Recollements of extension algebras

Let A be a finite-dimensional algebra over arbitrary base field k. We prove: if the unbounded derived module category D-(Mod-A) admits symmetric recollement relative to unbounded derived module categories of two finite-dimensional k-algebras B and C:D- (Mod - B) D-(Mod - A) D-(Mod - C),then the unbounded derived module category D-(Mod - T(A)) admits symmetric recollement relative to the unbounded derived module categories of T(B) and T(C):D-(Mod - T(B)) D-(Mod - T(A)) D-(Mod -T(C)).

In high temperature superconductors (HTSC), when magnetic relaxation approaches the equilibrium state and the superconductor is applied with current, theE × j relation is calculated by considering both forward and backward hopping of thermally activated flux (where backward hopping means hopping from the barriers with low energy to the ones with high energy). It is pointed out that the InE× Inj curve shows positive curvature. And the results are compared with other models. The discussion on the topic that whether p approaches zero asj → 0 is carried out.     

Mean-field HP model, designability and alpha-helices in protein structures

Analysis of the geometric properties of a mean-field HP model on a square lattice for protein structure shows that structures with a large number of switchbacks between surface and core sites are chosen favorably by peptides as unique ground states. Global comparison of model (binary) peptide sequences with concatenated (binary) protein sequences listed in the Protein Data Bank and the Dali Domain Dictionary indicates that the highest correlation occurs between model peptides choosing the favored structures and those portions of protein sequences containing alpha helices.     

用于白天自适应光学的波前探测方法分析

提出了两种视场偏移哈特曼波前传感器，用于探测白天条件下强背景中目标信号的波前信息.给出了哈特曼波前传感器子孔径中焦面上天光背景非均匀性分布特征的实验结果，详细分析了基于分光棱镜的双焦面视场偏移哈特曼波前传感器的探测误差，并通过基于倾斜镜的单焦面视场偏移哈特曼波前传感器实验给出了波前测量的结果，证明视场偏移哈特曼波前传感器能够精确、稳定的测量白天条件下目标信号的畸变波前信息，同时给出了其在白天条件下探测能力的估算结果及其受限因素，估算结果表明云南天文台的自适应光学系统在10 W/m²·sr天光背景条件下应用视场偏移哈特曼波前传感器能对5等星(可视星等值)目标进行准确的波前探测. 关键词： 自适应光学 波前传感器 白天工作 误差分析     

激光啁啾对激光等离子体细丝传输的影响

对不同啁啾状态下的飞秒激光在大气中的成丝过程进行了研究.实验研究发现成丝状况及其演化与初始激光脉冲的啁啾状态密切相关，适当的负啁啾有利于激光的成丝传输.当初始激光脉冲的啁啾量不断变大时，激光脉冲在大气中的成丝起点位置会逐渐变远.还研究了初始脉冲啁啾量对使用聚焦透镜产生的细丝的影响，发现其与自由传输情况具有相似的变化规律. 关键词： 飞秒激光等离子体通道 脉冲啁啾     

GaN FP-HEMTs中击穿电压与电流崩塌的关系

研究了钝化在抑制电流崩塌的同时，会引起HEMT器件击穿电压的下降.而采用场板结构的AlGaN/GaN场板HEMT器件(FP-HEMT)的击穿电压从46V提高到了148V，表明了场板对提高击穿电压有显著作用(3倍以上).接着，比较了FP-HEMT器件与常规HEMT器件，钝化后HEMT器件在应力前后的电流崩塌程度，得出了采用场板结构比之钝化对器件抑制电流崩塌有更明显作用的结论.从理论上和实验上都表明，采用场板结构能够很好解决提高击穿电压与抑制电流崩塌之间的矛盾. 关键词： GaN 场板 击穿电压 电流崩塌     

产生纳米级暗中空光束的方法研究

用时域有限差分法，给出光纤头近场区电场强度模的空间分布.讨论了当光纤纤芯分别取不同尺寸时，对此空间光场强度的影响.要想得到较大范围的暗中空光束，必须增加光纤纤芯尺寸.并且，对光纤纤芯尺寸取一较大值和光纤中空区域尺寸取一较小值时的情况进行讨论，可得在光纤头附近可以出现与光纤中空区域尺寸大小相当的暗斑(10¹ nm量级).但是，暗中空光束中背景光较强.为此，将光纤的空心设计为金属. 发现此时中心暗斑的背景光明显减弱，在近场区域可获得较为理想的暗中空光束.如进一步缩小光纤中空区域尺寸，可以在光纤头附近获得暗斑更小甚至纳米量级的暗中空光束.为获得一种纳米量级的暗中空光束提供一种方法.     

激光刻蚀银纳米粒子岛膜的SERS特性

利用激光刻蚀的方法,通过改变激光脉冲的能量,制备出一系列的纳米金属银胶体。将银胶体沉积在铝基底上形成一层银岛膜。用紫外—可见吸收光谱、SEM及拉曼光谱对银胶体和银岛膜进行了表征。研究结果表明,刻蚀所用激光脉冲的能量影响胶体中银颗粒的分布;不同能量下制备的胶体所形成的银岛膜具有不同的表面增强效果;该岛膜具有增强效果优异、制备简便等特点。     

A highly clustered scale-free network evolved by random walking

In present paper, we propose a highly clustered weighted network model that incorporates the addition of a new node with some links, new links between existing nodes and the edge's weight dynamical evolution based on weight-dependent walks at each time step. The analytical approach and numerical simulation show that the system grows into a weighted network with the power-law distributions of strength, weight and degree. The weight-dependent walk length l will not influence the strength distribution, but the clustering coefficient of the network is sensitive to l. Particularly, the clustering coefficient is especially high and almost independent of the network size when l=2.     

部分耗尽SOI MOSFET总剂量效应与偏置状态的关系

实验表明SOI MOSFET掩埋氧化层中的总剂量辐射效应与辐射过程中的偏置状态有关. 对诱发背沟道泄漏电流的陷阱电荷进行了研究. 建立一个数值模型来模拟不同偏置下陷进电荷的建立, 它包括辐射产生的载流子复合和俘获的过程. 模拟结果与实验结果相符, 解释了总剂量辐射效应受偏置状态影响的机理.
