羊睾丸,梅花鹿胎盘提取液中铅的测定

利用火焰原子吸收法直接测定羊睾丸，梅花鹿胎盘提取液中铅的含量，实验结果表明，两种提以液中均含有铅，梅花鹿胎盘提取液铅含量低于羊睾丸，透析液组高于超滤液组，这一结果为合理开发利用羊睾丸，梅花鹿胎盘提取液提供一定的数据。     

Biocatalytic reversible control of the stiffness of DNA-modified responsive hydrogels: applications in shape-memory,self-healing and autonomous controlled release of insulin

The enzymes glucose oxidase (GOx), acetylcholine esterase (AchE) and urease that drive biocatalytic transformations to alter pH, are integrated into pH-responsive DNA-based hydrogels. A two-enzyme-loaded hydrogel composed of GOx/urease or AchE/urease and a three-enzyme-loaded hydrogel composed of GOx/AchE/urease are presented. The biocatalytic transformations within the hydrogels lead to the dictated reconfiguration of nucleic acid bridges and the switchable control over the stiffness of the respective hydrogels. The switchable stiffness features are used to develop biocatalytically guided shape-memory and self-healing matrices. In addition, loading of GOx/insulin in a pH-responsive DNA-based hydrogel yields a glucose-triggered matrix for the controlled release of insulin, acting as an artificial pancreas. The release of insulin is controlled by the concentrations of glucose, hence, the biocatalytic insulin-loaded hydrogel provides an interesting sense-and-treat carrier for controlling diabetes.

Biocatalytic control over the stiffness of pH-responsive hydrogels is applied to develop shape-memory, self-healing and controlled release matrices.     

MORPHOLOGIES AND GAS SEPARATION PROPERTIES OF MELT-SPUN ASYMMETRIC POLY(4-METHYL-1-PENTENE)HOLLOW FIBER MEMBRANES*

Poly(4-methyl-1-pentene) (PMP) hollow fiber membranes were prepared by the melt-spun and cold-stretch(MSCS) method. Scanning electronic microscopy (SEM) was used to characterize the section and surface structures of themembranes with special asymmetric structure. The preliminary results of gas permeation measurements indicated that the resultant hollow fiber membranes have the potential ability for oxygen/nitrogen separation.     

Electric-field-driven deracemization.

We demonstrate, both theoretically and experimentally, that it is possible to use an electric field to drive the formation of macroscopic chiral (conglomerate) domains from an initially homogeneous fluid racemate. Field-induced segregation is exhibited in a fluid smectic liquid-crystal phase of a racemic mesogen, wherein enantiomerically-enriched domains are readily identifiable by their chiral electro-optical response. The sharp field-generated boundaries that form between opposite-handed domains broaden by diffusion in the absence of field, but reform rapidly if the field is switched on again, providing unambiguous evidence for the field-driven physical separation of enantiomers. A mean-field model successfully describes the steady-state and the dynamic evolution of conglomerate formation.     

热变形奥氏体静态再结晶行为的研究

本文利用双道次压缩的方法,在Gleeble1500热模拟实验机上研究了低碳钢SS400在变形间隔时间内奥氏体的软化行为,以便为制定合理的细化晶粒轧制工艺提供实验和理论基础.采用后插法计算了在不同真应变条件下的静态再结晶率.通过双道次压缩测试静态软化动力学实验的表明,实验钢变形后很容易发生静态软化.在真应变为0.4,0.2时,静态再结晶激活能分别是Qrec=189.3,179.2kJ/mol.     

L-proline promoted Ullmann-type reaction of vinyl bromides with imidazoles in ionic liquids

The Ullmann-type coupling reaction of vinyl bromides and imidazoles in ILs at 90-110 degrees C gave the corresponding N-vinylimidazoles in good to excellent yields by using L-proline as the ligand; the double bond geometry of the vinyl bromides was retained under the reaction conditions.     

Surface-renewable cobalt(II) hexacyanoferrate-modified graphite organosilicate electrode and its electrocatalytic oxidation of thiosulfate

Cobalt(II) hexacyanoferrate (CoHCF) was deposited on graphite powder by an in situ chemical deposition procedure and then dispersed into methyltrimethoxysilane-derived gels to prepare a surface-renewable CoHCF-modified electrode. The electrochemical behavior of the modified electrode in different supporting electrolyte solutions was characterized by cyclic voltammetry. In addition, square-wave voltammetry was employed to investigate the pNa-dependent electrochemical behavior of the electrode. The CoHCF-modified electrode showed a high electrocatalytic activity toward thiosulfate oxidation and could thus be used as an amperometric thiosulfate sensor.     

红外光谱法研究LB膜中的分子取向

The structure information of orientation and packing of molecular chains can be obtained from infrared transmission and reflection-absorbance (RA) spectra. In the present paper, on the basis of Umemura et al., their FORTRAN program of minicomputer was developed and can be run on 486 personal computer. By comparison of infrared transmission and RA intensities, surface enhancement factors and molecular orientation angle were calculated using the above program, and the influence of complex refractive index, angle of incidence, and thickness of LB film were discussed. These results are consistent with that of Umemura et al.
