The resistive switching characteristics of sputtered deposited molybdenum disulphide (MoS2) thin film has been investigated in Cu/MoS2/W2N stack configuration for Resistive Random Access Memory (ReRAM) application. The benefits of incorporating tungsten nitride (W2N) as a bottom electrode material were demonstrate by stability in operating voltages, good endurance (103 cycles) and long non-volatile retention (103?s) characteristics. Resistive switching properties in Cu/MoS2/W2N structure are induced by the formation/disruption of Cu conducting filaments in MoS2 thin film. Ohmic law and space charge limited current (SCLC) are observed as dominant conduction mechanism in low resistance state (LRS) and high resistance state (HRS) respectively. Multidentate 1,3,5-benzenetricarboxylic acid (organic linker), Zn (II) based Zn-BTC has been synthesized via electrochemical method. Quantitative and Qualitative analyses of synthesized metal–organic framework (MOF) have been done using Fourier Transform Infrared (FTIR) Spectroscopy, Energy Dispersive X- Ray Spectroscopy (EDS), and Photoluminescence (PL). Powder X-Ray Diffraction (PXRD) and Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) have been used for crystallographic and morphological & topographical analyses, respectively. Crystallographic studies confirm the formation of face-centered cubic (fcc) crystal structure with good crystallinity. Photo-catalytic activity of synthesized MOF has been tested using Methylene Blue (MB) dye as a test contaminant in aqueous media under sunlight irradiation. Recorded results reveal that the synthesized MOF efficiently degrade MB dye upto 96% under sunlight exposure after 270 min. Photoluminescence studies indicate that Zn-BTC could be used as an efficient material for sensing of nitroaromatic compounds (NACs): 4-Nitroaniline (4-NA), 2-Nitroaniline (2-NA), 3- Nitroaniline (3-NA), 2,4-Dinitrotoulene (2,4-DNT), 4-Nitrotoulene (4-NT) in N,N’-Dimethylformamide (DMF) by fluorescence quenching and shows maximum quenching efficiency towards 3-NA (72.80%). Notably, the variation in luminescence intensity of 3-NA@Zn-BTC shows a linear relationship over its different concentrations from 0–1000 ppb range with KSV?=?2.7?×?104 M?1 and R2?=?0.9924 with limit of detection 0.889 ppb (6.43 µM) (LOD). The possible ways of luminescence quenching are successfully explained by the combination of Photoinduced Electron Transfer (PET) and Resonance Energy Transfer (RET) mechanisms. Additionally, the Density Functional Theory (DFT) calculations have been employed to support the experimental results. Zn-BTC fully demonstrates the power of a multi component MOF, which provides a feasible pathway for the design of novel material towards fast responding luminescence sensing and photocatalytic degradation of pollutants.

The first examples of N-heterocyclic carbene (NHC) and cyclic(alkyl)(amino) carbene (CAAC) stabilized borepinium and borafluorenium heterocycles are reported herein. The optical properties of the heterocyclic borenium cations were tuned by varying the Lewis base and by changing the number of atoms in the ring. More importantly, functionalizing the cationic boron ring system in the NHC-borafluorenium cation affords a temperature-sensitive molecule with reversible colorimetric “turn off/turn on” properties in solution. Notably, this is the first report of thermochromism in these cationic species. This property, which is mediated by an intermolecular boron–oxygen bond equilibrium, was examined in detail by X-ray crystallography, variable temperature-UV/Vis absorption spectroscopy (VT-UV/Vis), and density functional theory (DFT). 相似文献

Nitrogen and phosphorus-containing ions such as ammonium, nitrates and phosphates are anthropogenic pollutants while ammonium nitrate may be diverted for nefarious purposes in improvised explosive devices. Crown ether-oxoporphyrinogen conjugates ( OxP -crowns) are used to selectively detect nitrates, especially their ion pairs with K+ and NH4+, based on ion pair complexation of OxP -crowns under phase transfer conditions. The presence of phosphate and carbonate lead to deprotonation of OxP -crowns. OxP-1N18C6 is capable of extracting ion pairs with nitrate from aqueous phase leading to a selective chromogenic response. Deprotonation of the OxP moiety leads to [ OxP −] -1N18C6 [K+] and is promoted by crown ether selective cation binding coupled with hydration of basic oxoanions, which are constrained to remain in the aqueous phase. This work illustrates the utility of molecular design to exploit partitioning and ion hydration effects establishing the selectivity of the chromogenic response. 相似文献
In this investigation, the reaction of [Cu(2,2′-bpy)(H2O)4][ClO4]2 with thiosemicarbazide (tsc) yielded [Cu(2,2′-bpy)(NCS)2]n frameworks, which has crystallized in noncentrosymmetric space group (Cc). The complex has been characterized by elemental analyses, FT-IR spectrum, powder X-ray diffraction analysis and single-crystal diffraction analysis. This complex is 1D polymer with high thermal stability and showing positive cotton effect. These results have provided some interesting insights into its nonlinear optical applications. Solid state fluorescence spectrum shows broad photoluminescence emission bands, which are assigned as the bands of intra-ligand charge transfer and MLCT (metal to ligand charge transfer) transitions. During investigation of various intermolecular interactions, both single crystal X-ray diffraction and Hirshfeld surface analysis give comparable results. 相似文献
