A method is developed for measuring the angular distribution of radiation in the near zone that excludes the contribution of the sizes of a radiation source to angular characteristics. Using this method, absolute measurements of the angular distribution of coherent transition radiation are performed in the millimeter wavelength range. It is shown that the measured characteristics correspond to the respective theoretical characteristics obtained in the far zone approximation.  相似文献

The reaction of cationic clusters [Mo3S4(Dppet)3X3]X (I; Dppet = cis-1,2-bis(diphenylphosphino)ethylene; X = Cl, Br) with gallium metal in tetrahydrofuran (THF) affords cubane-like clusters [Mo3S4(GaX)(Dppet)3X3] (IIa, X = Cl; IIb, X = Br). In the synthesis of IIb, the crystals of the cationic cluster [Mo3S4(Dppet)3Br3](GaBr4) (III) were isolated from the mother liquor. The structures of complexes IIa ? 1.5THF, IIb ? 1.5THF, III ? 1.625THF, and [Mo3S4(Dppe)3Br3](GaBr4) ? 2THF (IV ? 2THF; Dppe = 1,2-bis(diphenylphosphino)ethane) were established by X-ray diffraction (CIF files CCDC № 1851341–1851344).

Cervicovaginal fluid (CVF) is a valuable source of clinical information about the female reproductive tract in both nonpregnant and pregnant women. The aim of this study is to specify the CVF proteome at different stages of cervix neoplastic transformation by label‐free quantitation approach based on liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry (LC‐MS/MS) method. The proteome composition of CVF from 40 women of reproductive age with human papillomavirus (HPV)‐associated cervix neoplastic transformation (low‐grade squamous intraepithelial lesion [LSIL], high‐grade squamous intraepithelial lesion [HSIL], and CANCER) was investigated. Hierarchical clustering and principal component analysis (PCA) of the proteomic data obtained by a label‐free quantitation approach show the distribution of the sample set between four major clusters (no intraepithelial lesion or malignancy [NILM], LSIL, HSIL and CANCER) depending on the form of cervical lesion. Multisample ANOVA with subsequent Welch's t test resulted in 117 that changed significantly across the four clinical stages, including 27 proteins significantly changed in cervical cancer. Some of them were indicated as promising biomarkers previously (ACTN4, VTN, ANXA1, CAP1, ANXA2, and MUC5B). CVF proteomic data from the discovery stage were analyzed by the partial least squares‐discriminant analysis (PLS‐DA) method to build a statistical model, allowing to differentiate severe dysplasia (HSIL and CANCER) from the mild/normal stage (NILM and LSIL), and receiver operating characteristic (ROC) area under the curve (AUC) were obtained on an independent set of 33 samples. The sensitivity of the model was 77%, and the specificity was 94%; AUC was equal to 0.87. CVF proteome proved to be reflect the stage of cervical epithelium neoplastic process.  相似文献

Maintaining quality of life with an increase in life expectancy is considered one of the global problems of our time. This review explores the possibility of using natural plant compounds with antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, anti-glycation, and anti-neurodegenerative properties to slow down the onset of age-related changes. Age-related changes such as a decrease in mental abilities, the development of inflammatory processes, and increased risk of developing type 2 diabetes have a significant impact on maintaining quality of life. Herbal preparations can play an essential role in preventing and treating neurodegenerative diseases that accompany age-related changes, including Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s diseases. Medicinal plants have known sedative, muscle relaxant, neuroprotective, nootropic, and antiparkinsonian properties. The secondary metabolites, mainly polyphenolic compounds, are valuable substances for the development of new anti-inflammatory and hypoglycemic agents. Understanding how mixtures of plants and their biologically active substances work together to achieve a specific biological effect can help develop targeted drugs to prevent diseases associated with aging and age-related changes. Understanding the mechanisms of the biological activity of plant complexes and mixtures determines the prospects for using metabolomic and biochemical methods to prolong active longevity.  相似文献
