基于Al6Ge2O13还原制备Ge纳米粒子及其光致发光性能研究

以3-三氯锗丙酸和硝酸铝为原料，通过共沉淀法合成了Al₆Ge₂O₁₃陶瓷粉体，并利用TG-DSC、FTIR、XRD等研究了其形成过程。采用选择还原技术对Al₆Ge₂O₁₃进行还原处理，还原产物观察到发光峰位于564、611、681、730和774 nm的室温光致发光现象。比较不同温度下还原的样品，发现550 ℃保温3 h还原制备的样品发光强度最强，通过XRD、XPS和Raman光谱研究表明样品在可见和近红外光区的发光是源于平均粒径为1.98 nm且未能形成完整晶格的Ge纳米粒子团簇。     

Growth, Band Structure and Optical Properties of LiSrBO3 Crystal

The bulk crystal of LiSrBO3 (8.39 g) with a size of 21mm×20mm×15mm was grown by high temperature solution growth method. The relationship between growth habit and crystal structure was discussed. The transmission spectrum shows an UV absorption edge at about 300 nm. The melting temperature of this crystal was determined to be 942 ℃ by DTA-TG measurement. The band structure of the LiSrBO3 crystal was studied by means of the first principle method. An indirect band gap was found to be about 4.0 eV,and a low dielectric constant was estimated to be about 1.9 in terms of theoretical results.     

电化学表面等离子体共振技术

电化学表面等离子体共振(electrochemical surface plasmon resonance, ESPR)技术是近年发展起来的、将表面等离子体共振技术与电化学方法联用的一种新方法.本文在阐明ESPR基本原理及其主要联用方法的基础上,对ESPR技术在金属离子定性/定量分析、纳米薄膜原位动力学研究、电化学聚合反应过程研究、ESPR生物传感等方面的应用进行了详细评述,并提出了提高ESPR检测灵敏度、ESPR与其他技术的联用以及测量装置的微型化、自动化是今后ESPR技术的发展方向.     

我国燃料乙醇生产技术的现状与展望

概述了目前国内外燃料乙醇产业现状.结合我国中粮生化能源(肇东)有限公司燃料乙醇装置,重点介绍了我国目前的燃料乙醇生产工艺技术水平、特点以及与国外的差距.本文从提高燃料乙醇生产技术水平、降低生产成本、寻找廉价非粮原料和开发新生产工艺等几个方面,对燃料乙醇生产技术的发展作了展望.     

Boomerang‐Type Substitution Reaction: Reactivity of Fullerene Epoxides and a Halofullerenol

The C_s‐symmetric fullerene chlorohydrin C₆₀(Cl)(OH)(OOtBu)₄ reacts with 4‐dimethylaminopyridine (DMAP) and 1,4‐diazabicyclo[2.2.2]octane (DABCO) to yield two isomers with the formula C₆₀(O)(OOtBu)₄ in good yields. These isomers differ with respect to the location of the epoxy functionality. The one from DMAP is C_s symmetric, whereas that from DABCO is C₁ symmetric with the epoxy group on the central pentagon. Two different mechanisms are proposed to explain the chemoselectivity of these reactions. The reaction with DMAP involves single‐electron transfer as the key step; DMAP acts as the electron donor. A combination of an oxygen‐atom shift and S_N2′′ processes (boomerang substitution) are responsible for the formation of isomer with DACBO. Various related reactions support the proposed mechanisms. The structures of new fullerene derivatives were determined by spectroscopy, single‐crystal X‐ray analysis, and chemical correlation experiments.     

Four New Podocarpane‐Type Trinorditerpenes from Aleurites moluccana

Four new podocarpane‐type trinorditerpenenes, (5β,10α)‐12,13‐dihydroxypodocarpa‐8,11,13‐trien‐3‐one ( 1 ), (5β,10α)‐12‐hydroxy‐13‐methoxypodocarpa‐8,11,13‐trien‐3‐one ( 2 ), (5β,10α)‐13‐hydroxy‐12‐methoxypodocarpa‐8,11,13‐trien‐3‐one ( 3 ), and (3α,5β,10α)‐13‐methoxypodocarpa‐8,11,13‐triene‐3,12‐diol ( 4 ), together with four known diterpenes, 12‐hydroxy‐13‐methylpodocarpa‐8,11,13‐trien‐3‐one ( 5 ), spruceanol ( 6 ), ent‐3α‐hydroxypimara‐8(14),15‐dien‐12‐one ( 7 ), and ent‐3β,14α‐hydroxypimara‐7,9(11),15‐triene‐12‐one ( 8 ), were isolated from the twigs and leaves of Aleurites moluccana. Their structures were elucidated by means of comprehensive spectroscopic analyses, including NMR and MS. Except 8 , all compounds were evaluated for their cytotoxicity; compound 4 exhibited moderate inhibitory activity against Raji cells with an IC₅₀ value of 4.24 μg/ml.     

Phenolic and Triterpenoid Glycosides from Pyrola calliantha

Pyrocallianthasides A ( 1 ) and B ( 2 ), a new dimer and a new mono‐deglucosyl trimer of homoarbutin (=4‐hydroxy‐3‐methylphenyl β‐glucopyranoside), and callianthaside A ( 3 ), a new ursane‐type triterpene glycoside, together with three known phenolic glycosides and three known ursane‐type triterpenoids, were isolated from the whole plants of Pyrola calliantha. The structures of 1 – 3 were elucidated by chemical and spectroscopic methods.     

An enantioselective total synthesis of pinnaic acid

An enantioselective and convergent total synthesis of marine natural product pinnaic acid has been achieved. Our general synthetic approach is featured with an asymmetric hydrogenation of racemic γ-keto ester 3, a diastereoselective methylation on the α-methylene of the (1R,5R)-lactone 4, and a diastereoselective Michael addition of the tertiary nitro cyclopentane. The central azaspiro[4.5]decane was constructed utilizing reductive cyclization of the δ-nitroketone followed by highly stereoselective reduction of the cyclic imine with NaBH₄. Ultimately, successive use of triethyl-2-phosphonopropionate and Heathcock's phosphorane 18 to elaborate C5 and C13 side chains completed the total synthesis of pinnaic acid.     

An Efficient Synthesis of Pyrazolo[3,4‐b]Pyridine Derivatives in Aqueous Media

A series of pyrazolo[3,4‐b]pyridines was synthesized by the reaction of 5‐aminopyrazole with benzylidenemalononitrile in aqueous media. The structures were characterized by IR, ¹H NMR, and elemental analysis and were further confirmed by X‐ray diffraction analysis.     

Sodium tanshinone IIA sulfonate depresses angiotensin II-induced cardiomyocyte hypertrophy through MEK/ERK pathway

Cardiomyocyte hypertrophy is a major cause of morbidity and mortality worldwide. The aim of this study is to determine the effects of sodium tanshinone IIA sulfonate (STS) on cardiomyocyte hypertrophy induced by angiotensin II (Ang II) in vivo and in vitro. In long-term treatment, adult Wistar rats were infused with Ang II for three weeks via osmotic mini-pumps and some of them were given intragastrically of STS. Left ventricle was isolated; the ratio of left ventricular weight to body weight and systolic blood pressure (SBP) were determined and heart morphometry was assessed after hematoxylin and eosin staining. Results indicated STS inhibited Ang II-induced increases in myocyte diameter and decreased the LVW/BW ratio independent of decreasing systolic blood pressure. In vitro, treatment of cultured cardiomyocytes with STS inhibited Ang II-induced increase in cell size, protein synthesis, ANP expression, activation of extracellular signal- regulated kinase (ERK) and ERK kinase (MEK). Then we reexamined the mechanism of STS-induced anti-hypertrophic effects. Results revealed MEK inhibitor U0126 (20 microM) markedly enhanced STS-induced depressions in [(3)H]leucine incorporation and ANP expression. In conclusion, MEK/ERK pathway plays a significant role in the anti-hypertrophic effects of STS.
