Inclusive semileptonic decays of B mesons

The probability of inclusive semileptonic decay of B mesons is calculated in the constituent-quark model. A compact formula is obtained for the differential decay width of a B meson in terms of the corresponding decay width of a free b quark and the wave function of the internal motion of the quarks in the B meson. Numerical values of semileptonic-decay widths are obtained for a series of models of the wave function. Pis’ma Zh. éksp. Teor. Fiz. 65, No. 10, 734–737 (25 May 1997)     

Nearest-neighbor two-point correlation function of the Z-invariant eight-vertex model

含三正辛胺微胶囊对六价铬的富集

本文将对六价铬有效的萃取剂ＴＯＡ（三正辛胺）微胶囊化，制成填充柱型的酸性体系六价铬的富集分离装置。实验结果表明，微胶囊填充柱中每毫升ＴＯＡ对六价铬的最大萃取容量为１５８．０ｇ／ｍＬ，为纯ＴＯＡ液相萃取的４．９倍。微胶囊经碱／水洗涤后，可再生使用。     

Cauchy problem and averaging in Fock space

We investigate a Cauchy problem in the Fock space for a system consisting of a two-level atom, a quantum field, and a classical field. A solution estimate is obtained for the Cauchy problem with initial data from a special class. This class is invariant with respect to the dynamic semigroup of the system. We propose an averaging method for solving the Cauchy problem in the case where the Hamiltonian parameters differ greatly in the order of magnitude. An estimate of the averaging error is obtained. Synthesis of ω-amino- and ω-carboxyalkylamides of N-acetylmuramoyl-L-alanyl-D-isoglutamine

The synthesis has been effected of derivatives of MDP having a spacer with an amino or carboxy group. The final stage of the synthesis was the condensation of Boc-L-Ala-D-iGln with 6-aminohexanol (followed by the two-stage replacement of the hydroxy by an azido group) or with benzyl 6-aminohexanoate.Simferopol' State University. 激光除锈过程的实时监测技术研究

对激光除锈过程中的实时监测技术进行了实验研究,结果表明:除锈过程中产生的声波强度会随着表面清洁度的变化而发生明显的变化,声波信号包含了除锈过程中的大量信息,可作为激光除锈实时监测的基本信号.     

边界衍射波理论公式的准确性数值分析

利用数值分析的方法分析了由边界波理论公式所得的圆形光阑衍射场的光强分布.通过对边界波理论公式所得的光强分布曲线,对几何照明区与阴影区的光强分布曲线与面衍射积分公式所得的光强分布曲线进行比较,分析了边界波理论公式对衍射场描述的准确性.     

Dielectric effect on the rf characteristics of a helical groove travelling wave tube

A new type of partial-dielectric-loaded helical groove slow-wave structure (SWS) for millimetre wave travelling wave tube (TWT） is presented in this paper.The radio-frequency characteristics including the dispersion properties,the longitudinal electric field distribution and the beam-wave coupling impedance of this structure are analysed.The results show that the dispersion of the helical groove circuit is weakened,the phase velocity is reduced and the position of the maximum Ez is moved from the mouth to the inside of the groove after partially filling the dielectric materials in the helical groove SWS.Therefore,the dielectric-loaded helical groove SWS is suitable for a multi-beam TWT with broad band and high gain.     

光化学气相淀积SiGe/Si材料的机制分析

本文对光化学气相淀积SiGe/Si过程中气相反应机制和表面反应历程进行了分析和讨论.利用表面反应动力学的有关理论,结合光化学气相淀积的特点,推导出光化学气相淀积SiGe/Si过程中的生长速率和生长压力的关系.并给出该理论结果和实际实验结果的比较.
