同步辐射与GGG：Nd^3＋晶体的相互作用

用北京同步辐射489A-VUV束线作为连续光源测定了GGG:Nd~(3+)晶体的短波吸收光谱。用束线4B9A-WX作为光源激发GGG:Nd~(3+),测定了它的XEOL(X-ray excited optical luminescence)。

PINNING EFFECT OF LEAD LANTHANUM TITANATE THIN FILMS DEPOSITED ON DIFFERENT SUBSTRATES

Pinning effect of lead lanthanum titanate (PLT) ferroelectric thin films with excess PbO of 20 mol% has been studied for deposition on diffe rent substrates. Silicon, sapphire and quartz were used as substrates on which P t/Ti or LaNiO₃ thin films were deposited as bottom electrodes. Electron probe analysis results showed that there was still a certain amount of excess Pb in PLT films after annealing at 550 ℃ for 1 h, and the amount of it was dependent on the substrate used. The distribution of excess Pb in the films was investig ated by Auger electron spectroscopy depth profile. It was shown that the substrates and the bottom electrodes had significant effects on the content and distrib ution of excess Pb in PLT films. The excess Pb and its accumulation at the inter face between the film and bottom electrode may act as pinning centers and have a pinning effect on domains, which can be observed by abnormal P-E hysteresis loops and abnormal C-V curves. The excess Pb content in the films and the accumulation of Pb at the interface were high in PLT films deposited on Pt/Ti/S i, and considerable pinning effect was observed. As LaNiO₃ would absorb most part of the excess Pb in PLT films, the content of excess Pb in the films deposited on LaNiO₃/Si was very low and the pinning effect was hardly observed.     

Solving Generalized Non-degenerate Two-Mode Two-Photon Jaynes-Cummings Model by Supersymmetric Unitary Transformation

Based on supersymmetric quantum mechanics theory, we introduced a supersymmetric unitary transfor mation to diagonalize the Hamiltonian of non-degenerate two-mode two-photon Jaynes-Cummings models which include any forms of intensity-dependent coupling, field-dependent detuning, and field nonlinearity. Its eigenvalue, eigenstates,and time evolution of state vector are obtained.     

非正则位置参数模型中的拟极大似然估计

当分布密度的形式未知时，参数的极大似然估计没有明确的解析表达式，也不能通过设计算法由计算机运算得到。本文我们将从该分布中抽取的样本当作是来自另一个形式已知的分布密度的样本，该已知分布密度的选取依赖于未知的分布密度，但是具有与未知分布相似的边界性质。基于这两个分布族，我们提出了拟极大似然估计的概念，同时，对这种拟极大似然估计的渐近性质进行了讨论。结果表明拟极大拟然估计与极大似然估计有关相同的渐近性质，并且由于拟极大似然估计的获得不依赖于未知分布密度的形式，只与一已知的分布密度有关，使得通过计算机可以实现对其的求解。     

ECR-SFC轴向注入系统聚束器效率的研究

为了减少目前SFC轴向注入系统中聚束器杂散电场对束流轴向注入效率的影响, 提高新系统中SFC的束流俘获效率, 参考原始设计, 对目前聚束器的电极结构进行了设计改进. 两种情况下的聚束器杂散场对注入效率影响的计算表明, 改进后0B02的聚束效率较目前有较大提高. 同时计算了束流空间电荷效应对聚束效率的影响, 据此对新SFC轴向注入系统中聚束器的位置进行了重新调整.     

聚偏氟乙烯辐射效应的研究——II.晶区辐射损伤点的研究

研究了聚偏氟乙烯 (PVDF)晶体结构与辐射效应的关系 .利用不同的热处理条件 ,获得了 7种不同规整性、不同结晶度的样品 ;通过对其辐射效应的研究 ,探讨了材料结晶区和晶区内不同部位的辐射效应以及这些不同的结构对材料辐射效应的影响 .使用示差扫描量热分析 (DSC)测量样品零熵产生相变温度、结晶度等随吸收剂量的改变 ,以及不同退火条件样品的辐射效应 .讨论了PVDF样品晶体辐射损伤与样品结构的关系 .利用电子自旋共振谱仪 (ESR)测量不同辐照后样品残余自由基的浓度及这些残余自由基加热条件下的不同命运 .结合DSC分析及X射线衍射分析得到晶体辐射损伤是从晶体表面折叠圈区和晶体茎杆内部缺陷区同时开始的结论     

Robust stabilization of internally delayed uncertain systems via sliding mode control

Summary The problem of robust stabilization of internally delayed uncertain systems via sliding mode controllers (SMC's) is studied in this paper. The robustness property and assymptotic stability of the system are discussed. Some sufficient conditions for the design of SMC and the switching hyperplane are given. Further generalization results, which lead to a simple design and implementation, are made for the system being described in companion form. A method is suggested for the elimination of limit cycles in systems being regulated by a relay SMC while allowing the generation of sliding motion and thus ensuring the closed-loop asymptotic stability.     

The effect of UV light on the thermooxidative stability of linear low density polyethylene films crosslinked by ionizing radiation

The effect of ultraviolet (UV) light on the thermooxidative stability of Linear Low Density Polyethylene(LLDPE) films was studied. LLDPE was stabilized with phenolic type antioxidant known as Irganox 1010, hindered amine light stabilizer known as Chimmasorb 944 and phenolic type gamma stabilizer. The influence of these additives on the thermooxidative stability of gamma and UV irradiated LLDPE were investigated by isothermal Differential Scanning Calorimeter (DSC). The oxidation induction time (OIT) experiments indicate that antirad free LLDPE films which contains antioxidant and UV stabilizer are more sensitive to gamma and UV radiation. On the other hand, films which contain antirad and irradiated to different doses of γ-radiation demonstrated improved thermooxidative stability.     

利用谱线宽度测人发中的微量元素

通过实验证明了可以利用谱线宽度做永久工作曲线用于光谱定量分析。给出了用于测量人发中微量元素Ｃｕ，Ｚｎ，Ｆｅ和Ｃａ的永久工作曲线，利用这些工作曲线对实际样品进行了测定，所得结果与用ＩＣＰ－ＡＥＳ测得的结果相吻合。
