荧光猝灭法测定痕量砷（Ⅲ）

根据在稀盐酸介质中,碘酸钾可与As(Ⅲ）发生氧化还原反应生成I2,I2与荧光试剂吡咯红Y作用,使其荧光猝灭,提出了一种新的测定痕量As(Ⅲ）的荧光分析法。该方法的线性范围为24.0-248μg/L,检出限为14.1μg/L,方法用于自来水、尿液、血清及合成样中痕量As(Ⅲ）的测定,均获得满意结果。     

溴代十六烷基三甲基铵敏化亮绿—脱氧核糖酸作用的共振光散射增强研究

首次报道在表面活性剂存在下阳离子染料与脱氧核糖核酸（DNA）作用所导致的共振光散射增强（RLSE）。在pH10．4－11．8和离子强度低于0．050mol／L的条件下,亮绿（BG）与DNA作用产生398．0和467．2nm的特征RLSE信号,而溴代十六烷基三甲基铵（CTMAB）进一步敏化该RLSE信号。受CTMAB敏化的RLSE信号与0－1．2mg/L的ctDNA和fsDNA呈正比,检测限低于5mg/L。方法成功应用于合成样中NDA的测定。     

亲和膜色变法纯化人血浆纤溶酶原

首次以尼龙膜为基质,分别采用三氯三嗪和1,4－丁二醇二缩水甘油醚活化法,制备了以L－赖氨酸为配基的亲和膜。首次使用亲和膜色谱法成功地从人血浆中快速纯化出了高纯度的纤溶酶原,电泳分析显示一个主要的谱带,为规模化快速纯化临床用高纯度纤溶酶原提供了新方法。     

原卟啉原IX的构象分析

在合理药物设计方法中 ,当靶标酶的三维结构未知时 ,对其底物进行构象分析 ,特别是确定其活性构象 ,对阐明靶标酶活性中心的空间形状和作用位点具有十分重要的意义。我们曾利用距离比较法确定了原卟啉原氧化酶的底物—原卟啉原IX的活性构象 ,本文从构象分析的角度对 4种不同构象的原卟啉原IX分子与二苯醚类分子的晶体学构象进行了几何参数的比较和分析 ,结果进一步证实了距离比较法所确定的活性构象更为可靠     

卤素及三卤甲基侧取代大杂环化合物的结构和性能——Ⅱ.氧、氮、硫杂大环化

用AM1方法计算了20个卤素及三卤甲基侧取代氧、氮、硫杂大环化合物的电子结构。结果表明,这类杂环化合物分子的总能量,最高占据分子轨道能量,杂环中氧、氮、硫原子的电荷分布和空腔大小呈现出一定的规律性。它们对于络合过渡金属具有较强的选择性。
