Studies were made of heat-treated Ni-GaAs contacts, at which, prior to the electrochemical deposition of nickel, thin layers of gallium or arsenic were deposited. The physicochemical reactions at the interfaces were investigated, as well as the electrophysical characteristics of the diodes, the morphology of the metallic coatings, and the mechanical stresses. The phase composition of the contacts and the height of the barrier are seen to be practically independent of the introduction of excess Ga or As, whereas the thermal stability of the electrical parameters of the diodes varies considerably. The dynamic properties of a series of unvulcanized rubbers (cis-polybutadienes, Na-polybutadiene, cis-polyisoprene, butyl rubber, polyisobutylene, and ethylene-propylene copolymer) have been investigated in a low-frequency dynamic testing machine and a frequency rheometer on the frequency range from 5 · 10–2 to 4.5 · 103 Hz at temperatures of 25 and 60°C. At these temperatures the mechanical loss factor is the most sensitive criterion of transitions from one physical state of the polymer to another. For all the specimens investigated on the experimental range of angular frequencies the modulus of the complex dynamic viscosity and the effective viscosity determined under static conditions coincide, assuming the equivalence of angular frequencies and shear rates.A. The dynamic shear modulus and the flow rate through capillaries under constant pressure and under constant velocity of the piston, have been measured for polybutadienes and polyisoprenes of narrow molecular weight distribution with molecular weights ranging, respectively, from 3.8 × 104 to 5.8 × 105 and from 1.06 × 105 to 6.02 × 105. The phenomena of the discontinuous increase of volume flow rate and self-oscillatory flow regime at critical rates of deformation have been considered in detail. It is proposed that these phenomena are due to the induced transition of the polymer from the fluid to the high-elastic state at higher deformation rates. As a result, an inference has been made that polybutadienes and polyisoprenes with a narrow molecular weight distribution in the high-elastic state, behave in certain respects as crosslinked polymers incapable of displaying fluidity. The quantitative relationships among the viscoelastic characteristics measured under dynamic regimes, the parameters determining the critical flow regimes, and the molecular weights of polybutadienes and polyisoprenes have been worked out.  相似文献
