A series of novel imidazo[1,2-b]pyridazin-3-yl acetamide derivatives (9a-9j) were synthesized from a 3,6-dichloropyridazine. We have developed a simple strategy for the synthesis of functionally diverse imidazole, and pyridiazine derivatives were reported via a series of steps. The work involves bicyclic imidazo-pyridazine ring formation, halogenation, cynation, hydrolysis, peptide coupling, and Buchwald reaction. The structure of the synthesized compounds was confirmed by IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR,19F NMR, mass spectra, and elemental analysis, and purity is checked by HPLC. All synthesized compounds were screened for anticancer activity against A-549 and Du-145 cancer cell lines by MTT assay. The preliminary bioassay suggests that most of the compounds show anti-proliferation with different degrees; doxorubicin was used as positive control. The synthesized compound shows IC50 values in the range of 1.74μM to 16.17μM in both cell lines. The compounds 9e , 9g , and 9h were active compared with doxorubicin in both the cell lines. The compounds having cyclopentyl ring are active compared with higher and lower carbon analogues. 相似文献

Accurate, low-level measurement of 226Ra in high volume water samples requires rapid pre-concentration and robust separation techniques prior to measurement in order to comply with discharge limits and drinking water regulations. This study characterises the behaviour of 226Ra and interfering elements on recently developed TK100 (Triskem International) extraction chromatography resin. Distribution coefficients over a range of acid concentrations are given, along with an optimised procedure that shows rapid pre-concentration and separation of 226Ra on TK100 resin is achievable for high volume (1 L) water samples without the need for sample pre-treatment. 相似文献

A new palladium incorporated carbonaceous catalyst Pd@CCSO3HNH2 was synthesized by introducing palladium on glucose derived carbocatalyst. The catalyst was well characterized and was used for the Suzuki coupling of phenyl boronic acid with different aryl halides under aqueous conditions. This green methodology represents a ligand free, cost-effective and operationally convenient method for the synthesis of a variety of biaryl’s under the conditions that are tolerant for a broad range of functional groups with good to excellent yields. Moreover, the catalyst could be easily recycled and reused at least five times without any significant loss of its catalytic activity. 相似文献

The effects of Cu doping in MgB2 superconductor has been studied at different processing temperatures. The polycrystalline samples of Mg1−xCuxB2 with x = 0.05 were synthesized through the in-situ solid sate reaction method in argon atmosphere at different temperature range between 800–900 °C. The samples were characterized through X-ray diffraction (XRD), Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) and low temperature R–T measurement techniques for the phase verification, microstructure and superconducting transition temperature, respectively. The XRD patterns of Mg1−xCuxB2 (x = 0.05) do not exhibit any impurity traces of MgB4 or MgB6 and they show the sharp transition in the samples prepared at 850 °C. The onset transition temperature of the prepared samples is around 39 K, which is almost the same as that for the pure MgB2. This indicates that Cu doping in MgB2 does not affect the transition temperature. The SEM micrograph of Mg0.95Cu0.05B2 has shown that the sample is dense with grain size smaller than 1 μm. 相似文献

A new series of synthesis and biological screening of 2‐(2‐aryl‐4‐methyl‐thiazol‐5‐yl)‐5‐((2‐aryl/benzylthiazol‐4‐yl)methyl)‐1,3,4‐oxadiazole derivatives 5a , 5b , 5c , 5d , 5e , 5f , 5g , 5h , 5i was achieved by condensation of 2‐(2‐aryl/benzylthiazol‐4‐yl)acetohydrazide 2a , 2b , 2c with 4‐methyl‐2‐arylthiazole‐5‐carbaldehyde 3a , 3b , 3c followed by oxidative cyclization of N'‐((4‐methyl‐2‐arylthiazol‐5‐yl)methylene)‐2‐(2‐aryl/benzylthiazol‐4‐yl)acetohydrazide 4a , 4b , 4c , 4d , 4e , 4f , 4g , 4h , 4i using iodobenzene diacetate as oxidizing agent. All the synthesized compounds were screened for their in vitro antifungal activity against Candida albicans, Candida tropicalis, Aspergillus niger, and Aspergillus flavus. Biomass waste, which is abundantly available has been studied as low cost biosorbent for dye sequestration from waste water. The present review reports on recent development for remediation of methylene blue dye by agricultural waste and fruit peel waste material. The aim of this study was to revise latest literature in the field of dye adsorption and discuss the dye adsorption capacity of different types of adsorbents. The activated carbon prepared from several types of biomass waste material enhances the adsorption efficiency after modification. The variety of activating agents, method of activation, characterization of biosorbent material like SEM, EDAX, BET surface area and FTIR analysis has been explored in the present review. The dye adsorption factors such as effect of pH, agitation time, temperature, adsorbate and adsorbent dose were discussed. The detailed investigation on applicability of isotherm model, kinetic model and thermodynamic parameters has also been presented. The adsorption kinetics and adsorption isotherm model focus on selectivity of adsorbent. Adsorption mechanism, Influence of surface area, influence of pHpzc and comparative study of biomass waste adsorbent with other adsorbents have been carried out. The use of biomass waste adsorbents is economically feasible, environmental healthy and found to have outstanding removal capacity of dyes. 相似文献
