To obtain reliable information on speciation analysis it is necessary to previously evaluate the stability of the species in the sample of interest. Furthermore, in those cases in which sample treatment to extract the species is time-consuming, an evaluation of how to maintain species integrity in the extracts is paramount. Thus, the present paper reports the stability of total Se, SeMet and TMSe+ in freeze-dried oyster and in the enzymatic extracts stored in Pyrex and polyethylene containers at different temperatures (-18, 4 and 20 degrees C). Total selenium determinations and Se speciation were carried out by HG-AAS after acid digestion in a microwave oven and by on-line coupling of cation exchange HPLC-ICP-MS after enzymatic hydrolysis, respectively.The results obtained for the freeze-dried sample showed that total Se and the selenium species evaluated are stable for at least 12 months, under all the conditions tested. However, Se species in the enzymatic extracts are only stable for 10 days if stored at 4 degrees C in Pyrex containers. These results show that the extracts do not necessarily have to be analysed just after sample treatment.  相似文献

The nmr and X-ray diffraction data of the novel ring system furo[3,2-e]imidazo[1,2-c]pyrimidine are reported in this paper. The crystal and molecular structure of this compound (C9H7N3O2·1/2H2O) has been solved at room temperature. Crystals are monoclinic in a space group of P2/n with cell constants a = 9.982(8), b = 13.526(9) and c = 13.981(9) Å, β = 107.44(5)°, V = 1800.9 Å3, Z = 8, Dx = 1.462 Mg·m?3. The structure was solved by full matrix least square refinement giving a final R = 0.054 (Rw = 0.069) for 1263 reflections (I>3.0σ(I)). The compound is essentially planar, existing in two slightly structural different forms, A and B. These are held in pairs with symmetry related molecules by hydrogen bonds formed with two water molecules. Then the dimeric units are stacked parallel to the c axis to form the tridimensional packing.  相似文献

We prove in this paper that for a quasi-compact and semi-separated (nonnecessarily noetherian) scheme X, the derived category of quasi-coherent sheaves over X, D(Aqc(X)), is a stable homotopy category in the sense of Hovey, Palmieri and Strickland, answering a question posed by Strickland. Moreover we show that it is unital and algebraic. We also prove that for a noetherian semi-separated formal scheme X, its derived category of sheaves of modules with quasi-coherent torsion homologies Dqct(X) is a stable homotopy category. It is algebraic but if the formal scheme is not a usual scheme, it is not unital, therefore its abstract nature differs essentially from that of the derived category Dqc(X) (which is equivalent to D(Aqc(X))) in the case of a usual scheme.  相似文献

Active sonar systems can provide good target detection potential but are limited in shallow water environments by the high level of reverberation produced by the interaction between the acoustic signal and the ocean bottom. The nature of the reverberation is highly variable and depends critically on the ocean and seabed properties, which are typically poorly known. This has motivated interest in techniques that are invariant to the environment. In passive sonar, a scalar parameter termed the waveguide invariant, has been introduced to describe the slope of striations observed in lofargrams. In this work, an invariant for active sonar is introduced. This active invariant is shown to be present in the time-frequency structure observed in sonar data from the Malta Plateau, and the structure agrees with results produced from normal mode simulations. The application of this feature in active tracking algorithms is discussed.  相似文献

The gas‐phase thermal decomposition of 3‐hydroxypropionitrile, 3‐hydroxybutyronitrile, and 3‐hydroxy‐3‐methylbutyronitrile has been studied at the MP2/6‐31G(d) level of theory at 683.15 K and 0.06 atm. Results based both in energy and structure data seem to indicate a favorable route of decomposition via a six‐membered cyclic transition state (similar to those suggested for thermal decomposition of other related compounds, such as β‐hydroxyketones, β‐hydroxyalkenes, and β‐hydroxyalkynes) rather than a four‐membered cyclic transition state or even a quasiheterolytic pathway. © 2003 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. This paper applies Bayesian inversion to bottom-loss data derived from wind-driven ambient noise measurements from a vertical line array to quantify the information content constraining seabed geoacoustic parameters. The inversion utilizes a previously proposed ray-based representation of the ambient noise field as a forward model for fast computations of bottom loss data for a layered seabed. This model considers the effect of the array's finite aperture in the estimation of bottom loss and is extended to include the wind speed as the driving mechanism for the ambient noise field. The strength of this field relative to other unwanted noise mechanisms defines a signal-to-noise ratio, which is included in the inversion as a frequency-dependent parameter. The wind speed is found to have a strong impact on the resolution of seabed geoacoustic parameters as quantified by marginal probability distributions from Bayesian inversion of simulated data. The inversion method is also applied to experimental data collected at a moored vertical array during the MAPEX 2000 experiment, and the results are compared to those from previous active-source inversions and to core measurements at a nearby site.  相似文献

In this paper, we prove that for a noetherian formal scheme \mathfrak X\mathfrak X, its derived category of sheaves of modules with quasi-coherent torsion homologies Dqct(\mathfrak X)\boldsymbol{\mathsf{D}}_\mathsf{qct}(\mathfrak X) is generated by a single compact object.
