

人工扰动电离层仿真系统的设计与实现

设计并开发了一种人工扰动电离层仿真系统．建立了数值模型，规划出系统总体构造，在实现过程中引入VC、VF混合编程的概念，以达到两种语言优势互补的目的．文中详细论述了VC、VF混合编程对于数据的处理，生成Fortran的动态链接库，以及在VC中调用生成库的技术．通过仿真模拟，得出了电离层加热过程中电子密度、电子温度等随时间演化的规律，及发射电波频率、功率对加热效果的影响．试用证明，该系统有效地模拟了电离层人工扰动的状态，为在我国实施加热工程提供了可靠的科学依据．     

GPS/SINS/RA组合导航系统用于精密着陆的研究

本文针对飞机进场着陆的要求,提出了一种GPS/SINS/RA组合导航系统方案,建立了组合系统的数学模型,采用了组合卡尔曼滤波器,按18颗导航星的布置方案,应用了GPS仿真器。在考虑飞机沿3度倾斜角下滑线进行着陆飞行时,对组合系统进行了计算机仿真。仿真结果表明,当GPS接收机采用P码,或采用C/A码再使用差分和伪卫星技术时,组合导航系统能够达到国际民航组织(ICAO)提出的精密进场着陆时的定位精度要求。     

直链饱和烃物理化学性质的拓扑化学研究

本文在分析直链饱和烃十三种物理化学性质的基础上,找出了直链饱和烃的一系列物理化学性质 P 与拓扑指数 Z_G 之间的普遍关系P=algZ_G/N~m+b式中 N 为直链饱和烃的碳原子数,a、b、m 是与直链饱和烃物理化学性质有关的常数.     

模糊集合的OP-极限

研究了支撑集为群的模糊集合在反复“自乘”下的极限的存在性和形态问题.给出了模糊集合的OP-极限概念.利用贝壳对和大(小)-瓣,给出了OP-极限存在的充分条件.讨论了一些特殊群上模糊集合的OP-极限,这些OP-极限都具有较好的平层形态.
