Space-graded silicon solar cells are evaluated by 1 MeV and 2 MeV electron-irradiation. The mean degradation of the maximum power (Pmax) is presented and analyzed. The degradation at both electron energies has been correlated with the displacement damage dose (Dd). A good linearity between the electron Dd and the mean Pmax degradation is obtained. The concept of Dd has also been used to predict the Si solar cell response in a low-earth-orbit (Altitude 799 km, Inclination 99o) radiation environment, considering the shielded effect of a 120 μ m-thick silica coverglass on reducing the radiation. Compared with the on-orbit data from a Si solar array of a Chinese satellite (duration from April 2007 to July 2010), a good match can be found between the on-orbit data and the predicted results using Dd methodology, indicating the method is appropriate for evaluating the radiation damage of the solar cells, and also to provide a new technique for studying radiation effects on the optoelectronic detectors used in many high energy physics applications, where harsh radiation environments produce damage in optoelectronic device materials.  相似文献

A sample of Gd2CuO4 (GCO) has been prepared through the solid state reaction technique. Dielectric properties of this material have been measured in detail as functions of temperature (between 285 and 450 K) and frequency (20 Hz-10 MHz). A step-like increase below 330 K and a broad peak around 360 K were observed in the real part of the permittivity (ε′) which were found to be originated from the oxygen vacancy hopping motions that cause a dipolar relaxation, followed by a Maxwell-Wagner relaxation as the hopping carriers are blocked by the interfaces and surfaces of the sample.  相似文献

We examine the phase-dependent effects in resonance fluorescence of a two-level atom driven by a trichromatic modulated field. It is shown that the fluorescence spectrum depends crucially on the sum of relative phases of the sideband components compared to the central component, not simply on the respective phases. The appearance or disappearance of the central peak and the selective elimination of the sideband peaks are achieved simply by varying the sum phase. Once the sum phase is fixed, the spectrum keeps its features unchanged regardless of the respective relative phases.  相似文献

对二极管泵浦NdYAG板条双通放大器进行了理论设计和数值计算.在注入能量1 mJ,小信号增益为0.23 cm-1时理论计算结果为双通放大器输出能量为229.8 mJ.实验在10 Hz时获得单脉冲输出能量216 mJ;400 Hz时获得单脉冲输出能量203.4 mJ,光束质量因子小于5,激光脉宽为16.9 ns.实验结果与理论计算基本吻合.用相位共轭镜取代0°全反镜,超高斯镜取代振荡级输出镜,并采用镜面均匀的光学器件可以改善光束质量及光斑均匀性.  相似文献

利用空心阴极放电等离子体源在Si(100)衬底上沉积了氮化碳薄膜.用XRD,SEM,XPS及拉曼和红外吸收光谱对薄膜的结构、成分和化学键等进行了研究.XRD分析表明,制备的氮化碳薄膜为非晶结构.XPS分析证实了薄膜中以C—C,sp2CN和sp3CN键为主,并得出薄膜中的氮碳比为0.71,而sp3—CN相的含量也达到了0.39.拉曼和红外吸收光谱的结果也与XPS分析的键态结果一致.  相似文献

Using the master equation approach to a V-type three-level atom inside a high-finesse single-mode cavity in the strong coupling condition,we demonstrate the approximation of eliminating populations of atomic excited states,which is widely used in the field of the atom-cavity systems [Hechenblaikner G,Gangl M,Horak P and Ritsch H 1998 Phys.Rev.A 58 3030];Liu L W,Tan T and Xu Y 2008 J.Mod.Opt.56 968;Cho J,Angelakis D G and Bose S 2008 Phys.Rev.A 78 062338.This is reflected in the deviation of the population δ,of which the value is 10~(-3)~10~(-2).We further find the deviation of the dipole force and demonstrate that the deviation of atomic population will not notably affect the dipole force of the atom in the strong coupling condition.A relevant experimental case is also presented.  相似文献

Lithium intercalated bilayer graphene has been investigated using first-principles density functional theory calculations. Results show that there exist AB and AA stacking sequences for bilayer graphene in which the latter is more favorable for the Li storage and the former will evolve into the latter with the intercalation of Li ions. The relationship between the interlayer distance of two graphene sheets and the intercalated capacity of Li ions is discussed. It is found that structural defect is identified to store Li ions more favorably than pristine bilayer graphene and an isolated C atom vacancy in bilayer graphene can capture three Li ions between two graphene sheets.  相似文献

We propose a scheme for sharing an arbitrary unknown two-qubit state among three parties by using a four-qubit cluster-class state and a Bell state as a quantum channel. With a quantum controlled phase gate (QCPG) operation and a local unitaryoperation, any one of the two agents has the access to reconstruct the original state if he/she collaborates with the other one, whilst individual agent obtains no information. As all quantum resource can be used to carry the useful information, the intrinsic efficiency of qubits approaches the maximal value. Moreover, the present scheme is more feasible with present-day technique.  相似文献

 基于光学渡越辐射原理的用于高能强流电子束束流参数在线测量及诊断系统,具有时间响应快、分辨率高等特点,可以测量电子束的束剖面、发散角、能量等多个参数。分析了测量系统的结构参数(包括了透镜的焦距、成像面位置、CCD像元尺寸)对电子束能量测量精度的影响,并在理论上模拟了电子束的发散角的影响。还根据系统数据的特点,阐述了数据噪声对能量测量结果精度的影响,指出了光学渡越辐射测量中电子束能量分辨精度受到多种因素的影响,需要在数据处理时考虑修正。  相似文献

 利用幅值约220 kV、脉宽约4 ns的高压纳秒脉冲源,对高压氮气亚纳秒气体开关放电特性进行了实验研究。实验结果表明:当气压在3~10 MPa间变化,间隔距离在0.6~1.2 mm间变化时,氮气间隙击穿电压随气压和间隙距离的增大而增大,并随气压的增大略呈饱和趋势,最高击穿电场约为2 MV/cm。开关输出电压波形的上升时间变化范围为145~190 ps,该上升时间随气压、击穿电场以及间隙距离增大而减小。  相似文献
