Within the formalism of thermo field dynamics, the boson-fermion Holstein-Primakoff transformation is constructed for the case of nonzero temperatures. For the example of the Lipkin model, the transformation in question is used to construct a thermal Hamiltonian in the form of an expansion in the parameter \({1 \mathord{\left/ {\vphantom {1 {\sqrt N }}} \right. \kern-\nulldelimiterspace} {\sqrt N }}\), where N is the number of particles in the system. The temperature dependence of quasiparticle (fermion) and collective-excitation (boson) energies is calculated to terms of order 1/N.  相似文献

The electron transport is studied in split-gate structures fabricated on the basis of a modulation-doped heterostructure that contains a single quantum well and self-assembled InAs quantum dots near the 2D electron gas regions. The current passing through the channel with a denumerable set of InAs quantum dots is found to exhibit Coulomb oscillations as a function of the gate voltage. The oscillations are associated with the excited p states of InAs quantum dots, which are characterized by opposite spins and caused by lifting of the spin degeneracy of the p state due to the Coulomb interaction. The Coulomb oscillations of the current are observed up to a temperature of ~20 K. The Coulomb energy is found to be ΔEc = 12.5 meV, which agrees well with the theoretical estimates for the p states of quantum dots in the structures under study.  相似文献

Off-axis aberrations in a beam-scanning multiphoton confocal microscope are corrected with a deformable mirror. The optimal mirror shape for each pixel is determined by a genetic learning algorithm, in which the second-harmonic or two-photon fluorescence signal from a reference sample is maximized. The speed of the convergence is improved by use of a Zernike polynomial basis for the deformable mirror shape. This adaptive optical correction scheme is implemented in an all-reflective system by use of extremely short (10-fs) optical pulses, and it is shown that the scanning area of an f:1 off-axis parabola can be increased by nine times with this technique.  相似文献

The cross section of inelastic scattering of slow electrons at large angles with excitation of high-lying 1+-states in208Pb are calculated in DWBA. The calculations are carried out both in the random-phase approximation and with the interaction of one-and two-phonon states in the framework of semi-microscopic quasi-particle-phonon model. A group of noncollective 1+-states with a large excitation probability in backward (e, é)-scattering is found in the excitation energy region of 17–21 MeV. We discuss also the problem of existence, properties, and possibility of discovery the high-lying collective 1+-states (2 M 1-resonance) predicted by Speth et al.  相似文献
