[reaction: see text] Construction and characterization of the C-glycosidic moiety of telomerase inhibitor D8646-2-6 (1) are described. This is the first example of the C-glycosylation using electron-poor aromatics, 4-hydroxypyrone, as a glycosyl acceptor. The glycosylation reaction and base-promoted isomerization affords desired beta-C-glycoside in a 61% overall yield.  相似文献

The highly twisted tetrakis(di-tert-butylmethylsilyl)disilene 4 was prepared and reacted with (t)BuLi in THF, producing disilene anion radical 5 upon one-electron reduction. The anion radical 5 was isolated in the form of its lithium salt as extremely air- and moisture-sensitive red crystals. The molecular structure of 5 was established by X-ray crystallography, which showed a nearly orthogonal structure (twisting angle of 88 degrees ) along the central Si-Si bond, with a length of 2.341(5) A, which is 3.6% elongated relative to that of 4. The interesting feature of 5 is that one of the central Si atoms has radical character, whereas the other Si atom has silyl anion character. An electron spin resonance (ESR) study of the hyperfine coupling constants of the (29)Si nuclei indicates that rapid spin exchange occurs between these central Si atoms on the ESR time scale.  相似文献

There have been a growing number of articles that report dramatic improvements in the experimental performance of chemical reactions by microwave irradiation compared to that under conventional heating conditions. We theoretically examined whether nonthermal microwave effects on intramolecular reactions exist or not, in particular, on Newman-Kwart rearrangements and intramolecular Diels-Alder reactions. The reaction rates of the former calculated by the transition state theory, which consider only the thermal effects of microwaves, agree quantitatively with experimental data, and thus, the increases in reaction rates can be ascribed to dielectric heating of the solvent by microwaves. In contrast, for the latter, the temperature dependence of reaction rates can be explained qualitatively by thermal effects but the possibility of nonthermal effects still remains regardless of whether competitive processes are present or not. The effective intramolecular potential energy surface in the presence of a microwave field suggests that nonthermal effects arising from potential distortion are vanishingly small in intramolecular reactions. It is useful in the elucidation of the reaction mechanisms of microwave synthesis to apply the present theoretical approach with reference to the experiments where thermal and nonthermal effects are separated by screening microwave fields.  相似文献

Recent experiments on the addition of alkene and alkyne molecules to H-terminated silicon surfaces have provided evidence for a surface chain reaction initiated at isolated Si dangling bonds and involving an intermediate carbon radical state, which, after abstraction of a hydrogen atom from a neighboring Si-H unit, transforms into a stable adsorbed species plus a new Si dangling bond. Using periodic density functional theory (DFT) calculations, together with an efficient method for determining reaction pathways, we have studied the initial steps of this chain reaction for a few different terminal alkynes and alkenes interacting with an isolated Si dangling bond on an otherwise H-saturated Si(111) surface. Calculated minimum energy pathways (MEPs) indicate that the chain mechanism is viable in the case of C(2)H(2), whereas for C(2)H(4) the stabilization of the intermediate state is so small and the barrier for H-abstraction so (relatively) large that the molecule is more likely to desorb than to form a stable adsorbed species. For phenylacetylene and styrene, stabilization of the intermediate state and decrease of the H-abstraction barrier take place. While a stable adsorbed species exists in both cases, the overall heat of adsorption is larger for the alkyne molecules.  相似文献

LC/MS/MS was developed to determine the residues of bithionol (BTN), bromofen (BMF), nitroxynil (NTX), oxyclozanide (OCZ), and tribromsalan (TBS) in milk. Samples were extracted with ethyl acetate and cleaned up by liquid-liquid separation with acetonitrile and n-hexane. The compounds were determined by RP-LC using a C18 column with 0.1% formic acid-methanol. Mass spectral acquisition was performed in the negative mode by applying selected-reaction monitoring. The method was validated in milk spiked with these compounds at 5-600 microg/kg; average recoveries were in the range 83.8-97.1%, with RSD values of 1.4-8.0%. The interassay RSDs were less than 11%. The LODs of these compounds in milk were 0.1 microg/kg. The method was applied to 24 raw milk samples. The concentration of these compounds in all samples was lower than the Japanese maximum residue limits. The method is rapid, sensitive, and specific for monitoring residues of BTN, BMF, NTX, OCZ, and TBS in milk.  相似文献

Catalytic acceptorless dehydrogenation is an environmentally benign way to desaturate organic compounds. This process is traditionally accomplished with transition‐metal‐based catalysts. Herein, a borane‐catalyzed, metal‐free acceptorless dehydrogenation of saturated N‐heterocycles is disclosed. Tris(pentafluorophenyl)borane was identified as a versatile catalyst, which afforded several synthetically important N‐heteroarenes in up to quantitative yield. Specifically, the present metal‐free catalytic system exhibited a uniquely high tolerance toward sulfur functionalities, and demonstrated superior reactivity in the synthesis of benzothiazoles compared to conventional metal‐catalyzed systems. This protocol can thus be regarded as the first example of metal‐free acceptorless dehydrogenation in synthetic organic chemistry.  相似文献
