Abstract  

The crystal structure of 2-cyclohexylethyl α-d-mannopyranoside (C14H26O6, Mr = 290.35) has been determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. The compound crystallizes in the monoclinic crystal system with space group C2 and unit cell parameters: a = 14.2420(2), b = 6.0320(1), c = 17.8065(3) ?, β = 102.131(2)° and Z = 4. The final reliability index is 0.0256 for 2,654 observed reflections. The one molecule of 2-cyclohexylethyl α-d-mannopyranoside is localized in independent part of unit cell. The molecules of 2-cyclohexylethyl α-d-mannopyranoside are linked through O–H···O hydrogen bond into bilayer.  相似文献

Glasses in the ternary system xCuO?(100 ? x)[55B2O3·45ZnO] (0  x  20 mol%) have been prepared by melting at 1200 °C and rapidly cooling at room temperature. The effect of copper ions addition in 55B2O3·45ZnO glass matrix together with the matrix effect on paramagentic behavior has been investigated using X-ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy, differential thermal analysis (DTA), electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR), ultraviolet–visible (UV–VIS) spectroscopy and density measurements. The increase of the number of non-bridging oxygen (NBO) atoms as a function of CuO content in these glasses leads to the decrease of glass polymerization which reduces the stability of the glasses and favors the association of copper ions in clusters. This leads to the major changes of structural and optical properties of the studied glasses as can be seen from the data obtained by FTIR and EPR spectroscopies.  相似文献

In this paper we consider convex subordination chains (c.s.c.) and alpha-prestarlike subordination chains (α-p.s.c.) over (0,1] on the unit disc in the complex plane. We obtain sufficient conditions for a mapping f(z,t) to be an α-p.s.c. over (0,1], which generalize a well-known result of Ruscheweyh [St. Ruscheweyh, Convolutions in Geometric Function Theory, Les Presses de l'Université de Montreal, 1982]. We also obtain sufficient conditions for injectivity for nonanalytic mappings on the unit disc, and give certain examples of α-c.s.c. over (0,1] on the unit disc.  相似文献

If the left side of a sealed tube (shaped like an inverted U) is filled with chloroform, after many months, the chloroform passes spontaneously to the right side of the vessel in accord with the minimum energy principle. A similar experiment with a half-filled disposable lighter can be performed successfully in a much shorter period (6–8 days). The rate of the process (spontaneous transfer of a substance from one side of the vessel to the other side) decays with time. Curve fitting reveals the existence of two independent exponential-decay processes. An explanation of the possible mechanisms for the transfer of the substance is offered in this paper.  相似文献

Colorectal cancer is one of the most frequently diagnosed forms of cancer, and the therapeutic solutions are frequently aggressive requiring improvements. Essential oils (EOs) are secondary metabolites of aromatic plants with important pharmacological properties that proved to be beneficial in multiple pathologies including cancer. Mentha piperita L. (M_EO) and Rosmarinus officinalis L. (R_EO) essential oils are well-known for their biological effects (antimicrobial, antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and cytotoxic in different cancer cells), but their potential as complementary treatment in colorectal cancer is underexplored. The aim of the present study was to investigate the M_EO and R_EO in terms of chemical composition, antioxidant, antimicrobial, and cytotoxic effects in a colorectal cancer cell line—HCT 116. The gas-chromatographic analysis revealed menthone and menthol, and eucalyptol, α-pinene and L-camphor as major compounds in M_EO and R_EO respectively. M_EO exhibited potent antimicrobial activity, moderate antioxidant activity and a low cytotoxic effect in HCT 116 cells. R_EO presented a significant cytotoxicity in colorectal cancer cells and a low antimicrobial effect. The cytotoxic effect on non-cancerous cell line HaCaT was not significant for both essential oils. These results may provide an experimental basis for further research concerning the potential use of M_EO and R_EO for anticancer treatment.  相似文献
