QuEChERS/超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法同时测定水产品中四溴双酚A与六溴环十二烷

建立了同时测定水产品中四溴双酚A(TBBPA)和六溴环十二烷(HBCD)的超高效液相色谱-串联质谱方法。样品前处理采用QuEChERS方法,均质生物样品用水分散后加乙腈提取,经C_(18)分散固相萃取净化。采用CORTECS~?C_(18)色谱柱(4.6 mm×100 mm×2.7μm)分离,以甲醇-水为流动相进行梯度洗脱,流速为0.7 mL/min。采用电喷雾离子源,在负离子模式下以多反应监测(MRM)方式检测。结果表明,TBBPA和3种HBCD单体在0.5～500μg/L范围内线性良好,相关系数(r)大于0.998,检出限(LOD,S/N=3)和定量下限(LOQ,S/N=10)分别为0.04～0.16μg/kg和0.12～0.55μg/kg。在5、20、50μg/kg加标水平下的平均回收率为74.0%～121%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.20%～23%。该方法操作简单、快速、重现性好,适用于水产品中TBBPA和HBCD的快速检测。     

2,5-二甲基-4-羟基-3(2H)呋喃酮的合成

以乙酰丙酮(1)为原料，经电解氧化偶联，Paal-Knorr闭环，Baeyer-Villiger氧化，水解等步骤，合成了一种重要的杂环香料，2,5-二甲基-4-羟基-3(2H)呋喃酮(6)。     

THE EFEFCT OF MAGNETIC FIELD ON POLYMERIZATION OF STYRENE IN THE PRESENCE OF POLYVINYL NAPHTHALENE AND POLYVINYL BENZOPHENONE

In the process of bulk photopolymerization of styrene initiated by AIBN decomposition polyvinyl benzophenone (PVB) can supply an effective cage for triplet-triplet energy transfer between PVB macromolecules and small molecules of AIBN to influence the molecular weight of polystyrene in weak magnetic field (less than 0.035T), that was different from the case of polyvinyl naphthalene (PVN) which supplied cages for this system only in the stronger magnetic field (more than 0.2 T) studies. It was found that in the same conditions, PVN could exert more tremendous influences on the bulk photopolymerizatiou system of styrene than PVB because in the stronger magnetic field the triplet PVN had much longer life time than PVB.     

3-氟-6-碘吡嗪-2-羧酸甲酯的合成及晶体结构

以3-氨基吡嗪-2-羧酸为原料，经酯化反应、亲电反应和重氮化反应合成了3-氟-6-碘吡嗪-2-羧酸甲酯（1），总收率62.34%，其结构经¹H NMR、¹³C NMR和MS确证，用X-单晶衍射法测定了化合物的晶体结构。结果表明：1（CCDC: 1986368）属单斜晶系，空间群C2/c，晶胞参数a=17.6566(5) Å, b=4.74850(10) Å，c=19.6368(6) Å，β=95.6540(10)°，V=1638.39(8) ų，Z=8，R_gt(F)=0.0173，wR_ref(F²)=0.0465，F(000)=1056，μ=3.885 mm^-1。      

TiO_2-CeO_2催化剂湿式氧化苯酚的活性研究

采用共沉淀法制备了湿式氧化降解苯酚的TiO2-CeO2催化剂,测定了反应过程中不同反应时间的COD去除率,结果表明,当Ti、Ce摩尔比为3∶1时,在150℃、总压5MPa(其中氧分压4.5MPa)时,所制备的催化剂活性最高,反应90分钟COD去除率可以达到71%.对催化剂进行了比表面积、XRD和XPS测试,结果表明,高效的催化剂具有较多的活性位、催化剂粉末体系Ce的变价特性以及大量的表面吸附氧.     

Study of Structures and Electronic Properties of Pdn–1Pb and Pdn （n≤8） Clusters

Geometric and electronic properties of Pdn–1Pb and Pdn (n≤8) clusters have been studied by using density functional theory with effective core potentials, focusing on the differences between mono- and bimetallic clusters. The average bond length of Pdn–1Pb (n≤8) bimetallic clusters is longer than that of pure palladium clusters except for n = 2 and 3. The most stable structure of Pdn–1Pb (n≤7) is the singlet where there is at least a Pd or Pb atom on its excited state. The energy gaps of Pd–Pb binary clusters are narrower than those of Pdn clusters, and then the chemical activity is strengthened when Pdn clusters are doped with Pb.     

Two Novel Antifungal Saponins from Tibetan Herbal Medicine Clematis tangutica

Antifungal assay-guided isolation of the ethanol extract of the aerial parts of Clematis tangutica yielded two novel triterpene saponins. Their structures were determined to be 3-O-α-L-arabinopyranosyl hederagenin 28-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl ester (1) and 3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→4)-α-L-arabinopyranosyl hederagenin 28-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl ester (2) on the basis of spectral data and chemical reactions.     

人中白矿物元素含量分析

用原子吸收分光光度法测定了中药人中白中 1 2种矿物元素含量。结果表明 ,人中白中Ca、Mg、Ba、K和Na的含量在 1× 1 0 3以上 ,而Fe、Cr、Mn的含量在 1 0× 1 0 6 ～ 1 0 0 0× 1 0 6 范围内 ;Ni、Se浓度也超过 1 0× 1 0 6 ,Cu、Co的含量也在 5× 1 0 6 以上。     

Synthesis and Characterization of Poly（butylene adipate-co-terephthalate） Catalyzed by Rare Earth Stearates

Rare earth （Nd, Y, La, Dy） stearates have been synthesized and used as single component catalysts for the polycondensation of dimethyl terephthalate, adipic acid and 1,4-butanediol for the first time preparing biodegradable poly（butylene adipate-co-terephthalate） （PBAT） with high molecular weight, The microstructures of PBAT were characterized by ^1H NMR spectra. The PBAT exhibits good mechanical properties such as high tensile strength （ca. 20 MPa） and long break elongation （〉700%）.
