This paper is devoted to the study of the influence of metal ion isomorphous substitution on the ferroelastic-ferroelectric phase transition and dispersion caused by the motion of domain walls in dimethylammonium metal sulfate hexahydrate DMAAl1?xCrxS ferroelectric crystals (x = 0, 0.065, 0.2). It is shown that such a substitution significantly changes the phase transition temperature and parameters of the dielectric dispersion. These changes are explained in terms of interaction between the metal-hydrate complexes and DMA groups that carry the dipole moment and due to this they are responsible for the phase transitions and motion of the domain walls.  相似文献

Exosomes are directly involved in governing of physiological and pathological conditions of an organism through the transfer of information from producing to receiving cells. It can be assumed that exosomes are one of the key players of tumor dissemination since they are very stable and small enough to penetrate from various tissues into biological fluids and then back, thus interacting with tissue target cells. We evaluated the enzymatic activity and the level of 20S proteasome in tissue and exosomes of healthy females (n = 39) and patients with ovarian (n = 50) and breast (n = 108) tumors to reveal the critical role of exosomal cargo in the mediation of different types of metastases. Exosomes from plasma and ascites were isolated and characterized in according to International Society for Extracellular Vesicles guidelines. The level of 20S proteasome in tissue and exosomes was determined using Western blot analysis. Chymotrypsin- and caspase-like (ChTL and CL, respectively) peptidase activities of the proteasomes were determined using fluorogenic Suc-LLVY-AMC and Cbz-LLG-AMC substrates, respectively. We observed increased levels of 20S proteasome in ovarian cancer tissue and luminal B subtype breast cancer tissue as well as in plasma exosomes from cancer patients. Moreover, the level of the 20S proteasome in plasma exosomes and ascites exosomes in patients with ovarian tumors is comparable and higher in ovarian cancer patients with low volume ascites than in patients with moderate and high-volume ascites. We also found increased ChTL and CL activities in breast cancer and ovarian cancer tissues, as well as in peritoneal metastases in ovarian cancer, while proteasomal activity in exosomes from plasma of healthy females and all patients, as well as from ascites of ovarian tumor patients were lower than detection limit of assay. Thus, regardless of the type of tumor metastasis (lymphogenous or peritoneal), the exosomes of cancer patients were characterized by an increased level of 20S proteasome, which do not exhibit enzymatic activity.  相似文献

The influence of annealing between the Curie transition and the melting point of solvent cast polyvinylidene fluoride trifluoroethylene copolymer films on the crystalline structure, mechanical and electrical properties, and oxygen permeability is investigated. Annealing leads to remarkable changes in the structure and properties of the copolymer, within the first four hours of treatment, and with kinetics depending on the temperature. The crystallinity increases by 19% (relative), resulting in a 10 K increase in the Curie transition, a 4 K increase of the melting temperature and a 2 K decrease in the glass transition temperature. A crystalline phase transition from the paraelectric α‐phase to the ferroelectric β‐phase is also evidenced using in‐situ X‐ray diffraction. The elastic modulus is found to increase by more than three‐fold at room temperature and the loss peak at the glass transition is considerably reduced. The piezoelectric coefficient is found to increase by 40% and the dielectric properties are significantly changed. The most remarkable influence is the ten‐fold reduction of the oxygen permeability, with a drastic reduction of the activation energy for oxygen transport. The improvement in oxygen barrier properties of the annealed copolymer is attributed to the restricted mobility of oxygen molecules in the semicrystalline polymer with nanometer sized crystallites. © 2014 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Specific features of the evolution of nonlinear pulse disturbances in a bubbly gas-liquid medium with periodic variation of the gas void fraction in the pulse propagation direction are studied. The effect of the period and amplitude of the void fraction nonuniformity on the propagation of a single pulse is analyzed both with and without account for heat transfer in the medium. It is demonstrated that taking the heat transfer into account has no impact on the qualitative flow pattern.  相似文献

A number of N-(arylsulfonyl)bicyclo[2.2.1]hept-2-enendo-5-methylamines have been synthesized from bicyclo[2.2.1]hept-2-en-endo-5-carbonitrile via reduction of the latter by lithium aluminum hydride and subsequent reactions of the resulting amine with arylsufonyl chlorides. The structures and stereochemical homogeneity of the products have been supported by the analysis of 1H NMR spectra and by COSY-experiments. The reactions of the sulfonamides with peroxyphthalic acid are accompanied by intramolecular cyclizations and are completed by the formation of N-(arylsulfonyl)-exo-2-hydroxy-4-azatricyclo[4.2.1.03,7]nonanes. The structures of the substituted azabrendanes have been confirmed by spectral methods. The molecular structure of N-(p-methoxy-carbonylaminophenylsulfonyl)-exo-2-hydroxy-4-azatricyclo-[4.2.1.03,7]nonane 8j has been determined by X-ray diffraction analysis. © 1997 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.  相似文献
