Abstract

Phosphorus analogs of alkylidenecarbenoid, Ar-P=C(X)Li, where X equals halogen or pseudohalogen atom, such as C1, Br, or SPh, have been generated by use of the 2,4,6-tri-t-butylphenyl group (abbreviated to Ar in the Scheme) as a protecting group for low coordinated organophosphorus compounds. The reaction with methyl iodide and with some aldehydes or ketones, at low temperature, gave the corresponding alkylation products[l]. The reaction with copper salts gave 1,4-diphosphabutadiene (1) or 1,4-diphosphabutatriene (2), depending upon the substituent X[2,3], as well as reaction conditions, such as reaction tenlperature and time, solvent, presence or absence of oxygen. Upon warming the phosphaethenyllithiun1s, thus generated, the chloro derivative of E-configuration gave a phosphaalkyne (3) via [1,2]-aromatic migration[4], whereas the bromo derivative of Z-configuration gave a l-phospha-3,4-dihydronaphthalene derivative (4), that is a formal C-H insertion product of a phosphinidenecarbene intermediate[5].  相似文献

Distribution of pirarubicin in human blood.   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
We investigated the distribution and stability of pirarubicin in human blood obtained from 12 healthy volunteers. The distribution of pirarubicin into blood cells showed marked temperature- and concentration-dependencies and the Arrhenius plot for pirarubicin uptake in blood was biphasic. Therefore, pirarubicin appears to be taken up into blood cells by a carrier-mediated system. Pirarubicin was mainly enzymatically metabolized to pirarubicinol in blood cells, but pirarubicin was not metabolized into doxorubicin in either blood or plasma. On the other hand, in plasma, pirarubicin was degraded to unknown inactive compounds instead of pirarubicinol. It is therefore suggested that blood cells serve to protect against the degradation of pirarubicin into inactive compounds in blood. Accordingly, when the monitoring of pirarubicin and its active metabolites is carried out in patients, both blood and plasma must be frozen immediately after blood collection.  相似文献

Mesoporous titanosilicates with 1-12 mol % Ti content and with three-dimensional wormhole-like mesoporosity are prepared by a modified sol-gel technique. Sorption analysis shows that there is little change in the surface properties with increasing Ti concentration in the samples, implying that Ti atoms either are well-dispersed on the walls of the silica matrix or are present inside the framework with no pore blocking effect. Spectroscopic analysis shows that the Ti atoms are atomically dispersed in the silica matrix even at very high Ti concentration and there is no observable Ti aggregate (anatase) present in the samples. These titanosilicate samples after Au deposition followed by trimethylsilylation (for enhanced hydrophobicity) are highly efficient catalysts for vapor-phase propene epoxidation using O2 and H2. It was possible to achieve commercially desirable performance with about 7% propene conversion, >90% propene oxide selectivity, and about 40% hydrogen efficiency.  相似文献

The tosylation reaction of endocrine-disruptive alkylphenolic compounds in a solid-phase aqueous system was investigated with the aim of developing an environment-friendly and efficient derivatization method for HPLC analyses of environmental samples. The phenols were rapidly and efficiently converted to the tosyl derivatives on a commercially available ODS solid-phase cartridge by passing an aqueous buffer solution through it. The solid-phase aqueous tosylation system has been incorporated into a preconcentration step performed by solid-phase extraction from environmental water.  相似文献

1,3‐Di(tert‐butyl)‐2,4‐bis[2,4,6‐tri(tert‐butyl)phenyl]‐1,3‐diphosphacyclobutane‐2,4‐diyl was formed from [2,4,6‐tri(tert‐butyl)phenyl]phosphaacetylene and t‐BuLi. A possible mechanism for a ferromagnetic interaction in the rhombic (Rh) form of C60 (Rh-C60) is suggested on the basis of theoretical studies in relation to cage distortion of the C60 unit in the polymerized 2D-plane. Band structure calculations on Rh-C60 show that cage distortion leads to competition between diamagnetic and ferromagnetic states,which give rise to the possibility of thermally populating the ferromagnetic state.  相似文献

The infrared spectrum of the ionic cluster I(H2O) was recorded from 3170 to 3800 cm−1 by vibrational predissociation spectroscopy. A strong multiplet observed at 3415 cm−1 and a narrow band at 3710 cm−1 were assigned as a hydrogen-bonded OH stretch and free OH stretch respectively, indicating that H2O forms a single hydrogen bond with the iodide anion. Ab initio vibrational frequencies and intensities were computed at the second-order Møller-Plesset (MP2) level for the minimum energy configuration, a nearly linear hydrogen-bonded isomer, and for a low-lying saddlepoint, a symmetric C2v bridged isomer. The spectrum predicted for the hydrogen-bonded isomer agreed well with experiment.  相似文献

Kinetically protected 2‐silyl‐1,3‐diphosphapropenes that bear both sp2‐ and sp3‐type phosphorus atoms were employed in the preparation of gold complexes. The structural properties of the 1,3‐diphosphapropene digold(I) complexes were characterized by spectroscopic and crystallographic analyses, which revealed unique aurophilic interactions and conformational properties of the ligand. The 2‐silyl‐1,3‐diphosphapropene‐bis(chlorogold) complexes catalyzed cycloisomerization reactions of 1,6‐enyne derivatives even in the absence of silver co‐catalyst, and were able to be recovered after the reaction. The catalytic activity of the digold complexes primarily depended on the sp2‐type phosphorus atom and the silyl group, and could be tuned by the sp3‐phosphino group. Additionally, results on the catalytic activity of the digold complex in the presence and absence of silver salts showed considerable differences.  相似文献

1-(2,4,6-Tri-tert-butylphenyl)-2-phosphaethyne (1) was allowed to react with 0.5 equiv of an alkyllithium and subsequently with an alcohol to afford a bulky 1,3-diphosphacyclobutene, and its structure and coordination properties on transition metals were investigated.
