A nonenzymatic sensor for hydrogen peroxide has been fabricated by dispersing platinum hollow nanospheres onto polypyrrole (PPy) nanowires to form a PPy-Pt hollow sphere nanocomposite on a glassy carbon electrode. The materials were characterized by transmission electron microscopy and scanning electron microscopy. The process and the sensor were characterized by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy, cyclic voltammetry, and chrono-amperometry and revealed that the electrode has a large electroactive surface area and small resistance to electron transfer. The linear range for the determination of hydrogen peroxide is from 3.5 µM to 9.9 mM, the detection limit is 1.2 µM (S/N?=?3), and the response time is 3 s. The electrode exhibited good stability and excellent repeatability.  相似文献

Differential phase-contrast (DPC) X-ray imaging has been performed in the Talbot–Lau configuration, in which the X-ray source was a combination of an absorption grating and a laboratory X-ray generator. We report here quantitative analysis of partial coherence effects on the X-ray Talbot–Lau interferometer. Based on the visibility of the self-image, the well-known geometry condition is reproduced. It is shown that effects of partial coherence are determined by the opening ratio of the source grating, and that the effects are independent of the Talbot order and the type of the phase grating, a condition quite different from those in a Talbot interferometer. A possible explanation is discussed from the point of view of the effective spatial coherence length. Taking into account the available X-ray flux and experimental fluctuations, we present the optimum opening ratio. Furthermore, we mention that our results can also be successfully used to discuss the properties of a multiline X-ray source.  相似文献

测定了十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)、十二烷基三乙基溴化铵(DTEAB)单一体系及不同摩尔比的混合体系在矿化水溶液中的表面活性,并与在纯水和NaCl水溶液中的表面活性作了比较.所得结果表明:(1)阴离子表面活性剂SDS在含Ca^2 ,Mg^2 等的矿化水中有比在纯水和NaCl水溶液中更好的表面活性.这一方面是由于矿化水中的Ca^2 ,Mg^2 对负电胶团和表面吸附层的强烈电性作用,另一方面在大量Na^ 存在时,钠钙盐混合表面活性剂Krafft点提高不多;(2)SDS和DTEAB混合物在矿化水中具有很强的增效作用,其表面活性的变化规律与在纯水和NaCl水溶液中基本相同,表明阴阳离子表面活性剂混合体系具有优异的抗矿化水性能.这些结果可用阴、阳表面活性离子的电性作用解释.  相似文献

The microsolvation of the suberate dianion, -O2C(CH2)6CO2-, with two separate charge centers was studied by photoelectron spectroscopy and molecular dynamics simulation one solvent molecule at a time for up to 20 waters. It is shown that the two negative charges are solvated in the linear suberate alternately. As the solvent number increases, the negative charges are screened and a conformation change occurs at 16 waters, where the cooperative hydrogen bonding of water is large enough to overcome the Coulomb repulsion and pull the two negative charges closer through a water bridge. This conformation change, revealed both from the experiment and from the simulation, is a manifestation of the hydrophilic and hydrophobic forces at the molecular level.  相似文献

The electrocatalytic properties of the SiC particle‐modified glassy carbon electrode (MGC) for adrenaline oxidation were studied by cyclic voltammetry (CV), double‐potential step chronocoulometry (DPSCC), and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) techniques in McIlvaine buffer solution. It was shown that the electrode modified with SiC particles markedly displayed an electrocatalytic effect on the process of the electrochemical reaction of adrenaline, i.e., the activity and the reversibility of the MGC electrode has been significantly improved. This was attributed to the adsorption effect of the electroactive adrenaline molecules on the MGC electrode surface.  相似文献
