制备了结构为ITO/NPB/TCTA/FIrpic∶TCTA/Ir(MDQ)2(acac)∶TmPyPB/FIrpic∶TmPyPB/TmPyPB/LiF/Al的有机电致磷光发光器件。通过在双蓝光发光层之间插入较薄的红光层Ir(MDQ)2(acac)∶TmPyPB调节载流子、激子在各发光层中的分布,并结合TCTA和TmPyPB对发光层内载流子和激子的有效阻挡作用,混合实现白光发射。研究了红光层在不同厚度、不同掺杂浓度下对器件发光性能的影响。结果表明,红光发光层厚度为2nm、质量浓度为5%时,结合蓝光发光层和红光发光层,实现了色坐标为(0.333,0.333)、最大发光效率为11.50cd/A的白光发射。  相似文献

Considering the octet baryons in relativistic mean field theory and selecting entropy per baryon S=l,we calculate and discuss the influence of U bosons on the equation of state,mass-radius,moment of inertia and gravitational redshift of massive protoneutron stars(PNSs).The effective coupling constant gu of U bosons and nucleons is selected from 0 to 70 GeV~(-2).The results indicate that U bosons will stiffen the equation of state(EOS).The influence of U bosons on the pressure is more obvious at low density than high density,while the influence of U bosons on the energy density is more obvious at high density than low density.The U bosons play a significant role in increasing the maximum mass and radius of PNS.When the value of gu changes from 0 to 70 GeV~(-2),the maximum mass of a massive PNS increases from 2.11M_⊙ to 2.58M_⊙,and the radius of a PNS corresponding to PSR J0348+0432 increases from 13.71 km to 24.35 km.The U bosons will increase the moment of inertia and decrease the gravitational redshift of a PNS.For the PNS of the massive PSR J0348+0432,the radius and moment of inertia vary directly with gu,and the gravitational redshift varies approximately inversely with gu.  相似文献

Tip-enhanced near-field fluorescence and topography characterization of a single nanometre fluorophore is conducted by using an apertureless scanning near-field microscopy system. A fluorophore with size 80hm is mapped with a spatial resolution of 10hm. The corresponding near-field fluorescence data shows significant signal enhancement due to the apertureless tip-enhanced effect. With the nanometre spatial resolution capability and nanometre local tip-enhanced effect, the apertureless tip-enhanced scanning near-field microscopy may be further used to characterize a single molecule by realizing the local near-field spectrum assignment corresponding to topography at nanometre scale.  相似文献

A planar optical waveguide has been formed in a LiB3O5 crystal using 6.0 MeV Cu+-ions with a dose of 1 × 1015 ions/cm2 at room temperature. Possible propagating modes were measured at a wavelength of 633 nm using the prism-coupling method. The refractive index profiles of the waveguide were reconstructed by an effective refractive index method and the beam propagation method was used to investigate the properties of the propagation modes in the formed waveguide. The results suggest that the fundamental TE0 and TM0 modes may be well-confined and propagate a longer distance inside the waveguide. The implantation process was also simulated using the transport of ions in matter code (TRIM), which indicates that the nuclear energy deposition may be the main factor for the refractive index change.  相似文献

The differential equations for planar impacts reduce to an algebraic form, and can be easily solved. For three dimensional impacts with friction, there is no closed-form solution, and numerical integration is required due to the swerve behavior of tangential impulse during collisions. The dynamic governing equations in the impact process are built up in impulse space based on the Lagrangian equation in this paper. The coefficient of restitution defined by Poisson is used as the condition of impact termination. A valid numerical method for solving three-dimensional frictional impact of multi-rigid body system is established. The singular cases of tangential movement in sticking point are especially noticed and analyzed. Several examples are present to reveal the different kinds of tangential movement modes varied with the normal impulse during collision.  相似文献

Angular distributions for elastic transfer in the 6He+9Be system were measured at the incident 6He laboratory energy of E=150MeV. From a distorted-wave Born approximation (DWBA) analysis,3He spectroscopic amplitude in 9Be were extracted and compared with values obtained by shell model calculations. The result shows that the spectroscopic amplitude is much greater than 0.70.  相似文献

大口径反射镜是大型反射式光学系统中关键的光学元件,在工作波段的反射率直接决定了光学系统的性能。随着地基、天基观测设备的发展,对大口径反射镜高反射膜提出了更宽的工作波段、更高的反射率、更好的环境适应性等要求。针对这些挑战,各种新的膜系结构、新的镀制方法、新的膜层材料纷纷出现,满足了大口径反射镜高反射膜的各种需求。本文对近些年国内外的大口径反射镜高反射膜研究进展予以综述,并预测大口径反射镜高反膜制备的技术趋势将由铝反射膜向银反射膜、由热蒸发向磁控溅射发展。  相似文献

新型超导材料的设计合成及其超导机理的探索是目前凝聚态物理学领域的重要研究方向. 本文采用高真空热烧结方法制备了钾掺杂对三联苯粉末材料并表征了它们的晶体结构、分子振动、磁学及超导特性. X射线衍射图谱和拉曼光谱表明在烧结样品中除存在钾掺杂对三联苯和KH外, 还含有苯环重组的C60和石墨成分. 拉曼光谱中部分峰位的红移进一步证实钾成功掺入对三联苯分子晶体中并将4 s电子转移到C原子上. 零场冷却磁性测量结果表明: 多数样品在整个温度测量区间表现为居里顺磁性, 但少数样品呈现出抗磁性, 而且在17.86, 10.00 和6.42 K三个温度点出现磁化率突降的反常行为, 其中17.86 K处的突降很可能源于钾掺杂C60引起的超导转变, 而后两者可能与钾掺杂对三联苯导致的超导相关. 研究结果有助于理解金属掺杂芳香烃有机超导体这一新兴超导家族的晶体生长和物理特性, 同时也提供了一种低温制备C60和石墨的新方法.  相似文献

Beam-based BPM offset calibration was carried out for Injector II at the C-ADS demonstration facility at the Institute of Modern Physics(IMP), Chinese Academy of Science(CAS). By using the steering coils integrated in the quadrupoles, the beam orbit can be effectively adjusted and BPM positions recorded at the Medium Energy Beam Transport of the Injector II Linac. The studies were done with a 2 m A, 2.1 Me V proton beam in pulsed mode.During the studies, the "null comparison method" was applied for the calibration. This method is less sensitive to errors compared with the traditional transmission matrix method. In addition, the quadrupole magnet's center can also be calibrated with this method.  相似文献
