The synthesis of neoflavene and neoflavenes with methoxy substituents at different positions are described. As starting materials, various salicylaldehydes were run through sequential reactions such as O‐allylation, Grignard reaction, oxidation, Wittig reaction, and ring‐closing metathesis to yield the target neoflavenes in good yield. Among the prepared neoflavenes, 7‐methoxy‐4′‐methoxyneoflavene ( 6e ) and 8‐methoxy‐4′‐methoxyneoflavene ( 6f ) exhibiting potential cell toxicities against various cells were disclosed. In particular, 6f which exhibited an IC50 value of 6.5 ± 2.0 and 5.1 ± 1.1 μM against gastric carcinoma and lung carcinoma cells in vitro was found, respectively. Meanwhile, the structure and activity relationship of our synthesized neoflavenes is further discussed briefly.  相似文献

In this paper, the synthesis of 3‐aryl‐2,5‐dihydro‐1‐benzoxepines is described. While the reaction was started from phenol and based on the sequential reactions such as Claisen rearrangement, O‐alkylation, Wittig reaction, and ring‐closing metathesis (RCM), a series of new 3‐aryl‐1‐benzoxepines were prepared in good overall yields.  相似文献

l-(2-Aminophenyl)pyrrole (I) and l-[2-(aminomethyl)]phenylpyrrole hydrochloride (III) undergo cyclization reactions with aldehydes and ketones to form 4,5-dihydropyrrolo[l,2-a]- quinoxalines and 5,6-dihydropyrrolo[l,2-a][l,4]benzodiazepines, respectively. It was also found that the use of the free base of compounds corresponding to III do not cyclize directly but lead instead to the intermediate Schiff bases which are subsequently cyclized to the desired benzodiazepines by treatment with hydrochloric acid.  相似文献

Adenosine deaminase (ADA) is currently used as a diagnostic marker for tuberculous pleuritis. Although ADA has been suggested as a potential marker for several types of cancer, the importance of each of ADA isoforms as well as their levels and enzymatic activities in tumors need to be further investigated. Herein we developed avian immunoglobulin Y highly specific to human ADA via hens immunization with calf adenosine deaminase. The obtained antibodies were used for the development of a sensitive double-egg yolk immunoglobulin (IgY) sandwich ELISA assay with an ADA detection limit of 0.5 ng/ml and a linearity range of up to 10 ng/ml. Specific, affinity-purified IgYs were able to recognize human recombinant ADA and ADA present in human cancer cell lines. In addition, antigen-specific IgY antibodies were able to inhibit catalytic activity of calf ADA with an IC50 value of 47.48 nM. We showed that generated IgY antibodies may be useful for ADA detection, thus acting as a diagnostic agent in immunoenzymatic assays.  相似文献

<正>A homologous series of Schiff base esters,4-chlorobenzylidene-4'-n-alkanoyloxyanilines,containing even number of carbons at the end groups of the molecules(C_(n-1)H_(2n-1)COO-,n=4,6,8,10,12,14,16) were synthesized.The mesomorphic properties were investigated by differential scanning calorimetry(DSC) and polarizing optical microscopy(POM).It was found that the end groups of the molecules had an effect on the mesomorphic properties.n-Butanoyloxy was found non-mesogenic,whilst n-hexanoyloxy exhibited monotropic smectic phase.The higher members in this homologous series were enantiotropic smectogens.  相似文献

We report here the synthesis and electrochemical and photophysical properties of a series of easily prepared dipolar organic dyes and their application in dye‐sensitized solar cells (DSSCs). For the six organic dyes, the molecular structures comprised a triphenylamine group as an electron donor, a cyanoacrylic acid as an electron acceptor, and an electron‐deficient diphenylquinoxaline moiety integrated in the π‐conjugated spacer between the electron donor and acceptor moieties. The incorporation of the electron‐deficient diphenylquinoxaline moiety effectively reduces the energy gap of the dyes and broadly extends the spectral coverage. DSSCs based on dye 6 produced the best overall cell performance of 7.35 %, which translates to approximately 79 % of the intrinsic efficiency of the DSSCs based on the standard N719 dye under identical experimental conditions. The high performance of DSSCs based on dye 6 among the six dyes explored is attributed to the combined effects of high dye loading on a TiO2 surface, rapid dye regeneration, and effective retardation of charge recombination.  相似文献

A simple way to synthesize PbS nanocrystals with the ability to tune their morphology at room temperature is reported. The preparation utilizes an amine-catalyzed decomposition of a precursor and the amine was found to play dual roles as both the catalyst and the capping agent. Spherical PbS nanocrystals of diameters 5 to 10 nm were obtained when long chain alkylamines were used in the pot. When difunctional ethylenediamine was used instead, exclusively PbS dendrites can be isolated from the same precursor at room temperature. Uniform six- and four-armed dendrites are observed, with regular branches of approximately 20 nm in diameter growing in a parallel order. In a further step, morphology tuning of the dendrites to induce 1D growth into nanorods is achievable through the addition of a trace amount of stronger capping dodecanethiol molecules. Thus, PbS nanorods with aspect ratios of approximately 20 to 30 could be successfully obtained and illustrated. A possible formation mechanism is discussed and the initial step of the reaction mechanism was modeled with DFT calculations as a nucleophilic attack.  相似文献

A Nafion® resin‐supported oxovanadium(IV) catalyst was readily prepared via ion‐exchange method. This solid vanadyl perfluorinated sulfonate catalyst was used as an efficient and recoverable catalyst for the hydrophosphonylation of various aldehydes under solventless conditions at room temperature.
