Human Zn-alpha 2-glycoprotein (ZAG) in plasma samples from twelve populations was tested by immunoblotting after polyacrylamide gel isoelectric focusing. Eleven ZAG phenotypes produced by one common and nine rare alleles, including five new ones (ZAG*6-ZAG*10), were detected. Additionally, an application of separator IEF with N-2-hydroxyethylpiperazine-N'-2-ethanesulfonic acid (HEPES) was found to be useful for discriminating the rare ZAG 7 band.  相似文献

2,3-Dichloro- and 2,5-dichloropyrazines were treated with sodium azide. The former gave diazidopyrazines and the latter, monoazidomonochloropyrazines. Under micro-scale combustion influenced by quenching distance, high heat loss, shortened diffusion characteristic time, and flow laminarization, we clarified the most important issues for the combustor of ultra-micro gas turbines (UMGT), such as high space heating rate, low pressure loss, and premixed combustion. The stability behavior of single flames stabilized on top of micro tubes was examined using premixtures of air with hydrogen, methane, and propane to understand the basic combustion behavior of micro premixed flames. When micro tube inner diameters were smaller than 0.4 mm, all of the fuels exhibited critical equivalence ratios in fuel-rich regions, below which no flame formed, and above which the two stability limits of blow-off and extinction appeared at a certain equivalence ratio. The extinction limit for very fuel-rich premixtures was due to heat loss to the surrounding air and the tube. The extinction limit for more diluted fuel-rich premixtures was due to leakage of unburned fuel under the flame base. This clarification and the results of micro flame analysis led to a flat-flame burning method. For hydrogen, a prototype of a flat-flame ultra-micro combustor with a volume of 0.067 cm3 was made and tested. The flame stability region satisfied the optimum operation region of the UMGT with a 16 W output. The temperatures in the combustion chamber were sufficiently high, and the combustion efficiency achieved was more than 99.2%. For methane, the effects on flame stability of an upper wall in the combustion chamber were examined. The results can be explained by the heat loss and flame stretch.  相似文献

A mechanistic dichotomy of one‐step versus stepwise pathways in hydride and hydrogen transfer reactions of NADH analogues is discussed including the relation between two pathways: a continuous change versus a discontinuous change of the mechanism. Examples of stepwise electron–proton–electron transfer through a charge transfer (CT) complex in hydride transfer from NADH analogues to hydride acceptors are presented including the detection and the reactivity of the intermediate, that is, radical cations of NADH analogues. The relation between stepwise versus one‐step mechanisms of hydride and hydrogen transfer reaction of NADH analogues is also clarified by showing examples of the change of the mechanism including the borderline. We analyze some solvable models of a quantum mechanical system in interaction with a reservoir when the initial state is not factorized. We apply Nakajima-Zwanzig’s projection method by choosing a reference state of the reservoir endowed with the mixing property. In van Hove’s limit, the dynamics is described in terms of a master equation. We observe that Markovianity becomes a valid approximation for timescales that depend both on the form factors of the interaction and on the observables of the reservoir that can be measured.  相似文献

An Au/Cu nanocomposite is produced by electroplating Cu on a nanoporous Au, and its mechanical characteristics are investigated by hardness tests. The Au/Cu nanocomposite showed a lower hardness and a lower elastic modulus than the nanoporous Au. Furthermore, annealing caused the nanocomposite to harden twice. Large lattice strains in the Au lattice for the nanocomposite were observed by high-resolution transmission electron microscopy. Also, first-principle calculations showed that lattice strains induce the decreased elastic modulus. Therefore, both the inverse mixing behaviour and the hardening via annealing are suggested to be related to the large lattice strains.  相似文献

A method is proposed for visualizing simply the concentrations of melanin, oxygenated blood, and deoxygenated blood in skin tissue using digital RGB images. The total blood concentration and oxygen saturation can also be reconstructed. Monte Carlo simulation of light transport specifies a relation between the chromophore concentrations and Commission Internationale de l'Eclairage XYZ, which are compatible with the common RGB working space. Experiments with a tissuelike agar gel phantom demonstrated the possibility of the method. In vivo imaging of a human hand during forearm occlusion demonstrated the ability of the method to evaluate hemodynamics of skin tissue.  相似文献

We propose a fluorescent x-ray computed tomography method using an array of detectors with an incident sheet beam, aimed at providing molecular imaging with high sensitivity and good spatial resolution. In this study, we prove the feasibility of this concept and investigate its imaging properties, including spatial and contrast resolutions and quantitativeness, by imaging an acrylic phantom and a normal mouse brain using a preliminary imaging system with monochromatic synchrotron x rays.  相似文献
