Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) and gas chromatography-olfactometry (GC-O) were used to determine the aromatic composition and aroma active compounds of fruit juice and peel oil of Jinchen sweet orange fruit. Totals of 49 and 32 compounds were identified in fruit juice and peel oil, respectively. GC-O was performed to study the aromatic profile of Jinchen fruit juice and peel oil. A total of 41 components appeared to contribute to the aroma of fruit juice and peel oil. Twelve components were the odorants perceived in both samples. The aromatic compositions of fruit juice were more complex than that of peel oil. Ethyl butanoate, beta-myrcene, octanal, linalool, alpha-pinene, and decanal were found to be responsible for the aromatic notes in fruit juice and peel oil. Nineteen components have been perceived only in the juice and ten compounds were described as aromatic components of only the peel oil by the panelists. Introduction of a continuous hydrogen-bonding network suppressed the conformational flexibility of an oligomeric backbone. Cyclization of a rigidified, suitably sized oligomer led to a circular aromatic pentamer. Its crystal structure determined by X-ray crystallography reveals a pseudo five-fold symmetric planarity in the solid state, which is quite unusual among all the previously described shape-persistent macrocycles and synthetic foldamers with biased conformations enforced by noncovalent forces. 相似文献

Four new compounds of partially or wholly deprotonated 5,5'-(1,4-phenylenebis(methylene))bis(oxy)diisophthalic acid (H4L1) and 5,5'-(1,3-phenylenebis(methylene))bis(oxy)diisophthalic acid (H4L2), namely {[Co(L1)0.5] x (H2O)2}n (1), {[Mn(L1)0.5] x (H2O)2}n (2), {[Cu(H2L1)](mu2-bipy)}n (bipy = 4, 4'-bipyridyl) (3), and {[Zn2(L2)] x H2O}n (4) were synthesized in the presence or absence of auxiliary bipy ligand. Their structures have been determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis and further characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectra, and thermogravimetric analysis. Compounds 1 and 2 are isostructural and possess three-dimensional (3D) networks. In compound 3, multicarboxylate ligands and bipy ligands link Cu centers to generate a two-dimensional (2D) sheet structure which is further connected by intermolecular hydrogen bonds to form a 3D supramolecular structure. In compound 4, the Zn centers are connected by L2(4-) anions to generate a 3D framework. Magnetic susceptibility measurements indicate that compounds 1 and 2 exhibit antiferromagnetic coupling between adjacent Co(II) ions and Mn(II) ions. The photoluminescent properties of the free 4L1 and H4L2 ligands and compound 4 have been studied in the solid state at room temperature. Both ligands and compound 4 exhibit strong violet emissions. Compared with the fluorescent emission of the ligand, the emission of 4 is red-shifted and enhanced. 相似文献

A facile method based on high-performance liquid chromatography coupled with electrospray ionization tandem mass spectrometry (HPLC/(+)ESI-MSn) has been established for the analysis of polyoxypregnane glycosides in the stems of Marsdenia tenacissima. The data reveals the ability of MSn in the structural elucidation of polyoxypregnane glycosides including the nature of the polyoxypregnane core, the kinds of the substituents and the types of sugar residues. Offline Fourier transform ion cyclotron resonance mass spectrometry (FTICR-MS) is also performed to assign accurate elemental compositions. In this study, eighteen polyoxypregnane glycosides have been investigated. Among these components, five compounds are unambiguously identified as Marsdenoside K, Tencissoside A, B, C and D; two compounds are established as novel compounds based on mass spectral data; and the other eleven compound's structures are tentatively proposed. Furthermore, breakdown curves are constructed to distinguish five pairs of isomers among these eighteen compounds. As far as our knowledge, this is the first report on identification of polyoxypregnane glycosides in the stems of M. tenacissima by HPLC/ESI-MSn directly, which could save time and material consuming efforts in traditional phytochemistry analyses. 相似文献

Mass spectrometry (MS) methods involving gas-phase fragmentation hold considerable promise for analyzing regioselective deuteration patterns of proteins following solution-phase amide hydrogen exchange (HX). However, the general viability of such an approach is questionable due to the possible occurrence of intramolecular hydrogen migration ("scrambling"), which tends to randomize or distort the spatial isotope distribution. Rand et al. (J. Am. Chem. Soc. 2008, 130, 1341-1349) have recently reported the application of electron capture dissociation (ECD) for measuring deuteration patterns of short peptides with very little scrambling by FT-MS. The current work shows that even much larger systems such as the 76-residue protein ubiquitin can be successfully analyzed by ECD following solution-phase HX. The resulting c and z. ion deuteration levels are in remarkable agreement with previous NMR data, demonstrating that the extent of scrambling and/or other gas-phase artifacts is negligible. These results open the door to future experiments on the folding, structure, and dynamics of proteins by HX/ECD-FT-MS. 相似文献

Experimental results supported by density functional theory calculations show carbonate formation and reaction on atomic oxygen precovered Au(111). Oxygen mixing is observed in temperature-programmed desorption measurements when a Au(111) precovered with 16O is exposed to isotopically labeled CO2 (C18O2). The presence of 16O18O is attributed to surface carbonate formation and decomposition at surface temperatures ranging from 77-400 K and initial oxygen coverages ranging from 0.18-2.1 ML. A reaction probability on the order of 10(-4) and an activation energy of -0.15+/- 0.08 eV are estimated for this reaction. 相似文献

This study sought to determine the main components (saccharides and phenolic acids) in crude extract of the Chinese herb Tanshen by electrospray ionization Fourier transform ion cyclotron resonant mass spectrometry (ESI-FT-ICR-MS) in negative-ion mode. Eleven compounds were identified as phenolic acids by exact mass measurement and further confirmed by sustained off-resonance irradiation (SORI) CID data. In addition, monosaccharides and oligosaccharides (n = 2-5) and a serial of corresponding anionic adducts of saccharide were observed without adding any anions additionally to the extract solution, and the anionic components were unambiguously identified as H2O, HCl, HCOOH, HNO3, C3H6O2, H2SO4 and C5H7NO3 according to the exact mass measurement results. Furthermore, the saccharide types in Tanshen extract were identified as raffitrinose, saccharose, glucose, galactose and fructose with HPLC by comparing standards. 相似文献

Abstract The enhanced osteoblast differentiation is beneficial to the prevention of osteoporosis. In this study, a homogeneous polysaccharide (LRP-S2A) with the potential of promoting osteoblast differentiation was obtained from the fruits of Lycium ruthenicum, a traditional herb for treatment of postmenopausal metabolic disorders. Structural identification indicated that LRP-S2A, with a relative molecular weight of 2.65 × 106 Da and an uronic acid content of 41.8%, contained Rha, Ara, Gal, Glc and GlcA in a molar ratio of 1.00 : 2.07 : 0.57 : 2.59 : 4.33 and was composed of a backbone consisting of 6-O-Me-α-(1→4)-D-GlcpA, 2-O-acetyl-α-(1→4)-D-Glcp, α-(1→2,4)-L-Rhap, β-(1→3)-D-Galp andα-(1→3,5)-L-Araf, and some branches consisting of 6-O-Me-α-(1→4)-D-GlcpA and terminal α-L-Araf. AbstractThe stems of Dendrobium huoshanense have long been used to prevent various diseases, including inflammatory diseases. This study was aimed to explain the anti-inflammatory effect of D. huoshanense stems in LPS-induced RAW 264.7 macrophages and to discover potential anti-inflammatory compounds. Results exhibited that D. huoshanense stems ethanol extract could significantly inhibit LPS-induced production of NO, TNF-α and IL-1β. Based on bioassay guided strategy, four bibenzyls (1–4) were isolated from D. huoshanense stems for the first time. Anti-inflammatory assay showed 1–4 could remarkably inhibit the production of NO in LPS-induced macrophages. Moreover, quantitative RT-PCR analysis displayed that the mRNA levels of iNOs, TNF-α and IL-1β could also be significantly reduced by 1–4. These results suggested that D. huoshanense stems ethanol extract and bibenzyls 1–4 might be well developed as therapeutic agent to prevent inflammatory diseases. 相似文献
