A dynamic ZnII‐MOF has been shown to exhibit extreme breathing behavior under gas pressure. The very narrow pore form of the activated framework opens up in the presence of carbon dioxide, thus making it a suitable material for CO2 capture. Sorption of CO2 at 298 K and relatively high pressure clearly shows a two‐step isotherm with giant hysteresis for the second step. In‐situ single‐crystal diffraction analysis was carried out under CO2 gas pressure at 298 K using an environmental gas cell in order to visualize the interaction between CO2 and the host framework. The results are well supported by pressure‐gradient differential scanning calorimetry (P‐DSC) and variable‐pressure powder X‐ray analysis. Theoretical calculations have been carried out in order to further back up the crystallographic data.  相似文献

Controlled potential coulometric (CPC) studies were carried out for developing a method to determine gallium at milligram levels, in the mixed supporting electrolyte medium (4 M NaClO4 + 0.5 M NaSCN), employing stirring mercury as a working electrode. Investigations for optimization of working electrode potentials, quantity of charge, level of background current and electrolysis time for achieving quantitative reduction of Ga(III) to Ga and its oxidation back to Ga(III), were undertaken. Effect of gallium content and interference of zinc in of gallium determination were also studied. The developed methodology was employed for the determination of gallium in pure Ga as well as in synthetic U + Ga mixture solutions. Accuracy and precision values of better than 0.5% were obtained at 1-2 mg levels.  相似文献

Determination of 241Am/243Am ratios is required for vanous purposes including assay of Am by isotope dilution techniques. Alpha-spectrometry on electrodeposited sources is a preferred technique for this determination. However, there is an inherent problem of tail contribution which necessitates the use of suitable algorithms to account for the same. Recently, in the frame of a Coordinated Research Program (CRP) of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), WinALPHA software has been developed which is a combination of an asymmetrical Gaussian for the main part of the peak and a low energy function. Therefore, it was of interest to compare the use of this algorithm with the routinely used method, in our laboratory, based on geometric progression (G. P.) decrease. Since, there are no reference materials available commercially for 241Am/243Am ratios, synthetic mixtures covening a wide range (0.3 to 2.0) of 241Am/243Am α-activity ratios were used and un-ignited electrodeposited sources were prepared for α-spectrometry. The α-spectra obtained using PIPS detector, were evaluated using the two algonthms The 241Am/243Am α-activity ratios obtained were also compared with those determined by thermal ionization mass spectrometry (TIMS). An agreement of about 1% was obtained in the 241Am/243Am ratios determined by the two methods and also by using the two algorithms for α-spectrum evaluation.  相似文献

The determination of lanthanides by Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry (ICP‐MS) is complicated by several spectral overlaps from M+, MO+ or MOH+ ions formed in the ICP. Especially, it is essential to avoid the spectral interferences from lighter lanthanide and Ba polyatomic ions on middle or heavier lanthanides. To tackle this problem, we have developed a mathematical correction method, which reduces all the spectral overlaps from oxide species of Pr, Nd, Ce and Sm over Gd, Tb, Dy and Ho, and Gd, Tb over Yb and Lu. It can also successfully correct the oxide and hydroxide interference of Ba over Eu. The effectiveness of the proposed the mathematical correction scheme is demonstrated for the USGS Standard Rock samples AGV‐1 and G‐2. The results show that the experimental data obtained by applying the mathematical correction scheme for lanthanides is in good agreement with the reported values, using pneumatic and ultrasonic nebulisation methods, for their ICP‐MS analysis.  相似文献

We have performed numerical analysis of the one-dimensional dynamics of the cylindrical/spherical dust ion acoustic shock waves in unmagnetized dusty plasma consisting of positive ions, immobile dust particles, and nonextensive distributed cold and hot electrons. A multiple-scale expansion method is used to derive Burgers Equation (BE) and modified Burgers equation (MBE) by including higher order nonlinearity. The basic characteristics of the shock waves have been analysed numerically and graphically for different physical parameters relevant to Saturn' E ring through 2D figures. The parametric dependence of dust ion acoustic shock waves on some plasma parameters nonextensive index, density, and temperature of cold and hot electrons, concentration of dust particles, thermal effects and kinematic viscosity of ions is explored. Furthermore, it is found that the nonplanar geometry effects have an important impact on the establishment of shock waves. The amplitude of the wave decreases faster as one departs away from the axis of the cylinder or centre of the sphere. Such decaying behaviour continues as time progresses. It is also found that an increasing dust concentration decreases the amplitude of the dust ion acoustic shock waves.  相似文献

Porphyrins appended with four rigid hydrogen bonding motifs on the meso positions were synthesized and self-assembled into a cofacial cage with four complementary bis(decyl)melamine units in dry solvents.
