In order to prepare lead-free BaTiO3-based PTC (positive temperature coefficient) with low room temperature resistivity, metal Ni is added to BaTiO3-based PTC samples that contain 5, 8, 10, 12, 15, 20 wt% of Ni. The sintering temperature is from 1240 °C to 1260 °C. The sintering atmosphere of Ni/PTC composites ceramics was studied. Two sintering atmospheres were adopted in this experiment; full reducing sintering atmosphere and part reducing sintering atmosphere. Controlling the dose of graphite powder can make these two reducing atmospheres. The experiment data show that the optimal sintering atmosphere is a part-reducing atmosphere. Under on the conditions mentioned above, the room temperature resistivity of the samples can drop to under 10 Ω cm and the PTC jump can reach 103, which represents a good PTC characteristic. 相似文献

CdS quantum dots (QDs) were introduced as an interface modifier in the poly(3-hexylthiophene) (P3HT)/TiO2 nanorod arrays hybrid photovoltaic device. The presence of CdS QDs interlayer was found to provide enhanced light absorption, increased interfacial recombination resistance at the P3HT/TiO2 interfaces, thus leading to a lower recombination rate of the electrons due to the stepwise structure of band edge in P3HT/CdS/TiO2, which accounts for the observed enhanced photocurrent and photovoltage of the hybrid solar cells. The optimized performance was achieved in P3HT/CdS/TiO2 hybrid solar cells after deposition of CdS QDs for 10 cycles, with a power conversion efficiency of 0.57 %, which is nearly ten times higher than that of P3HT/TiO2. The findings indicate that inorganic semiconductor quantum dots provide effective means to improve the performance of polymer/TiO2 hybrid solar cells. 相似文献

The fragmentation of LiH2
- anions after electron
impact was investigated at the heavy-ion storage ring TSR.
The main reaction channel was found to be electron detachment followed by a
breakup into LiH + H.
In the first ms after production of the molecular ions in a cesium
sputtering ion source, additional
contributions were observed in the Li + H2 and Li- + H2 channels,
hinting at an initial population of a short-lived state of the anion.
To gain a better understanding of the mechanisms underlying the observed
behavior of the system, ab initio calculations of relevant potential
energy surfaces were performed at selected geometries.
The experimental findings are discussed in the

A wavelet-based rotation invariant morphological correlation (WBRIMC) is proposed as a new architecture to improve the properties of the classical rotation invariant morphological correlation (RIMC). For the WBRIMC, the JPS of the RIMC is filtered by an appropriately dilated power spectrum function of wavelet. The silicon/graphite (Si/G) composite was prepared using pyrolytic polyacrylonitrile (PAN) as carbon precursor, which is a nitrogen-doped carbon that provides efficient pathway for electron transfer. The combination of flake graphite and pyrolytic carbon layer accommodates the large volume expansion of Si during discharge-charge process. The Si/G composite was synthesized via cost-effective liquid solidification followed by carbonization process. The effect of PAN content on electrochemical performance of composites was investigated. The composite containing 40 wt% PAN exhibits a relatively better rate capability and cycle performance than others. It exhibits initial reversible specific capacity of 793.6 mAh g?1 at a current density of 100 mA g?1. Using modularized components, we have built a miniaturized optical system for 87Rb atomic fountain clock that is fitted on an 80 cm × 60 cm optical breadboard. Compared with the conventional optical setup on the table, our system is more compact, more robust and miniaturized. Taking advantage of this system, laser beams are transmitted through eight optical fibre patch cords from the optical breadboard to an ultra high vacuum system. In this paper,we show that circular polarization-keeping reflection can be achieved using reflective metasurfaces.The underlying physical mechanism of the polarization-keeping reflection is analyzed using a reflection matrix.A wideband circular polarization-keeping reflector is demonstrated using N-shaped resonators.Both the simulation and experiment results show that the polarization-keeping reflection can be achieved with a high efficiency larger than 98%over the frequency range from 9.2 GHz to 17.7 GHz for both incident left-and right-handed circularly polarized waves.Under oblique incidence,the bandwidth increases as the incident angle varies from 0°to 80°. In this paper,the frequency-locking and threshold current-lowering effects of a quantum cascade laser are studied and achieved.Combined with cavity-enhanced absorption spectroscopy,the noninvasive detection of H_2 with a prepared concentration of 500 ppm in multiple dissolved gases is performed and evaluated.The high frequency selectivity of 0.0051 cm~(-1) at an acquisition time of 1 s allows the sensitive detection of the(1-0) S(l) band of H_2 with a high accuracy of(96.53±0.29)%and shows that the detection limit to an absorption line of 4712.9046 cm~(-1) is approximately(17.26±0.63) ppm at an atmospheric pressure and a temperature of 20 ℃. 相似文献

基于双光纤光路等光频重采样原理,提出了一种距离精度的评定方法.通过推导噪声背景下等光频重采样信号中距离参量的克拉美-罗下边界,得到了影响系统测距精度的两个重要因素:信噪比和扫描带宽,并进行了实验验证.实验表明,该评价方法并不会受到任何距离估算方法的影响,根据此方法可以选择一个最优的距离估算方法.通过对两个影响精度的因素进行仿真分析可知,在扫描带宽为2.2 nm时,若将测量光路的信噪比提升至70 dB以上,系统可获得低于10μm的测距精度.该精度评定方法可为后续改善调频连续波测距系统性能提供理论参考. 相似文献

以棒状纳米纤维素为模板,采用仿生矿化的方法制备纳米纤维素/纳米羟基磷灰石复合材料。并利用X射线衍射(XRD)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)、扫描电镜能谱分析(SEM-EDAX)对仿生矿化前后纳米纤维素中碳、氧、钙、磷元素的变化情况及分布状态进行了表征,并探讨了纳米羟基磷灰石的生长机理。结果表明纳米纤维素表面形成了纳米羟基磷灰石;纳米纤维素的碳氧比为1.81,仿生矿化后下降为1.54;仿生矿化后纳米纤维素的钙磷比nCa/nP=1.70;纳米羟基磷灰石成核是在纳米纤维素的羟基上,并且纳米纤维素表面羟基和纳米羟基磷灰石的钙离子之间发生了配位作用。纳米羟基磷灰石较为均一的形成在纳米纤维素的基体中。通过原子力显微镜(AFM)图片可以看出,直径为20nm左右的羟基磷灰石生长在纳米纤维素的表面。 相似文献
