The viscoelasticity of aqueous micellar solutions of two oxyethylene/oxybutylene block copolymers (E(92)B(18) and B(20)E(510)) has been investigated using a torsional resonator operated at 26 kHz. For both systems considered, values of the dynamic viscosity (eta'(infinity)) point to partial draining of the micellar corona induced by the high-frequency oscillatory field. At low effective volume fractions, values of the elastic modulus (G'(infinity)) indicate that the repulsive interactions between micelles can be modeled by a power law function u(r) proportional to 1/r(nu) with exponents close to 13 and 6 for copolymers E(92)B(18) and B(20)E(510) respectively. At a critical copolymer concentration (c*) plots of log(G'(infinity)) against log(c) deviate from the straight lines established at low concentrations, implying that the systems undergo ergodic/nonergodic transitions.  相似文献

The fluorescence of a pyrene-arylmaleimide dyad and its Diels-Alder adduct can be thermally modulated through reversible Diels-Alder reaction of arylmaleimide unit with furan. Moreover, the fluorescence intensities of the Diels-Alder adduct of dyad 1 with furan vary linearly with the temperatures of the corresponding solutions, demonstrating that these molecules are interesting compounds for studies of fluorescent molecular thermometers.  相似文献

Lanthanide‐doped upconversion nanoparticles (UCNPs) have shown great promise in versatile bioapplications. For the first time, organosilica‐shelled β‐NaLuF4:Gd/Yb/Er nanoprobes with a rattle structure have been designed for dual‐modal imaging and photodynamic therapy (PDT). Benefiting from the unique rattle structure and aromatic framework, these nanoprobes are endowed with a high loading capacity and the disaggregation effect of photosensitizers. After loading of β‐carboxyphthalocyanine zinc or rose Bengal into the nanoprobes, we achieved higher energy transfer efficiency from UCNPs to photosensitizers as compared to those with conventional core–shell structure or with pure‐silica shell, which facilitates a large production of singlet oxygen and thus an enhanced PDT efficacy. We demonstrated the use of these nanoprobes in proof‐of‐concept X‐ray computed tomography (CT) and UC imaging, thus revealing the great potential of this multifunctional material as an excellent nanoplatform for cancer theranostics.  相似文献

Two new lanthanide complexes [Sm2(ad)2.5(BSA)(H2O)2]n ( 1 ) and [Nd2(ad)2.5(BSA)(H2O)2]n ( 2 ) (H2ad = adipic acid, HBSA = benzenesulfonic acid) were synthesized hydrothermally from the reaction of the lanthanide ions (Ln3+) with flexible aliphatic dicarboxylate and the rigid benzene sulfonic acid and characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectroscopy, and single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. They crystallize monoclinic in space group P21/ c. Structural analyses revealed that the two complexes have intricate 3D net structures constructed by the bridging adipic ligand and benzenesulfonic acid. The thermogravimetric analysis of 1 and 2 , as well as photoluminescent properties of 1 are discussed in detail.  相似文献

An ab initio theoretical investigation has been performed on planar or quasi-planar octa-and ennea-coordinate Al and Ga centered in X@B8- and X@B9 (X=Al, Ga). 在玻碳电极上成功地制备了聚对氨基苯磺酸修饰电极(P-p-ABSA/GCE),研究了酪氨酸在该修饰电极上的电化学行为.将此修饰电极用于流动注射不可逆双安培体系的构建,建立了流动注射双安培法直接测定酪氨酸的方法.在0 V外加电压下,在0.005 mol/L硫酸载液中,酪氨酸的氧化峰峰电流与其浓度在2.0×10-6 ~2.0×10-4 mol/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,方法的检出限(S/N=3)为1.0×10-7 mol/L.连续测定1.00×10-5 mol/L的酪氨酸标准溶液,电流值的相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.48%(n=20).该方法具有较高的选择性和灵敏度,应用于测定复方氨基酸注射液中酪氨酸的含量的测定,结果比较满意.  相似文献

以玻碳电极作工作电极,在微波作用下用循环伏安法和方波伏安法研究了盐酸异丙嗪的电化学特性,结果表明微波可以增大峰电流,并应用于盐酸异丙嗪的检测,建立了一种新的检测盐酸异丙嗪的电化学方法.在最佳实验条件下,无微波作用时用方波伏安法检测盐酸异丙嗪,其响应电流与盐酸异丙嗪的浓度在4.0×10-6 ~1.0×10-4 mol/L范围呈线性关系(r=0.998 2,n=7),线性回归方程为I(A)=0.040 3c(mol/L)+5.0×10-7,检出限为4.0×10-7 mol/L;在微波作用下用方波伏安法检测盐酸异丙嗪,其响应电流与盐酸异丙嗪的浓度在4.0×10-6 ~1.0×10-4 mol/L范围有很好的线性关系(r=0.999 1,n=7),线性回归方程为I(A)=0.045 7c(mol/L)+6.0×10-7,检出限为2.0×10-7 mol/L.在4.0×10-6 ~1.0×10-4 mol/L范围微波增敏的峰电流与无微波条件下峰电流的比值平均值为1.22.该方法用于盐酸异丙嗪片的测定,结果满意.  相似文献

The ε-caprolactam was used to block the isocyanate group to enhance the storage stability of allyl (3-isocyanate-4-tolyl) carbamate. The spectra of FTIR and NMR showed that blocked allyl (3-isocyanate-4-tolyl) carbamate (BTAI) possesses two chemical functions, an 1-olefin double bond and a blocked isocyanate group. The FTIR spectrum showed BTAI could regenerate isocyanate group at elevated temperature. DSC and TG/DTA indicated the minimal dissociation temperature was about 135 °C and the maximal dissociation rate appeared at 226 °C. Then the styrene-b-(ethylene-co-1-butene)-b-styrene triblock copolymer (SEBS) was functionalized by BTAI via melt free radical grafting. The effect of temperature, monomer and initiator concentrations on the grafting degree and grafting efficiency was evaluated. The highest grafting degree was obtained at 200 °C. The grafting degree and grafting efficiency increased with the enhanced concentration of BTAI or initiator. The weight-average molecular weight (Mw) increased greatly at higher initiator concentration and lower ratio of the monomer/initiator. And the molecule weight distribution (MWD) of the modified SEBS became wider than that of pure SEBS. It is obvious that shearing thinning behavior of grafted SEBS is more profound than pure SEBS.  相似文献

Three flexible peptides (P1: (C(17)H(35)CO-NH-GRGDG)(2)KG; P2: (Fmoc-GRGDG)(2)KG; P3: (CH(3)CO-NH-GRGDG)(2)KG) self-assembled to form a variety of morphologically distinct assemblies at different pHs. P1 formed nanofibers at pH 3, then self-assembled into nanospheres with pH up to 6 and further changed to lamellar structures when the pH value was further increased to 10. P2 aggregated into an entwined network structure at pH 3, and then self-assembled into well-defined nanospheres, lamellar structures, and vesicles via adjusting the pH value. However, P3 did not self-assemble into well-ordered nanostructures, presumably due to the absence of a large hydrophobic group. The varying self-assembly behaviors of the peptides at different pHs are attributed to molecular conformational changes. These self-assembled supramolecular materials might contribute to the development of new peptide-based biomaterials.  相似文献

针对羰基铁粉吸收剂在温度较高时易被氧化的问题,采用水热法制备了氧化锌包覆羰基铁粉核壳结构复合粒子,并分别将羰基铁粉和氧化锌/羰基铁粉核壳粒子与石蜡混合,制备复合材料。结果表明,氧化锌纳米棒致密的包覆在羰基铁粉颗粒表面形成海胆状核壳结构复合粒子,正是这种结构将羰基铁粉颗粒与空气隔绝,使得复合粒子的抗氧化性能得到显著改善。与羰基铁粉复合吸波材料相比,氧化锌/羰基铁粉核壳粒子的复合材料吸收峰稍向低频移动,反射损耗小于-5 d B的带宽几乎保持不变,在不改变电磁吸波性能的前提下,提高了羰基铁粉粒子的使用温度。  相似文献
