This paper studies modern methods of producing and using callus, suspension cells and root cultures of medicinal plants in vitro. A new solution for natural product production is the use of an alternative source of renewable, environmentally friendly raw materials: callus, suspension and root cultures of higher plants in vitro. The possibility of using hairy root cultures as producers of various biologically active substances is studied. It is proven that the application of the genetic engineering achievements that combine in vitro tissue culture and molecular biology methods was groundbreaking in terms of the intensification of the extraction process of compounds significant for the medical industry. It is established that of all the callus processing methods, suspension and root cultures in vitro, the Agrobacterium method is the most widely used in practice. The use of agrobacteria has advantages over the biolistic method since it increases the proportion of stable transformation events, can deliver large DNA segments and does not require special ballistic devices. As a result of the research, the most effective strains of agrobacteria are identified.  相似文献

A procedure of the X-ray diffraction study of thin layers using a single crystal X-ray diffractometer equipped with a microfocus tube is described. It is demonstrated that α-cobalt phthalocyanine layers deposited by thermal vacuum evaporation onto polished surfaces of substrates (glass, quartz) have a perfectly oriented polycrystalline structure. The (00l) planes of all crystallites are oriented along the surface of the substrate. The structural organization of layers is analyzed.  相似文献

The effect of the “formation zone” (“shadow” effect) on the characteristics of coherent diffraction radiation from a relativistic electron bunch passing near two conducting targets has been investigated experimentally as a function of the distance between the targets. The effect of the shadow behind absorbing and conducting screens on the diffraction radiation intensity has been studied in the experiments. In both cases, the same decrease in the diffraction radiation intensity almost to zero is observed with a decrease in the distance between the shadow source and target. The results indicate that two interpretations of the observed effect—the formation zone and shadow effect—are not equivalent.  相似文献

The crystal structure of [Cu(En)2CrO4]n (En is ethylenediamine) is determined: a = 14.7359(4) Å, b = 9.8083(3) Å, c = 14.2664(4) Å, V = 2061.98(10) Å3, space group Cmce, Z = 8, dx = 1.931 g/cm3. It is demonstrated that the studied phase is isostructural with [Сu(Еn)2SO4]n. A pseudotetragonal copper atom coordination (Cu–N 2.0204 Å and 2.0244 Å, ∠N–Cu–N 84.73°) is completed to distorted octahedral by two oxygen atoms of chromate anions (Cu–O 2.433 Å and 2.380 Å).  相似文献

We report synthesis, crystal structure, and photophysical properties of novel 1,3-phosphinoamines based on 4-amino-2,1,3-benzothiadiazole (NH2-btd): Ph2PCH(Ph)NH-btd (1) and Ph2P(E)CH(Ph)NH-btd, (E = O (2α and 2β·thf), S (3), Se (4)). Chalcogenides 2–4 exhibit bright emissions with a major band at 519–536 nm and a minor band at 840 nm. According to TD-DFT calculations, the first band is attributed to fluorescence, while the second band corresponds to phosphorescence. In the solid state, room temperature quantum yield reaches 93% in the case of the sulphide. The compounds under study feature effects of the molecular environment on the luminescent properties, which manifest themselves in fluorosolvatochromism as well as in a luminescent response to changes in crystal packing and in contributions to aggregation effects. Specifically, transformation of solid 2β·thf to solvate-free 2β either by aging or by grinding causes crystal packing changes, and, as a result, a hypsochromic shift of the emission band. Polystyrene films doped with 2 reveal a bathochromic shift upon increasing the mass fraction from 0.2 to 3.3%, which is caused by molecular aggregation effects.  相似文献
